This was NOT a good experience for me. Finding the place was tricky. Some Ubers did not show up even when booked. Reception was not open and had to be called out to let me in. The room was cleanish but very basic. The bed was comfortable and clean enough. However the room was cold as the window catch was broken and could not close properly. The heater was blowing cold air into the room from a broken outlet at the same time as blowing warm air. It was hard to warm the room on a cold couple of days. A light behind the bed room window flickered continually in the hallway behind. The couch was very uncomfortable even for a short time. The TV sound system was dreadful making it largely unwatchable. Apart from the convenience to the railway station there was nothing to commend this choice, the price was lower but not a bargain. Very disappointing.

Overall, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the online listing. While the room was reasonably clean on arrival and the staff were polite, there were several maintenance and presentation issues that affected our experience. The room had no heating despite it being winter, and the portable air-conditioning/heating unit provided was not functioning, making the room quite uncomfortable during the colder nights. The washing machine in the apartment was also not working properly, which appeared to be due to a lack of maintenance. There were paint splatters on the window, giving the room an unfinished and poorly maintained appearance. Parking was another frustration. The allocated parking space was occupied by another guest when we arrived, and there didn’t appear to be an organised system in place to resolve the issue promptly. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was that the property did not resemble the photos shown in the online booking. The images gave a much better impression than what we experienced in reality. With better maintenance, improved parking management, and more accurate listing photos, this property could provide a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on our stay, it did not offer good value for the price.

I wasnt very impressed with the standard of the room. Although it was clean it had a lot of obvious damage on appliances, floors and walls. None of the heaters appeared to work. There was no welcome booklet with information about the apartment. Our allocated carpark that we had to pay extra for had a car in it which was needing to be towed away. When I went to use the toaster for breakfast it was broken and did not work. To be honest I was quite disappointed given the cost of the room. It was also hard to navigate our way to the apartments due to roadworks in Putney Place. Overall I was really not impressed with this accommodation.
