Fantastic hotel. We ate in the bar snd the menu had enough to chose from and portions were plentiful. Room was comfortable and airy. Breakfast there is plenty to chose from whether you want the compete full english or something lighter like continental. The hotel does not have its own car park but the kings dock car park is literary 2 mins walk and they have a discount rate for ovetnight parking her just remember to get your parking ticket validated at the hotel reception. (we use this car park when ever we vist Liverpool). I will definitely book here againif wr are staying over in Liverpool again

Hotel was perfectly placed for the M&S arena and was a lovely place to stay. The only downside was how busy the lobby was, not many seats at all for the vast amount of people there and the wait for bar snacks was over an hour. The lobby is open to anyone though, not just hotel guests so that’s probably why.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. Easy parking nearby at Kings Dock car park, with concessionary rates when staying at the Pullman. Excellent staff and service, especially from the front desk who were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dining room staff also very helpful. Excellent twin room (#819) with very comfortable beds. Good ensuite with plenty of hot water but, as there's no window in the bathroom, it needs a working extractor fan to deal with the steam. Breakfast was good but there wasn't a lot of choice with the cold cuts.

Disappointing first impressions, but redeemed by exceptional staff service.” On approach to our room, we were met with corridors cluttered with rubbish, empty glasses, and bottles, hardly a welcoming sight. Upon entering the room, we were hit with an overpowering smell of bleach, which masked, but did not erase, the poor cleanliness. The floors were marked with streaks and scattered stains, some of which were easily removed with a simple wipe of the foot, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The complimentary mini fridge was not stocked, and its cabinet door was hanging off its hinges. Dust and smears on the TV and mirrors only added to the disappointment. I requested an alternative room, which the staff kindly offered, but unfortunately, the second room was in a similarly poor condition. That said, I must extend my gratitude to the hotel staff and manager, who went above and beyond to resolve the issues. Their professionalism, promptness, and genuine apologies helped salvage what could have been a completely negative stay.

We had no tea and coffee in our room when we arrived, so had to go down to reception to order some, as no room or way of contacting reception. Our Bathroom floor was very dirty, we raised this with the Reception when asking for some Tea and Milk, they did offer to send someone to clean it but it made no difference. The bed side table was sticky and dirty. The breakfast was disappointing as the fresh fruit had run out, the cleanliness of the table was very poor and the cereal options very poor. For the money charged, I would not stay in this hotel again.

Rooms were very clean and tidy. The lights were quite odd and we couldnt figure them out!! The pillows were nit the comfiest and bed was really soft. Not a great night sleep. View across the Mersey was beautiful and hotel did have quite a posh feep to it.

Lovely hotel with great staff. The room was spotless and the breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection of hot and cold and continental dishes. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bar was lovely. Beautiful views and close to town centre. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

Paid extra for executive floor and it is nothing special... rooms are so small... more room, less bathroom, please. Lack of privacy of the bathroom is odd. Glass wall goes right into the room unless you pull a curtain.

Mobile connections in the hotel are terrible. The hotel unsecured WIFI ( which I don’t like using ) is equally as poor. The sign was so bad we couldn’t get the TV to load a channel, really it was terrible.

Fantastic couple of nights at the Pullman Hotel, great location at the river side, next to the large events place and within walking or e-scooter ride to the shops etc Eating places all close by especially the Indian (east east) - Room itself very prestigious lovely large bed and equally large tv, small table and chair ideal for eating at. Some neat touches in the room like the suspended lights and the bathroom was very spacious with a fantastic waterfall shower.

Great overall stay; The shower was excellent, as were the staff and the breakfast in particular was really good. Easy to park nearby on the Kings Dock. One grumble would probably be for us that given it is a 4* hotel we would have expected a few more options for hot drinks in the room and dare I say a couple of biscuits. Other than than the pillow options were either firm or memory foam and we couldn't seem to find a comfortable balance. This is the 2nd time we've stayed and we will definitely stay again

Our stay at the Pullman Liverpool exceeded our expectations. Genuinely friendly, professional and earnest staff, proud of their city and ready to make the visit a great one. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Lucy at the front desk. Check in was both pleasant and efficient. While we make no assumptions requests can be honored, they delivered. Our Superior room was clean, comfortable, quiet with a nice view of the Mersey River. Jack was always available and ready to assist with taxis, local attractions, luggage and great conversation. Same with Sam, who was personable and went above and beyond to help us celebrate the reason for our visit. Even the staff servicing the rooms made a point of saying a legitimately friendly hello when passing by. Our first time at Pullman Liverpool, and hopefully not our last. You made our stay a memorable one, exemplifying how wonderful the people in Liverpool are. Thank you!

Room wash very clean, the bed was a king-size and very comfortable, I slept like a log. I didn't eat here but had a drink from the bar and the cost was reasonable for a Hotel. The Albert Dock marina was a 5 min walk where there are options for bars and restaurants. The staff here were excellent, nothing to much trouble and the buffet breakfast was worth it too.

Got to the hotel and told that both my friends and my room were upgraded because our original rooms were overbooked. Got to my room, it was upgraded. My friend got to their room, not upgraded. Called the front desk to ask about the upgrade, and they said they didnt say both were upgraded. They blatantly lied to us. Their customer service is very lacking. Asked the front desk if they had a pair of a scissors we cpuld borrow because my wife wanted to cut a piece of thread of her clothing. The guy says, they have scissors but cant let us use them. Lol. Why even mention you have scissors if ypu won't lwt someone use them? And whats the big deal about someone usint them for literally 10 seconds? This place has a long way to go to make the guest feel welcome.

Right next door to conference centre, perfect location for me. Rooms spacious, clean and nicely decorated, good view from huge window, aircon/heating silent and effective, breakfasts excellent. And best of all, such friendly, helpful staff - for the money it cost, these was a cut above what i expected, highly recommended.

The hotel is really convenient for the M&S Arena and Auditorium. We were attending an event so stayed just Saturday night. Check in was uneventful, I wouldn’t say the gentleman who greeted us was overly friendly. Room was ok, 2 single beds pushed together which I’m not a fan of as they seem to separate during the night. Shower and toiletries were really lovely. The bar and restaurant staff weren’t overly attentive. Breakfast was the main reason I would probably try another hotel in the surrounding area. We got there at 1030 and breakfast ends at 11 on a Sunday. There were no bowls for fruit etc and only one butter left. We had to ask twice for a cappuccino which took 15 minutes to arrive after the second request. Just young guys and girls running the breakfast, didn’t look like there was a management presence. The cheeses were hard as left out too long. Replenishment didn’t seem to be a priority which is a shame because it is a beautiful hotel. We have stayed in the titanic hotel previously and would rate it over the Pullman.

This was our first stay at Pullman Liverpool. We dropped our bag off earlier in the day and the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room was superb, very clean and had everything we needed but the view!!! It was absolutely amazing - looking out over the Mersey. The bar area was lovely and we easily found a seat - even though the hotel was full of gymnasts! The proximity to the M & S arena was the reason for our choice and we chose correctly. The ONLY thing which stopped us saying it was perfect was the staff in the dining room at breakfast. The girl who showed us to a table was clearly cross that we wanted another one and she didn't explain how we should get our breakfast. We had to stop a waitress to ask for tea. The whole dining room staff looked and sounded miserable and that is not what you want from the hospitality industry.

Bar far too small for the hotel - large queue and standing room only after the arena show. Breakfast terrible- long queue and wait time, service very slow - only received hot drinks after we’d finished eating. Hot buffet pretty good with variety of options, cold buffet untidy, missing plates, food items and stale waffles and bread .

Great hotel, hood location. Warm and welcoming staff. Very clean, spacious and tidy rooms. The restaurant and lounge area were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a good range and delicious. And the food in the restaurant was exceptional! All making for a really wonderful stay. We will definitely return... hopefully soon!

Our stay started really well. The reception team were very friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was a good size, the bed was fine, and we slept well. The bar was a small letdown as the advertised beer wasn’t available on either the first or second night. Breakfast on the first morning was excellent – fresh food, great cappuccino, and very attentive service. Unfortunately, the second morning was the opposite. We were checked into the breakfast room by Roni, who was quite miserable and didn’t smile or greet us properly. While I was getting food, another staff member asked if we had checked in. I said yes politely, but he came back again a few minutes later to ask the same thing, which felt odd and unnecessary – he should have just asked Roni. The staff that morning seemed stressed and disorganised. No one asked if we wanted drinks; we had to find someone ourselves. The food wasn’t as fresh – pastries and black pudding were hard. To top it off, we were charged £18 per day for parking, even though our email clearly said the discounted rate was £12. That left us feeling quite frustrated. What started as a great stay unfortunately ended in disappointment. This place has potential, but consistency and better communication are needed.

Check in service was excellent and room large with a very comfortable bed. Only thing that let the hotel down for me was the breakfast - no real fresh fruit options and yoghurt was runny, coffee not the best so my advice would be to book this great hotel but have breakfast somewhere else.
