Overall ok. Seems like they raised rates for holiday weekend. Pretty clean. Breakfast average. Lighting in back parking lot quite low - could use more or brighter lighting back there.

If I had to get picky, then the elevators were the only thing I could find wrong with this hotel. They were extremely slow moving between floors and opening; and the cables made high ping noise and popped as you moved up and down floors.

Very nice personnel, the room was spotless comfortable with a nice welcome on the TV. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool the area around the outside of the hotel was very nice as well would definitely recommend staying here you have family in the area so we will come again

Stay was great, we were all expecting a pool, very disappointing it was closed. Carpet in room was disgusting sticky and black, we wore our shoes till we went to bed. All else was great, including breakfast!

The staff at Hampton Inn is amazing! They’re super nice, will do whatever they can to make your stay so good! They’ll make logistical miracles happen if you just communicate with them. Breakfast is pretty good, housekeeping was super nice. Pool was nice and cold and having a peloton at the gym was awesome! The only thing I would say was annoying was the $25 incidental charge wasn’t stated when doing the reservation, I was under the impression that once it was paid for, it was good to go, but other than that, it was a great week here, would definitely stay again!

The breakfast wasn’t great. They need at minimum of 1 more waffle maker and need to be sure to cooking the sausage patties throughly. We had some wallpaper peeling in our bathroom and the carpet felt dirty and sticky under your feet. The elevator needs to be serviced, it creaks and clanks and makes you feel uncomfortable as it goes up and down.

The room was not clean. The bed was crusted together between the sheets. I had to replace the sheets myself and now we suspect bedbugs.we will be contacting if this is the case.

I always love staying at this property, however the last 2 visits were subpar. I found a shoe insert and empty water bottle and hair all over the bathroom and shower. Fridge didn't work correctly. Im a bit disappointed. I will however give them another try. They gave an excuse as to why it wasnt clean. That was " we are trying to keep all rooms available, and we've been pretty busy." All i can ask is to do better.. thank you.

Room and hotel in general were very clean, our room was very spacious, the amenities were the best I’ve experienced at a hotel, staff were very friendly. I have 2 complaints. 1, the blackout curtains don’t cover the whole window because of the ac/heat unit which was a problem because there was a street light right outside our window which was quite bright. They need to figure something out in this. 2, mattress and pillows on our bed was not comfortable at all. They definitely need to be upgraded. But overall, we would stay here again and I am very picky about my hotels.

Overall very nice. Breakfast was ok. The block out drapes in my room did not close all the way leaving a 3” stripe of bright light. Hard to sleep with light shining in your eyes. Mattress was too firm for me a side sleeper. Bath tub was quite shallow, making it hard to take a relaxing bath.

Nice rooms and comfy beds. Close to food and other necessities. Faint odor of cigarettes or something in room upon walking in. Overall it works fine, price was pretty high for a room as well even with reservations.

I had a group of 10 rooms, we arrived late, and yet it was the fastest check in ever. They had our names and keys ready and gabe us waters at Hilton members...were literally done in less than 3 minutes. Kind and helpful staff!

A very nice hotel along the main highway in Poplar Bluff but far enough off the main road to be quiet. The hotel is about 3 miles from the city center. The room was very good and the breakfast was normal fair.

Very quiet. It is nice that there are some trees around this place. It makes it seem less busy. Breakfast is great and everyone is nice. The breakfast starts at 6 which is great if you need to be somewhere early. Rooms are huge and clean enough. I always wipe down my room wherever I go with sanitizing wipes anyway. I will be staying here whenever I go to Poplar Bluff! Also it’s closer to eating places.

I like the location of the hotel. Close to a variety of different restaurants and friendly staff. Would like to see a better idea for bacon. Like real, hearty, hardwood smoked bacon not paper bacon. Also real maple syrup for waffles. At least as an option for those like me who don’t want to infest high fructose corn syrup, especially not for breakfast.
