The property is near the train station and public transport. The room was in a good condition and very clean. Breakfast has lots of options but because it is a big hotel and breakfast area is not that big, it was a little bit crowded. We are able to left our luggage after check out. Motel one was a perfect location for us. Easy to get the train from the airport or returning from a day out. The bar and reception area was very welcoming and the rooms really comfortable. We heard no noise from the train station, roads or other guests. Would definitely stay again if we return to vienna.

Hotel tip top. Sehr netter Service! Ideale Lage neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Besonders praktisch bei später Anreise mit dem Zug. Einziger Minuspunkt, der Fernseher funktionierte NICHT. Da wir aber erst nach 23 Uhr ankamen, konnten wir das Problem nicht lösen lassen.

This hotel was beautiful and had everything I needed for my stay. Fast wifi for work, very quiet at night, a bar with plenty of seating in the main area, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff really went above any beyond for me. They mailed something for me, answered every question I had, pointed me towards the nearest pharmacy but suggest one slightly further for better options and prices. The room was the perfect size for 2, and I had everything I needed. I will absolutely stay again!

bedroom was comfortable, clean, well maintained. Standard room has no mini fridge nor coffee maker, but has air conditioning. if you are looking for a lobby with access to free cool water during the very hot summer months, there is none but there is a liquor bar. paper cups were used in our room in lieu of glass ones. you can check out by leaving your room keys inside a drop box. this property is easy to find and very close to the Vienna Central Station. This is also close to shops and walking distance to some interesting places to check out like antique shops and restaurants.

Zimmer sehr klein, kein Schreibtisch um zu arbeiten, schlechte Beleuchtung, Bei der Ankunft hatte es im Zimmer mindestens 27 Grad, Zimmer getauscht. Aber im anderen Zimmer war es genau so heiß. Energieverschwendung, wenn in einem so großem Hotel die Heizung so stark eingestellt ist, dass man im November bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen muss... Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt. Preis - Leistung passen einfach nicht. Frühstück nicht eingenommen. Sah nicht sehr ansprechend aus.

Habitación algo reducida para ser una "cuatriple". Como todos los hoteles de esta cadena, son únicamente pensados para una noche y de trabajo. Apenas tienen sitio para trabajar, así bajas a recepción te pones cómodo y de paso consumes. No hay armario donde colocar la ropa o pertenencias, ni donde colocar la maleta. Nice hotel with beautiful lobby. Clean room but very basic. No English news/tv channels and no apps. Bathroom is very cramped. The check in was very slow but accommodating. The clerk was just going through the motion and seems very tired. Courteous but nothing more. I guess it’s called a hotel for a reason.

Came back to this hotel for a day upon a return to the United States. The counter service was horrible. The young lady, there had a very very poor attitude and was really unhappy apparently about being there. The air conditioning had been turned off. It was so hot in our room that the bar of deodorant in my bag melted. We were told sorry nothing we could do about it. The lady at the front desk had been tasked with having a car arrive for us in the morning to take us to the airport the next morning no car and we went back in and there was a very nice gentleman there that then took care of us but everything else about the experience that night was unpleasant. Sad always made our first choice. Not sure if I would do that again.

What I consider the normal European Breakfast options. Food was really good. Staff was super nice. Hotel was upper quality for sure. Walking distance to several museums and a good bit of shopping and eateries close by. Bus and train station almost across the street. Great local.
