This location was perfect for the tube. Its literally next door to the tube station. We stayed here as we went to the television studios- which was only 1 stop away. The hotel was very clean. We had a twin room, the bed was comfy. Theres a 24hr bar with snacks and a sofa to sit on. Unfortunately our tv didnt work but we only let the reception know in the morning otherwise they would have sorted it out at any time. Very good service. Good price .

The hotel is superb. Very accessible to the tube station which is Shepherds Bush Market Station. As soon as you get off the station, turn left and you're there. Very clean and the room I booked was just right for our family of 4 adults. A/C is really good, just what I wanted. The only downside is that you can hear the guests from the corridor when they are going into neighbouring rooms. But in general, the location is good. About 15-20 minutes to King's Cross Station. The staff are all excellent and friendly. It was far more worth the price.I would definitely stay again.

Literally right next to the station. But the neighborhood is pretty bad, and very hard to park and offload if you travel with a car. The staff was nice enough to let me park at the front overnight though. Our room was in basement and doesn't have any windows. No ventilation in the room except a pretty weak AC. The loft was out of order and it was inconvenience to the elderly and when you need to carry your belongings with you. Overall the staffs are friendly and supportive but the amenities and location are not up there

I had a single room in the basement (no windows, no problem) on the 1st of July 2024 as I went to the O2 Empire to watch a band. The hotel is right next to Shepherds Bush Tube station (20 minute ride from Euston Square). the Empire is a short walk away. Access to the hotel is through a single railing gate, to the side of a double gate. Very happy with the Hotel and it suited my overnight needs. The staff are friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. No meals available. Small courtyard to chill in. small reasonably priced bar. Several pubs nearby, plenty of takeaway food outlets. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in Arab section of London. AC did not work very well. Phone in our room never worked. Elevator did not work a couple of times. It is situated in an alley, so a little difficult to find. Manager seemed very knowledgeable and young lady who worked front desk was very friendly and helpful. Area is very lively; huge modern mall is literally a block away; lots of ethnic cafes and little markets. Tube stops (2) very convenient. Would stay here again.

Very well located, 30 second walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market station. Nice check in. Functional room, small, small bathroom so limited space. Miniature bathroom sink meant water went all over the floor when doing anything. One bathroom towel had a hole in it. Tea & coffee in the room, tv and a safe and a fridge so well equipped but no iron. Nice to have a (very small) hotel bar to get a drink or crisps at reasonable prices but realistically nowhere to sit and enjoy it. No food or breakfast options but in that part of London, you don’t need it- so many options in the area. Dog friendly so would totally recommend.

Nice hotel in a great location with market nearby and plenty of great food options. Also literally round the corner (15 metres) from the tube stop to get to the centre. Comfortable beds & rooms with good air conditioning. Clean bathroom.

The room was clean and the ac worked well. The room felt a bit small but this is likely because of the layout. For one or two nights it would be ok but not much longer. The main downside was the smell in the bathroom in the mornings. It was as though there were no traps in the drains allowing all the sewer gases into the room.

(Room was at back of hotel and while on same ground level as reception seems to be a basement at back.) Shower didn’t drain properly, no plug in sink, no iron or ironing board although rooms should apparently have them. Perhaps I was unfortunate with the room but although a budget hotel still seemed overpriced for what was delivered.

The room was terrible! No window, dirty carpets, dirty sheets. The staff were very unfriendly specially night staff. Area is dodgy and even though by the tube station it’s very uncomfortable. If I didn’t have a dog I’d never stay here and don’t recommend to anyone.

The hotel was in a good location right next to the underground, you could hear the trains with the window open but not very loudly. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was tidy. The main issues we had were the smell of damp in the room which you could see was in the carpets as there were two large damp patches, the bathroom also smelt very damp although relatively clean. Also you could hear the room doors clearly opening and closing when people returned at night as the corridors were compact. Also there was no lift we could see which didn’t impact us but it might be good to know for others.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Shepherds Bush. It was very clean and staff were extremely nice. The hotel is ideally located adjacent to the tube and across the street from some phenomenal falafel. The first room we were shown was below grade and had only a small window through the ceiling to daylight, which set off a bit of claustrophobia in our party. Staff were understanding and moved us to a main floor room that had a window (not operable, as far as I could tell, but it was enough to ease claustrophobia). Overall a very good stay.

I was looking for a good value option for a short stay in option and this place delivered. It was key for me to be able to rest and sleep, which was achieved. The bed was comfortable and while being literally right next to the tube station, it was perfectly quiet which was very welcome. The staff were super accommodating, stored my luggage, and were just very friendly.

Overall the stay was pleasant, we were only booked for one night so the room we had (4 people sharing) was ideal. At night the property was nice and quiet however in the morning due to us being in the basement area of the hotel it was very noisy above, you could hear all movement above us. Also the plumbing was very noisy so flushing the toilet in the night was a concern for waking others in the room. We were also surprised to find a member of staff letting themselves into our room at around 0730 which woke us all up. I would stay here again however i wouldnt want to be in the rooms downstairs

The staff were super friendly from check-in to check-out, sociable and helpful. As for the room, it’s good and had great air-conditioning. Is a bit small but to be expected for London and the price we paid. The soundproofing was excellent as we were a bit concerned about hearing trains, but didn’t hear a thing and was a good nights sleep. Bathrooms are clean and do the job fine. Again a bit small but nothing drastic, was a great stay. Still well worth it with an excellent location next to a tube station and also opposite shepherds bush msrket station. Would stay here again

I was looking for a good value option for a short stay in option and this place delivered. It was key for me to be able to rest and sleep, which was achieved. The bed was comfortable and while being literally right next to the tube station, it was perfectly quiet which was very welcome. The staff were super accommodating, stored my luggage, and were just very friendly.

I like the most with the staff members as front desk. They are amazing. I did not Cary my charger for my phone and they provide for me so I was able to charge my phone this was important for me. I was also able to leave my cary on bags so that I was able walk around after my check out. I had very good experience with the hotel. I recommend this hotel. Also was affordable!!

Overall the stay was pleasant, we were only booked for one night so the room we had (4 people sharing) was ideal. At night the property was nice and quiet however in the morning due to us being in the basement area of the hotel it was very noisy above, you could hear all movement above us. Also the plumbing was very noisy so flushing the toilet in the night was a concern for waking others in the room. We were also surprised to find a member of staff letting themselves into our room at around 0730 which woke us all up. I would stay here again however i wouldnt want to be in the rooms downstairs

Guy named kashif on the front desk was great honestly but later came a guy who asked extra extra money for everything like water every hotel you go they have give a couple water bottles for free as a good presentation & as a custom of these businesses but he charged me & also I asked front desk earlier if we can check out a bit later cause of baby, front desk said fine not a problem, i asked, is it gona be anything on top he said no we will accommodate you, no problem, while check out extras, hotel is good & clean next to transit. Thank you

The room was terrible! No window, dirty carpets, dirty sheets. The staff were very unfriendly specially night staff. Area is dodgy and even though by the tube station it’s very uncomfortable. If I didn’t have a dog I’d never stay here and don’t recommend to anyone.

This location was perfect for the tube. Its literally next door to the tube station. We stayed here as we went to the television studios- which was only 1 stop away. The hotel was very clean. We had a twin room, the bed was comfy. Theres a 24hr bar with snacks and a sofa to sit on. The hotel is superb. Very accessible to the tube station which is Shepherds Bush Market Station. As soon as you get off the station, turn left and you're there. Very clean and the room I booked was just right for our family of 4 adults. A/C is really good, just what I wanted. The only downside is that you can hear the guests from the corridor when they are going into neighbouring rooms. But in general, the location is good. About 15-20 minutes to King's Cross Station. The staff are all excellent and friendly. It was far more worth the price.I would definitely stay again.

Literally right next to the station. But the neighborhood is pretty bad, and very hard to park and offload if you travel with a car. The staff was nice enough to let me park at the front overnight though. Our room was in basement and doesn't have any windows. No ventilation in the room except a pretty weak AC. The loft was out of order and it was inconvenience to the elderly and when you need to carry your belongings with you. Overall the staffs are friendly and supportive but the amenities and location are not up there

Very well located, 30 second walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market station. Nice check in. Functional room, small, small bathroom so limited space. Miniature bathroom sink meant water went all over the floor when doing anything. One bathroom towel had a hole in it. Tea & coffee in the room, tv and a safe and a fridge so well equipped but no iron. Nice to have a (very small) hotel bar to get a drink or crisps at reasonable prices but realistically nowhere to sit and enjoy it. No food or breakfast options but in that part of London, you don’t need it- so many options in the area. Dog friendly so would totally recommend.

Very helpful staff and exceptionally clean, even the Hilton wasnt this clean. Can just about make out the rumble of the trains but certainly nothing to worry about. Only issue was our tv was broken and to be fair was too late to do anything about it.

I had a single room in the basement (no windows, no problem) on the 1st of July 2024 as I went to the O2 Empire to watch a band. The hotel is right next to Shepherds Bush Tube station (20 minute ride from Euston Square). the Empire is a short walk away. Access to the hotel is through a single railing gate, to the side of a double gate. Very happy with the Hotel and it suited my overnight needs. The staff are friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. No meals available. Small courtyard to chill in. small reasonably priced bar. Several pubs nearby, plenty of takeaway food outlets. I will definitely stay here again.
