New hotel, super sleek room decor, great 17m swimming pool with a jacuzzi section. The hotel accommodated all of our needs e.g. rooms together. Breakfast had a really great selection, including vegetarian sausages. centrally located, would stay again.

Such a great hotel. Stayed here for 9 nights on an advertising production. The director and I both loved it. Room is spacious and comfortable, great shower, fluffy robes, nespresso coffee machine, clothing steamer, nice bedding and firm but comfy bed. The hotel gym is small but excellent. Lovely pool. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of healthy options including eggs made to order. Staff and service at the hotel was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet but very walkable to busier areas. I would 100% stay here again.

The staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. We loved our bar experience with cocktails and mocktails. The breakfast buffet was amazing over our Easter break. Our room was amazing from the comfort of our twin beds to the bathroom. Chose this hotel because it had a great location, easy access to the tube station a short walk away and it had a heated swimming pool. Although I found the pool temperature a little cool and refreshing it was still a lovely addition to our stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making a short stay so enjoyable.

A good Hilton property. Nothing flashy or exceptional in the physical facilities. Rooms small (but it's Europe!). Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is perfect for accessing sites- an average 30 min walk to sites and right by the riverwalk and the Eye. Close to the Borough Market for restaurants. Finally, John at the concierge was absolutely fabulous with his recommendations and overall guidance. Great guy. Others at the concierge need training from him!

These glaringly positive reviews have to be fake… the hotel is a massive construction site with drilling that starts at 8 am and all the windows are closed shut with frosting on them. The beds are also the worst I’ve ever slept on in any hotel. Management let me move rooms after the first night in an attempt to have a better mattress, but the second room had old matcha poured over the bed frame and floor - I had to move a third time to a different room which also had the same mattress issue. No commercial gestures was offered, and cherry on the cake - when I asked for an invoice it became a battle. Apparently because I booked through hotels.com they were unable to issue an invoice, they managed to print one after back and forth. The only positive of Hilton London Bankside is that most of the staff are friendly. Never again.

Hilton Bankside was an excellent choice for our stay in London. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel itself is clean, rooms are nice and of good standard. I travelled with my 6 year old daughter, and she was pleasantly surprised with a kids kit consisting of an activity book, a blanket& pillow, bathrobe with slippers and sweets. Marcel helped us with a kids treasury hunt, which was a fun experience for my daughter. We also tried the gym and the pool. Gym was excellent, well equipped. Pool was good, a bit cold and also had dust on the water which was the only negative I could point out about our stay. The location is good, I had read that the area wasn't that safe, but we didn't experience anything during our stay. Around 5 minutes walk to the tube (Jubilee line), and buses also available. Recommended!

We stayed one night as we were celebrating my birthday in London and staying at the Hilton London Brankside made it feel really special. The room was large, very clean and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable and we had the surprise of finding it “turned out” with slippers and Good night paper mat by the side, when we got in after our celebrations. We found out the sound proofing was really good because there was a crying baby next door and only realised once in the corridor. I would very happily stay again and the location is very good too.

Our time here was pleasant the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bar served a delicious dinner. The only area of Improvement is the bed itself. The mattress was very firm and is a coiled bed. The pillows were also very flat and were uncomfortable especially after a long day being out sightseeing. Any movement on the bed at night could be heard with the coils in the mattress. Other than that very quiet and clean. We were on the 4th level.

The hotel is lovely and modern, staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness and in particular the bathroom were great. My only real criticism (and apparently I’m not the first) is the overly frosted glass in the room/sealed windows. Windows being sealed at a hotel is nothing new, sometimes however the option to let fresh air in is appreciated. However the real irritant was the frosted windows to point that basically no natural light can penetrate the room. I’m not asking for an amazing view, but I shouldn’t have to be turning on all the lights at 9am because it’s perpetually dark due to the windows. I would (and probably will) stay here again, however I’d have to enquire about window situation.

The building was under construction—the drilling started at 8:30 each morning on the wall behind us. Absolutely no ability to sleep. I spoke to the front desk about it and they said “sorry.” The room had no windows. They were blacked out—this should have been explained, who ever heard of a hotel room with no windows???? This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. At the price and it being a Hilton, we could not believe it. Truly awful. We should get a credit or something.

I had a very enjoyable stay overall. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best parts of the experience — and the shower was spacious and well designed. The hotel’s location is excellent for visiting London: very central, convenient, and easy to get around from. The staff were friendly, professional, and approachable, which made the stay even better.

This is a very classy and comfortable hotel on the South side of Thames, right by Tate Modern. It is a great location to explore a less touristy, but nonetheless wonderful, part of town. Our room was very spacious and had all the luxurious amenities.

The best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Received such great service upon arrival, throughout our stay and departure. When the receptionist found out it was my partners birthday she requested a complimentary desert to be sent to our room, which was so kind! And they allowed us to have a slightly later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Venue is amazing! Stayed here on 4 separate occasions now and would definitely come back whenever I need a safe place to stay in London.

Poor check in, was t offered a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and other people were. Given a disabled room by the lift had to ask to change room. Air conditioning in room not working had to go back down to reception who sent a handy man to fix in the changed room.

Extremely poor experience during my stay from Feb 23, 2023 to Mar 05, 2023. They made several preauthorizations on my credit card during the stay period, but most of them have not been released even after more than 1 month of full payment clearance. I have sent multiple reminders to them over email but they still don't bother to have minimum courtesy of following up, forget resolving the issue.

Loved this hotel! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the personal touch of a glass of prosecco upon arrival! The rooms were lovely and the air con was an added bonus as it was 34 degrees during our stay! We will definitely be back.

I had a very enjoyable stay overall. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best parts of the experience — and the shower was spacious and well designed. The hotel’s location is excellent for visiting London: very central, convenient, and easy to get around from. The staff were friendly, professional, and approachable, which made the stay even better.

Arrived early and (thankfully) was able to check-in early (check-out was equally painless). Hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk of two subway stations, the Thames, the Tate, Globe Theatre, Borough Market. The breakfast buffet is worth getting. The staff was friendly and accommodating at every turn (asked for an extra pillow and they brought it up right away). Enjoyed hitting the pool. If you are thinking of staying in London, this is the place. You can thank me later.

Loved the location, close to Southwark & Waterloo stations. Beautiful, spacious room with a king size bed. Front staff were wonderful and friendly. It was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely come here again in future.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Southwalk Train Station. Public transportation in London is fantastic and you can go anywhere with your credit card (no need to buy ticket). Staff is friendly and nice; room is clean and the area is very quiet. Great hotel!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Really, the location was perfect and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The place is modern and the restaurant was delicious. I recommend the sticky toffee pudding. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but it is London. The location was really perfect for us, we walked to the Tate, the millennium bridge, the London Eye and Borough Market. The underground is a short walk away and you can get anywhere in the city from there or a bus nearby. We have already recommended this place to friends and will definitely be back. The staff were all fantastic too!

This is a very classy and comfortable hotel on the South side of Thames, right by Tate Modern. It is a great location to explore a less touristy, but nonetheless wonderful, part of town. Our room was very spacious and had all the luxurious amenities.

Such a great hotel. Stayed here for 9 nights on an advertising production. The director and I both loved it. Room is spacious and comfortable, great shower, fluffy robes, nespresso coffee machine, clothing steamer, nice bedding and firm but comfy bed. The hotel gym is small but excellent. Lovely pool. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of healthy options including eggs made to order. Staff and service at the hotel was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet but very walkable to busier areas. I would 100% stay here again.

Our stay was comfortable and a good experience however, two things really let the hotel down. The availability of food/snacks in the exec lounge was poor compared to when I stayed 4 years ago. Definitely scaled back as last time we had breakfast in the exec lounge and therefore didn’t pay the additional money for breakfast, now from what I saw they only really have food available in the evening so we had to pay additional £40 a night for breakfast for 2 people. At checkout I queried the bill as I had seen amounts taken from my account already whilst we were there, and although this was explained and resolved the front of house manager didn’t even ask how our stay was or wish us a good onward journey… just absolutely nothing which to me is rude and unacceptable. I stay at Hilton’s a lot and this was well off the level of expectation I have for front of house staff

Our room was amazing from the comfort of our twin beds to the bathroom. Chose this hotel because it had a great location, easy access to the tube station a short walk away and it had a heated swimming pool. Although I found the pool temperature a little cool and refreshing it was still a lovely addition to our stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making a short stay so enjoyable.

A good Hilton property. Nothing flashy or exceptional in the physical facilities. Rooms small (but it's Europe!). Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is perfect for accessing sites- an average 30 min walk to sites and right by the riverwalk and the Eye. Close to the Borough Market for restaurants. Finally, John at the concierge was absolutely fabulous with his recommendations and overall guidance. Great guy. Others at the concierge need training from him!

Great hotel, beds were comfy and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful. The only complaint was I was not told by Expedia that work was being carried out at the hotel resulting no window view at all.

Smooth check-in with lovely staff, always welcoming and polite people working in the lobby. We felt well taken care of, and very welcome. Spacious room, (after London standards), comfortable bed, nice and modern bathroom. Overall a very pleasant stay at the hotel! We did not book with breakfast, as there are small grocery stores nearby and cafees. (Our one experience with the in-house restaurant was below average, a.o. they were not able to accommodate more complex dietary requirements).
