En general bien, pero creo que cobrar por el estacionamiento y que todo se maneje en dólares y sin saber la tarifa de cambio es un abusó, así también pedir una tarjeta con un monto de 2000.00 para consumo durante la estancia. Te cobran y el cargo de los 2000.00 tarda 2 días en regresarlo a la cuenta. Precio calidad no es equilibrado.

Reservamos dos habitaciones ambas reservas eran realizadas por miembros VIP Gold de Expedia solicitamos que nos permitieran hacer el cheking a las 2 de la tarde en lugar de a las 3 y nos indicaron que teníamos que pagar 40 dólares, al día siguiente al salir del estacionamiento encontramos nuestro coche bloqueado por otro auto del al cal no le solicitaron las llaves y no les abrían en la habitación después de maniobrar bastante logramos salir, el desayuno tiene poca variedad y escaso, sí pides algo el precio es en dólares, al igual que el correo del estacionamiento, creo que estando en Mexico es inaceptable ya que el dólar no es una moneda que se utilice en nuestro país

Desayuno continental esta ok, las opciones extra son limitadas pero nada extraordinario en sabor. Las areas para mascotas son tambien pequeñas, el hotel en general es de espacios reducidos aunque muy agradable por cualquier lado.

The hotel was beautiful, surrounded by lush foliage. Large rooms. Beautiful entrance and hallways. Great WiFi connection, as I was able to live stream on multiple devices and watch YouTube simultaneously with no issue. Accommodating staff. Parking on site is a little tight, but not bad. I love this place and we will stay again!

The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room and the bathroom were not properly cleaned and I reported it to the front desk around 8:30 PM. There was no cleaning personnel and the recepcionist and one of the kitchen crew members came a did the cleaning. I also received assitance from the help desk with printing some documents and utilizing the front desk computer because mine lap top was not working. The staff was accommodating and trouble shoot with no hesitation. Bravo!!!

Ya me había hospedado en hotel HACIENDA Peña Pobre que me gusta mucho. Sin embargo, el día de hoy me llevé una muy desagradable sorpresa porque había mechones de cabellos en la cama y también en el porta maletas que está al pie de la cama. Desafortunadamente llegué ya muy tarde y muy cansada, y aunque la señorita que estaba a cargo trató de ayudar no encontraban la ropa de cama para cambiarla, además de que a mí me dio mucho asco la situación, por lo que a pesar de la hora busqué otro hotel y pedí a la Srita la cancelación. Me ofreció que van a hablar directamente con Expedia con quien yo hice la reservación para hacer el reembolso. De verdad fue una muy desagradable impresión la falta de cuidado y supervisión en la calidad de la limpieza. Imperdonable situación.

El hotel me parecio un muy bonito intento de hotel boutique de lujo, pero lamentablemente se quedo solo en el intento, para empezar la ubicación es muy mala, debio de haber sido una casa o una oficina por.lo que la entrada esta muy mal anunciada o indicada, es muy difícil encontrarala, para entrar hay que tocar el timbre en un porton y bajarse del automovil, lo cual lo hace muy peligroso, el cuarto que me asignaron (que fue el que pague) muy amplio y grande pero no tenía ni aire acondicionado ni calefaccion, las 2 noches que estuve padeci de frio, el cuarto estaba decorado muy bonito, pero estaba pegado a la entrada lo cual lo hizo muy ruidoso, se escuchaba los coches que pasaban en la calle pero lo que me parece inconcebible es que se escichara tanto ruido de la puerta principal, eran las 2 de la mañana y me seguia despertando la entrada o salida de gente, se me hace ridiculo que con el precio que se me cobro, me cobrararan $8 dolares por noche de estacionamiento. El desayuno estuvo limitado (por que asi se ofrecia) pero de muy buena calidad. Podria ser un bonito hotel pero en los detalles se diferencian los hoteles buenos de los regulares y asi se queda este. Si eres expedia vip no van a hacer nada por ello

It a beautiful place. Hacienda setting with a relaxed atmosphere. Cozy and comfortable rooms. My only complaint is that my room did not have air conditioning and Mexico City was hot. Everything else was great!

Awesome Stay and always a pleasure! Property is a historic building that has been tastefully remodeled. Rooms are fantastic and beds comfortable. New dining room menu was delicious , at least what I tried. Nice continental breakfast each day. Staff are lovely and very efficient with front desk agents who speak excellent English. Neighbourhood is safe to walk and Parque Bosque de Tlapan is 400 ft away. I’ve returned many times..

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hacienda Pena Pobre. Very clean and modern room. There is limited parking but i didn't have any issues getting a spot. The hotel is behind a security gate that made me feel safe, especially being able to park inside. I didn't have a chance to have breakfast at the hotel, but they did have fruits, water, tea and coffee out all day. Highly recommend this place. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had a great time. Muchas gracias!

Overall our stay was excellent! The staff was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Our flight was delayed upon arrival and we were starving, the receptionist at the front desk had the kitchen staff keep the kitchen open for a little bit longer so that we can grab some food! The suite was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in shower as well. Only issue at the end was our check out. We had an early flight so we left the hotel at 4:30 am. Upon arriving at the reception, there was nobody. We were charged 2,000 Mx pesos (approx 100 USD) as a retention charge in the beginning of our stay, so I am not too sure what will happen with that. But besides that 9/10!

Parece que fue hecho para “cumplir” con la amenidad. - No tienen artículos de primera necesidad como rastrillos o gel. - El agua la dan en botellas de agua pequeñas como hotel One. - La relación valor precio es mucho mejor en un hotel holiday Inn (pagué como $1,800mxn). Habitaciones más amplias, mejores amenidades y muchas veces desayuno incluido. - No saben el tema de facturación con Expedia. The young man does NOT need to be at front desk, or he needs to be reschooled on proper telephone etticut and being nice to customers. He was flat rude on phone. I didnt care if i stayed there anymore upon getting off the phone. I have stayed with you for 3 years now thru covid And always felt 'at 2nd home". But he sure blew it! And i told them i brought my service dog with me..and still tried to charge me I said after 2 years you are going to charge for my service dog? She tells when i am having a bloodpressure attack.coming.on, or heart issues. They did adjust this issue . You need to do something to stop the workers turnover. The resturant has really gone downhill. From thenumber and type of items available, to the size of the portions served!! 10 is certainly way too dbl price for 1 small.egg scrambled, 2 pieces of baco , an 1 spoonfull of beans. 4 slices small of papaya (needs to be a much larger assortment not everyone likes papaya. The mexican.sweet bread was nice but i asked for toast and jam More choices of sandwiches or a hamburger of dinner items. After traveling to get there all day, we were hungry! Spaghetti? El hotel me parecio un muy bonito intento de hotel boutique de lujo, pero lamentablemente se quedo solo en el intento, para empezar la ubicación es muy mala, debio de haber sido una casa o una oficina por.lo que la entrada esta muy mal anunciada o indicada, es muy difícil encontrarala, para entrar hay que tocar el timbre en un porton y bajarse del automovil, lo cual lo hace muy peligroso, el cuarto que me asignaron (que fue el que pague) muy amplio y grande pero no tenía ni aire acondicionado ni calefaccion, las 2 noches que estuve padeci de frio, el cuarto estaba decorado muy bonito, pero estaba pegado a la entrada lo cual lo hizo muy ruidoso, se escuchaba los coches que pasaban en la calle pero lo que me parece inconcebible es que se escichara tanto ruido de la puerta principal, eran las 2 de la mañana y me seguia despertando la entrada o salida de gente, se me hace ridiculo que con el precio que se me cobro, me cobrararan $8 dolares por noche de estacionamiento. El desayuno estuvo limitado (por que asi se ofrecia) pero de muy buena calidad. Podria ser un bonito hotel pero en los detalles se diferencian los hoteles buenos de los regulares y asi se queda este. Amazing hotel just steps from Parque del Bosque and Perisur mall. Staff is amazing as is the building and finishes. Very quiet boutique hotel with a Spanish Colonial feel with modern flourishes. Love staying here when in Mexico City.

Loved the property and the staff. Building is a gem and has been remodeled in a cool and stylish. Rooms are very well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Dining area has some nice options and atmosphere and is reasonable. It is a hidden gem very close to the running/walking trail at Parque at Bosque de Tlapan. And speaking of hidden, the sign is visible from the road but you have to look for it. Apple Maps and Waze will bring you right to the front door!

Intentamos cambiar la reserva por que mi hija estaba en el hospital y fueron cero empaticos. Al final fueron mis papás, no hay restaurante. El desayuno incluido solo era café y papaya .
