Decent property for value. Water park and pool options are great for families with young kids. Beds aren’t very comfortable. WIFI was unusable in our room. The elevator near our room was continuously out of order. Good location and friendly staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We love both pools and the outdoor picnic area. The room need some basic renovations but wasn't too bad for just two night stay. Friendly staff and great location. Just 5 min drive from most of the main and fun attractions. I got the chance to use the Mt Olympus passes included it the stay , which one a huge plus. We loved it and we will be back.

We were there during off season so the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pools were awesome. There’s 2 indoor area. One with 1 big pool and slides, 2 hot tubs, smaller waddling pool. The other pool area had water slides for younger kids/toddlers and a big hot tub. My kids aged 9 and 13 enjoyed both areas. The room was clean. The ac/fan was loud. Quiet for the most part but we could hear doors closing loudly. The room had this earthy/herbal smell, not sure if it’s the cleaning material or from the people before us. The beds were so and so. Not the comfiest but not the worst. The staff was kind. For the price, location, and pools, we’d definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here with the kids. They enjoyed it, love the fact they have a whole kiddy pool for the small ones. Elevator was broken 2 days out the days in which I stayed but was fixed. Housekeeping was extremely nice. Will be coming back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Was very clean and comfortable. Great price and kids had a a blast on the 3 water areas. One outdoor and two indoor. Very clean and nice areas. Waters were warm. Parking was easy and it was family friendly. Nice area!

Loved how friendly and clean the hotel is. We enjoyed both pools. They also have a gated grass area where there are pavilions and also have grills for you to use (we didn’t have time to use them bc we were there only 2 nights). The hotel also has a small water park for the littles. They seem to be the only hotel around that still offers tickets to Noah’s Ark and Mount Olympus. We have always enjoyed our stays here and will definitely be back.

The staff have been helpful. We have a big group that booked a total of 4 rooms. They accomodated our request to keep our rooms as close as possible to each other. Facilities are good. The kids loved the pool areas. Rooms are as advertised. They gave us the free Noah's Ark tickets and Mt. Olympus tickets as advertised while following the required booking details. Easy access from the main roads. Multiple restaurants around the hotel to choose from.

Room was very, very humid on a crisp 70 degree day. Clothes in suitcase were wet within 1 hour. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. Paid $250/night for 2 adults one child was expecting better condition and cleanliness. This is a budget hotel at best. Do not recommend.

The hotel was super clean and the indoor pool areas were perfect for kids, especially young ones. The property seems well maintained and staff was nice. My only 2 complaints would be that the hallways smelled terrible of pot. We unfortunately booked our vacation the same weekend as automotion, so I'm not sure if it was from that or if it always has that problem. Our other complaint is the beds were horrible and we both woke up with bad back pain both mornings we were there. But, all in all the place was well maintained and our young kids loved the indoor pools. I do wish they had offered breakfast, but wasn't a deal breaker.

The room had carpet, smelled like mold and musty A.C. unit isn't enough to keep up with moisture from carpet, the carpet was very wet, the linen on the bed had hairs from soemone else and like blood stains on the pillow cases. Staff is very friendly and nice, maids did their job. Hotel needs alot of updates the carpet needs to be replaced everywhere, if i could suggest put VCT wood looking floor because you have a water park you wont have mildew problems. Update beds they are very hard, no breakfast or food offered, vending machines have very small selection and very expensive. They offer laundry room for $2 wash and $2 dry but the dryer mught need cleaning it doesnt dry properly. I booked here it seemed like a good place paid over $500 for 2 nights and it waa not what I expected, if they update i would go back otherwise theirs plenty of other hotels.

Hotel was decent overall but disappointing when you ask them to change sheets they just turn them inside out and didn’t change pillowcases either. We had a room with two double beds and were only left with 2 wash cloths. Dirt in the corners, mold on the shower curtain. AC worked good and the staff at front desk was very helpful. Also nice to have Noah’s Ark passes included. Hotel itself could be better though for the price we paid.

Hotel was close to the main attractions in the Dells, and had a decent pool/waterslide area. Beds and rooms weren’t the most comfortable, and the process of getting Noah’s Ark passes from the staff was more cumbersome than it needed to be. Overall, it got the job done; it just was pricey for what it was.

Dated rooms but kept clean. Rock hard bed and pillows. Musty smelling ac that was very loud and making rattle noises. Pool areas were clean. Really had a hard time sleeping on the beds. Not sure if all rooms are in the same shape. We were on the 3rd floor. They did supply water park passes with the stay which was the driver to stay there.

I liked that the room came with Noah’s Ark passes. We didn’t like that our room smelled like ramen, the bathroom fan was really loud, and there was just a lot of noise - whether from other rooms upstairs, outside, or hallway

Room was nicely updated and clean. Walls are thin and it seemed like a Zumba class was going on above our room. The whirlpool suite was very nice and the tub is huge. Some breakfast options would be good.

Wifi is horrible on 3rd floor, otherwise room was good, Also no tickets Noah's ark. Like stated with purchase. Big deception. Paid more to get less. Felt like i was scammed. No offers giving after a 165.00 room w no Noah ark. All i got was a room and pool unfortunately. Could gave went else where got more. Lesson learned.

Overall, not a horrible hotel, but could use some upgrades. The indoor and outdoor pool is nice. The beds are very poor. It also seemed quite noisy at night, with what I assume was the bar music across the street. The hotel also smelled like weed often. Cleanliness was okay. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it isn’t the worst hotel I’ve been in. The location is great and easy to get to with plenty of shopping & food options nearby. Parking was easy and the cleaning staff was friendly. The Noah’s Ark pass was a nice add on as well. Average hotel at best in my opinion.

Receptionist was racist with colored people. I had a two night stay and qualified for both Noah’s ark and mt Olympus tickets and she wouldn’t give me the mt Olympus tickets. She said I didn’t qualify for them when I clearly did.

We've stayed at this hotel for years and have always come back because it's a decent, clean conveniently located hotel for a great price which includes passes to Noah's Ark. This year the noise level all around our room and especially above us was unbearable and after two calls to the front desk nothing changed so we gave up and didn't get much sleep. I only had a problem with one of the staff coming in my room before I had check out. I was in my under clothes brushing my teeth and they walk in my room without knocking.. I was very disappointed with that. I also told the staff when I check out. Thank You

We had near zero complaints, staff was friendly and accommodating. We called to confirm check in time and got into our room 1.5 hours early. Bummer no breakfast but there were tons of options near by. Recommendation bring a pillow from home. Would definitely stay again.

Our kids love the two separate pool areas and both times we’ve stayed here, it hasn’t been super busy so we’ve been able to enjoy the pool areas without them being over crowded. It is also close to the Tanger Outlet Mall and close to several food options!

Great experience and great parking was there for automotion with our car. We also got involved in the cruise with our collector car and the parking and location was perfect. Definitely a great pick and awesome location.

Everything was nice expect we had absolutely loud neighbors for the first night! And the people up stairs from us were absolutely loud all night as well so we didn’t sleep hardly at all the first night thanks to everyone around us! The second night was a little quieter but not much. There no coffee in the room and no breakfast!

It is a nice, well kept, clean hotel. The pools are nice and are open until 10 pm. You get tickets to Noah’s and Mt Olympus which makes the stay very economical. 3-4 restaurant at walking distance. No food or drinks on site except a vending machine. The only thing I thought it was missing is a bar or have coffee options all day. There is one coffee machine in the entire hotel (only regular coffee and hot water, no even hot coco or decaff) and only open 3-4 hours in the morning. Overall a 8 star.

I liked it had the water park/pool although it looks bigger in the photos then when we arrived. I liked the lounge chairs and the bbq area. Didnt like, staff was less then enthusiastic. There was a bug in the shower, the bed and hard pillows didnt agree with me. No breakfast, barking dog inside. No shampoo we went to store got our own, no work area, due to the pools its a but loud for working and with no buissness center was a little challenging.
