Spacious and clean rooms. Nice pool.

No towels for pool. Ask for replacement and was told they were all dirty. Free breakfast didn’t start on time and food was out and not replenished

I stayed here on a longer flight. I was told that they had a shuttle to the airport but did not. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Short trip to visit a local college in Cedar Rapids. We arrived very early and requested an early check in. The staff was able to accommodate us without any pause. I’m so thankful to the staff who went beyond for us. The location & parking lot were quiet, well illuminated & safe. The room was amazing- clean and cozy. All staff were friendly and helpful. This exceeded my expectations. Will stay here again when I drop my kid off at college in the Fall.

Very few amentiies (no lotion, no iron/ironing board), and the sink stopper was broken and sitting beside the sink. The furniture is quite old and tired looking, not what one would expect for a Marriott.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The kids had fun in the pool and breakfast was great! The room was comfortable overall. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because the refrigerator in the room was very loud all night long. I did forget to tell the front desk before leaving so hopefully they will see it on this review and check on that. Great service and friendly staff.

We had no idea the property was in the middle of an industrial area. No big deal and just a heads up; however, the problems began at checkin. The girl who checked us in said the card we used to reserve the room was declined. I reserved thru a third party site and had no indication this was the case. My husband went ahead and paid for the room with another card. Guess what? The charge for the room cleared my credit card 2 days later so we were double charged for the room (currently working to resolve this). Next, she asked for my Marriott rewards number but the trip and our points still don't appear in my account. Finally, the room looks like it had been badly abused by several occupants. Pieces of trim were missing on the wall shelf and in the bathroom, there was a huge gouge in the back of the door, grout was cracked and broken on the bathroom in the path of travel, the shower caulk was splitting so mold/mildew were growing, and there was a broken tile in the shower. I usually like staying at the Residence Inns but for the price you have to pay to stay there, one would expect the rooms to have some standards of upkeep...especially if you're charged twice for the room.

The room was very nice and very clean. I slept great. What’s the mattresses they have there. Staff was very very nice. No complaints at all about my stay. Would stay there again.

There was spoiled food in the fridge from a previous guest. The person at the front desk was also attending to the breakfast. It was too much work, and it showed.

Shower had pink mold and shower floor was dirty. Charged a $100 pet fee which was not disclosed beforehand. Front desk staff less than friendly.

Nice big area to stay. There were dirty dishes in the microwave. Also breakfast was disappointing- no eggs, no oatmeal, out of most things.

Took a long time to restock the breakfast items. Some hot items where cold. Inside our room bathroom wasnt clean well. Dishes in the dishwasher still dirty.

We stayed in a king bed room and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was a little wear and tear here and there and the body wash wasn’t filled, however the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was very nice!

It was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. I was surprised that there were no USB ports in the room. Lighting was adequate, but could have been brighter in the kitchenette area.

Mold in shower. Room Cold. Took 3 hours to warm up.

It was very clean and all the staff were very nice. It's really nice to have a kitchen and full sized fridge with it's own ice maker. Breakfast was decent, only minor complaint would be that it'd be nice to have some fresh fruit along with it.

Our stay was restful and quiet. Exactly what we wanted.

We stayed in Room 121. The bathroom door does not close.

On Sunday 9/8/2024 we left our room at 2pm and we told maid service we were leaving so they could clean the room.We came back to roon 228 at 9pm and the room was not clean, all the dirty towers were on the floor, floor not vacuum and trash cans full. Went to the front desk and reported this. The front desk lady said she could not give us another room because we are sold. Out. She lied because i went to your website and Expedia and they showed 4 rooms available of the same as we had. The lady gave us towels and told us to leave the dirty towels in the hall and that. I would like a refund for sleeping in a dirty room. Wilson We stayed at residence a total of 4 nights in the same room 228, and not just 2 nigh as you stated.. As I said in my compliant, I Notified your maid services that we was leaving for about 6 hours, gave her a bag of trash and said our room need cleaning she said ok and i will dispose this trash. Since you checked in on the 6th and check out was on 8th, unfortunately refresh service for your room was not assigned by the system. ( We checked out on Sept. 10, 2024) stayed 4 nights We should be compensated for the 1 night that where our room was not clean. when had rooms 4 clean available.

The staff there went above and beyond. Couldn't ask for a better stay and experience. Will definitely look to stay again when I'm back in town.
