Comfortable beds and a great view! Staff was friendly and amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff serving was too!

AC unit located inside the room, very noisy anytime it kicks in. Very annoying. Other than that the hotel is good and well located.

I’m gonna lead with the important thing; i reserved a suite on hotels.com that didnt really exist in error. I am a single dad with a 7 and 4 yo… suite is pretty important for us traveling. Key and another guy whos name i didnt get helped out in a HUGE way and got us a suite after initially going into a regular room. Massive! Room- REALLY nice and large Breakfast- totally fine Staff- on point

The toilet never worked. We called the front desk and they said it will be taken care. I had to take the tank top off every flush. The TV constantly lost signal. Very frustrating. Finally, when it came on the AC was very loud-disrupting our sleep.
