It was extremely loud, did not sleep any night out of the 4 we stayed here. People are up all night screaming in the streets and windows do not properly close. Bed was firm and painful on our backs. None of the gym equipment worked and/or turned on. Asked for towels and bathroom amenities and never received them. Will not return again. Very disappointing.

We had some big issues with our stay which had a big impact on two of the days we stayed at the hotel On the Saturday there was no power from approximately 4:00am until 11:00pm and there was issues with the water supply on the Sunday. This meant we needed to change our plans to come back during the day to see if we could recharge phones on Saturday and for a shower on Sunday. Also we were not able to have breakfast on these days in the hotel. All the staff were amazing during our stay, they were super friendly and professional even when faced with the power and water problems, which meant they had to work with a noisy power generator running right beside them for several days.

Just ok. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was for the advertised rooftop restaurant/bar, as I like when there’s one on location when traveling alone but found out on arrival there was no restaurant or bar as advertised. There was a bare bones breakfast of dry (& overcooked) scrambled eggs and veggies. No staff was onsite when I went up there and it was overall not as I expected. Very disappointing! As for the room itself; the bed was very cheap and uncomfortable and on a very cheap frame that made so much noise every time I moved. Not like I would’ve slept well through all the noise anyway. The windows are cheap and allow every noise outside to be heard clearly in the rooms. I heard loud music and people and cars all night. I wouldn’t stay here again. They need to be honest about lack of restaurant on site and lower the prices. You can do better in this area.

Located in the condesa neighborhood. Plenty of dining options and entertainment around the area. They offer breakfast and have to say has options and is tasty. The Bar was not open and they lack a restaurant. Rooms are big and comfortable and the price very reasonable.

This hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevator scary & slow, there is no safety sensor on it so it will close on body parts. The bar/restaurant on the roof of the hotel never opened during our 3 days stay. Overall I’d stay again if I couldn’t find another hotel but more like a 6/10 hotel.

Amenities are bare minimum, elevator has a mind of its own. Energy went out for a full day, had to bring luggage down the stairs from a third floor. Location was great, staff courteous. Bathroom and shower don’t have privacy, and are up a step rather high - not ideal for an elder person. Floor in shower extremely slippery. Had to put towels on floor while showering to avoid falling. Too expensive for what you get.

Friday and Saturday nights were especially loud, with sirens, shouting, and music lasting until 2–3 AM. Interior noise was just as bad—we could clearly hear conversations from both rooms beside us. The windows are modern in appearance but offer almost no sound insulation. The spa and steam room were out of service for our entire stay and appear to have been unavailable for months despite being prominently advertised. It’s not that the hotel is cutting corners—it’s more that the advertising feels a bit off: it looks sleek and stylish in photos, but the experience doesn’t match the promise. Staff at the front desk never seemed engaged. Each time I approached them, it felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation. We stay in hotels roughly 100 nights a year. This one stands out—but for the wrong reasons. Even basics like fresh bottled water were inconvenient, and there’s no in-room coffee. If you decide to stay here, bring your own coffee maker and bottled water. Also worth noting: an Amazon delivery during our stay was lost, and the staff provided no resolution.

This hotel offers breakfast which was a bit more than a continental breakfast, It was mediocre. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. There is 1 elevator that is very slow so we always had to take the stairs. The floor from the rooms were dirty, spider webs on the floor boards. They don’t clean the mini fridge. We had to toss out old food that was left by prior guest. Housekeeping staff kept leaving our sliding door open that anyone that had access to back balconies could get in your room.

We loved staying at Flowsuites! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the property was very clean and nice as advertised! Having a small breakfast for the morning before roaming the city was perfect and loved that it was included with our stay - so convenient. The room was extremely clean and the staff did an amazing job cleaning up and organizing our room while we were out exploring the city. Great room, great location, comfortable bed, shower was big but hand nozzle was broken so you could only use the overhead shower part, floor needs a good mopping but overall clean, party downstairs was extremely loud but they offered to move us to a different room, friendly staff

Flow Condesa is located in a great area, Condesa and it's easy to walk to some of the local area restaurants and bars. The green space around the area is so nice to walk to! Our stay included breakfast which was a good option - staff made eggs every day which was a nice plus. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in a junior suite). The only minus of the room is the glass door to the bathroom - didn't shut properly but it's also right at the entrance. If you don't want anyone seeing you in the bathroom, you're out of luck, the glass door makes it very visible whether you're showering or on the toilet. So I'd suggest a different type of door or at least a frosted door so you can't see inside. Other than that, comfy, clean and great location. PS..it is on Ave Nuevo Leon, so if you have a room that faces the Ave, it may be noisy at night if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel is well located, the area is safe, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great. The road outside is quite busy and the windows don't block the noise well. But with earplugs I was able to sleep, and the road was quieter at night.

Staff was so kind and attentive. Room was odd - clear glass shower door for toilet and sink area; shower in hall area. Bathroom lacked privacy. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was very poor tasting and weak. Great location to visit CDMX.

At 1:30 a.m. someone opened the door of the room thinking that it was empty!!! There's a very bad internal management. Then, when we tried to contact the lobby, nobody was there, and the only way was via a chatbot!

This hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevator scary & slow, there is no safety sensor on it so it will close on body parts. The bar/restaurant on the roof of the hotel never opened during our 3 days stay. Overall I’d stay again if I couldn’t find another hotel but more like a 6/10 hotel.

Very disappointing stay at Flow Condesa Hotel. The location is great and the bed was comfortable but other than that I have little to say. The staff were unhelpful or overtly rude at times. Check in started at 3 o'clock. I arrived at 1 PM and was told that the room was ready, but if i wanted to enter it I had to pay for one extra night. For 2 hours!!! I've traveled extensively, and in most hotels they give out rooms when they're ready, even if it's a little early. And they certainly don't charge an extra night for that. I sat at the lobby and they handed me the key at exactly 3 PM. Not even 5 minutes extra. Very rude. The room itself is OK, but the bathroom has a peculiar layout and you have to climb a very high step to enter it. Also, the shower floor is dangerously slippery. There is a shower gel and shampoo dispenser, but the first one was completely empty. Apparently, they don't check that. The most annoying thing is that the TV didn't work. I reported it since day one and only on the 3rd night did someone come and fix it. Breakfast was very mediocre, except for the fruit of which there was a good selection. The coffee was horrible, simply undrinkable; it appeared more like rinsed coffee. I complained to the staff at the breakfast counter but they didn't care, not to mention the sour demeanor of the lady in charge. So, the third day I skipped breakfast altogether. The funny thing is that I chose Flow Condesa over other hotels because breakfast was included

This place had all the things I care about: clean, comfortable beds, great location. The cherry on top was we were able to check in a couple hours early, a bottle of wine came with the room, and they supplied a sleeping mask and earbuds in the room which was a nice touch. The neighborhood is amazing and walking distance to a lot of good restaurant options.

Flow Condesa is located in a great area, Condesa and it's easy to walk to some of the local area restaurants and bars. The green space around the area is so nice to walk to! Our stay included breakfast which was a good option - staff made eggs every day which was a nice plus. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in a junior suite). The only minus of the room is the glass door to the bathroom - didn't shut properly but it's also right at the entrance. If you don't want anyone seeing you in the bathroom, you're out of luck, the glass door makes it very visible whether you're showering or on the toilet. So I'd suggest a different type of door or at least a frosted door so you can't see inside. Other than that, comfy, clean and great location. PS..it is on Ave Nuevo Leon, so if you have a room that faces the Ave, it may be noisy at night if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel was in a great central location in Condesa and walkable to local restaurants, cafes, bars and lots of lovely parks. The neighborhood is very nice and extremely safe. Service was great at the front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. The only downside was noise level from adjacent apartments. Our room was in the back of the hotel. Some neighbors played loud music after midnight and we could hear their conversations very clearly. I would request a room in the front of the hotel to avoid the noise.

we are from redondo beach, california.. didn't know what to expect. was a little nervous when we pulled up and saw the small lobby. but the staff was so warm and helpful. once we got upstairs we were blown away, our rooms were phenomenal! everything brand new and very spacious, bathrooms are large and everything is so clean! the breakfast upstairs was terrific and fresh each morning. there is literally no outside noise at all. and the neigjborhood was outstanding. we can't wait to go back! 10/10 book it!

Just ok. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was for the advertised rooftop restaurant/bar, as I like when there’s one on location when traveling alone but found out on arrival there was no restaurant or bar as advertised. There was a bare bones breakfast of dry (& overcooked) scrambled eggs and veggies. No staff was onsite when I went up there and it was overall not as I expected. Very disappointing! As for the room itself; the bed was very cheap and uncomfortable and on a very cheap frame that made so much noise every time I moved. Not like I would’ve slept well through all the noise anyway. The windows are cheap and allow every noise outside to be heard clearly in the rooms. I heard loud music and people and cars all night. I wouldn’t stay here again. They need to be honest about lack of restaurant on site and lower the prices. You can do better in this area.

Located in the condesa neighborhood. Plenty of dining options and entertainment around the area. They offer breakfast and have to say has options and is tasty. The Bar was not open and they lack a restaurant. Rooms are big and comfortable and the price very reasonable.

The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really liked this hotel, its price and location. However, the breakfast was extremely basic, and the noise isolation wasn’t the best, lots going on on the main road that sits in front of the hotel, you can hear steps above and outside the room, and the pigeons that start making noises as soon as the sun comes up.
