We were greeted by a very nice and friendly person that checked us in very quickly. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was more than what we expected - so many choices! A HUGE plus was free EV charging station. We appreciated a very nice person checking us out as well. You can tell the employees are happy to be there. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay!

Nicely appointed hotel with great hospitality and comforts of home. Good location, off of highway 1 and close to shopping and restaurants. The only negative was the pool and hot tub are quite small.

Five stars for the King suite. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Excellent parking with lots of lighting. Breakfast was cold. Very strong fragrance throughout lobby and breakfast room, made our eyes water, but thankfully not in our room.

Very clean and spacious hotel, within easy walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Check-in staff were very friendly and explained about the hotel facilities available, including the free buffet breakfast, which was very comprehensive, with lots of choice. I must say the breakfast staff kept on top of clearing away the used dishes used by the guests. They worked very hard! Car parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces. Only downside for us was the road outside, which is very close to one side of the hotel, and can be quite noisy at busy times during the day. However, it didn’t disturb our sleep at all during the night. Just ask for a room facing the car park.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a highly disappointing experience. For the first time, I encountered a power outage during my stay. This resulted in me having to carry three heavy suitcases, each weighing 23 kilograms, from the fourth floor to the ground floor. Additionally, the breakfast service hours were extremely short, ending much earlier than other hotels I have stayed at. The power outage also affected the coffee machine, beverage dispenser, and the restaurant's lighting, further diminishing the quality of my stay. What baffled me the most was the lack of communication from the hotel staff regarding the power outage. There was no notification or apology from the employees, which I found unacceptable. As a professional hotel, basic courtesy and proper guest communication should be a given. Overall, my experience was very poor, and I do not recommend this hotel.

I booked Fairfield Inn & Suites Kamloops for July 12th, but when I arrived, I was told there was a water leak in my room and was sent to Best Western Premier Kamloops instead — without prior notice or any compensation. The replacement hotel was a clear downgrade: older room, loud A/C, and no parking available. I booked Fairfield expecting a certain standard, and this experience did not meet it. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service recovery. At the very least, a voucher or partial refund should have been offered.

A daily fee of 20.00 was taken off my credit card without notice to pay for ?. I'm told it will be returned to my card but have yet to see it after a week of waiting so far. Taking money from someone without their approval is theft where I come from, so it's disappointing that this very large hotel chain thinks this is acceptable.

This recently built hotel is nicely appointed and well staffed. The location is on the outskirts of town which is a drawback if one needs to go back and forth from town frequently during the day. There is some road noise as it is located on a busy roadway.

Went for a early morning swim, sat in the hot tub, ate an awesome breakfast around 8 am. It was fully stocked. We had omelette,bacon, sausages, waffles, hash browns, oatmeal, juice, coffee, peppermint tea, watermelon and pineapple chunks. There was also toast, bagels etc, cereal, oat milk…. Would have cost us $50 at Denny’s. There’s dining tables, a few booths and even an outside seating area. As well as a tv. Awesome friendly staff. We were on the parking lot side towards the end Had awesome view of the city and was quiet. We’ll be back.
