Everything excellent expect the restaurant with subpar and over priced food and the elevator. In regards to the elevator- you have to take one to get to the second floor and then a separate one to get to any floors between 3 and 10

Our stay was great, excellent and clean room, the restaurant ad bar were really good, but the elevator situation is a bit weird, and the central glass stairs were taped off.

Lovely hotel. The only real downside is the parking situation. Had to circle the block before we got lucky and could even pull in to have valet check. Self-park was pretty out of the way and I wasn't even clear on where I could enter. The cost for parking is a bit exorbitant, but that seems par for the course in the area.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location downtown near everything. You can walk. There are a lot of homeless outside of the hotel. This area is full of homeless and strange looking people honestly. As far as the hotel our only issue was the parking. We were offered valet and self parking and we chose self parking but to self park it is in a building behind the hotel that you cannot find on your own. We parked in the wrong lot and paid much more than what we was told it would cost to self park. The gentleman at the front desk had no idea of what was communicated to us about the dual parking fees. Poor communication on the part of the hotel. Other than those things it was a good stay.

Nice hotel. Parking is not included in price. No entrance to unload luggage, you just pull up to the curb and try not to be in the way. $50 per night valet or $30 to park yourself. It's a bit of a hike from the parking garage to the lobby.

We had a great room at the hotel but the glass stairs in the lobby area were cracked so you had to use the elevators…the tricky part was the elevators were a two part system and when you would get out on the second floor, marked lobby in the elevator, you couldn’t use the stairs to get to the actual lobby and had to go back to the elevator to go down one more floor. They need to fix the stairs or move the sign in the elevator to mark the actual lobby on the first floor. The location to the Marta is perfect! Right in the heart of downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I went over everything with Clorox wipes per usual and there wasn’t a speck of dirt on the wipes. Gorgeous room. Parking was very expensive.

We stayed at this property in March 2023 and this property was excellent! However, this last stay was mediocre. Housekeeping was lacking in that they never removed the dirty cups each day, nor did the refresh the coffee each day. Valet could not find our car on one day, and when we checked out valet could not be found. We had to retrieve our own vehicle. The staff was good, we just found our accommodations were not as great as the first time.

The towels and washcloths we used weren’t removed the next day by the housekeeper, they were just left in the bathroom and the clean ones were placed in the storage area under the sink. A lot of the food places around the hotel closed at 5pm. The room windows faced a dark wall of the building next door 20 feet away.

The stay was overall a nice stay. The valet parking was such a blessing and all the valet staff was a delight. Before arriving I texted with some of the hotel staff and they were all very helpful. But upon checking in, the man at the reception desk, I never caught his name, was quite rude. I interacted with him 3 times during my stay and everytime he was rude and seemed as if he didn’t want to even deal with me. The one night of my stay I was trying to figure out the room service and couldn't get the menu to pull up via the QR code provided in my room. So I went to ask the front desk downstairs for help but when I saw it was the same guy still at the desk, me and my Fiance decided to forgo room service all together than to deal with him again. On check out, there was a new girl at the front desk, which was a legit relief, and she was such a wonderful change in mood. She was very friendly and helped me check out so smoothly. I personally don't think I'd stay there again just from the interaction with the front desk. It was a very nice room, the view from the windows was of a parking garage which left much to be desired, but the rest was very clean and comfy. Worth the price. Just wish I'd been made aware of the $100 security deposit before booking.

The rooms doors slam loudly so they give you ear plugs. The people across the hall were in two non adjoining rooms so the doors slammed repeatedly until 4am so could not sleep. I get a hotel room to sleep, so that was really inconvenient. The elevator from 1-2 is disconnected from 2 up so you have to go around to another set of elevators. They weren’t slow but it’s a pain if you come and go more than once a day. The non high rooms face a brick wall. This was fine with me as we had privacy and no outside noise and could keep the drapes open, but I didn’t see it stated and didn’t require a high view. However, always good to know about.

The room wasn't ready at the time of check in, which was frustrating. We didn't get to our room until 4pm. The staff were great and were helpful. But after travelling all day and getting to the hotel prepared to have a room and then waiting in the lobby for an hour wasn't the best experience

BE CAREFUL if you’re purchasing the breakfast package. It includes $20 per person per day—I booked two double rooms, so we had $80/day. I asked the front desk how tipping works and was told gratuity is separate. Based on that, I left extra tips on each breakfast receipt, thinking my meals were fully covered by the package and I’d only be charged for what I personally tipped. On the last day, a server told me the hotel and restaurant are separate companies, and that the hotel already includes a 15% gratuity in its payment to the restaurant. So I wasn’t supposed to tip separately. That said, I was still fine paying what I had written down, as the servers were kind. When I got the final bill, however, most of the tip amounts didn’t match what I wrote—only one day matched. I believe I was overcharged by $31.95. It's not a huge amount, but when the charges seem totally random, you just want a clear explanation. I’ve called seven times since checking out three weeks ago. One call lasted 40 minutes because we went through the line items on my bills one by one, and the hotel staff agreed I should get a refund. One call lasted 40 minutes because we went through the line items on my bills one by one, and the hotel staff agreed I should get a refund. Winter storm had us stuck overnight in Atlanta. The staff at Hotel Indigo were friendly & attentive. Batteries for the tv remote were brought to the room promptly. Room service was fast despite kitchen staff shortages due to the storm. They really went the extra mile to show care and hospitality to us tired, storm stranded guests. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was okay. The parts that I wasn’t happy about were: Room service was very rude and not helpful at all, was given an open bottle of water with breakfast order, and ordered an item from the menu that’s not even an existing item to order. When you call the front desk for help they barely pick up. Room service number on the hotel phone doesn’t pick up at all. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again based on those things.

Booked here last minute at a decent price for Cowboy Carter-ATL,Night 3!! I'm so glad I did! Location was perfect, able to walk to many attractions, venues, & great restaurants within minutes. Steps away from the Peachtree Marta station, which we were able to ride to the Mercedes-Benz stadium for $5 roundtrip. Felt very safe, police presence everywhere & police station around the corner. The room was very nice, clean, spacious, and beds very comfortable. A mini fridge can be placed in your room, at no extra cost, but u have to request it. Customer service was top notch, professional, and very nice. I did valet my car, but it was worth it. Parking is a little difficult. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a good location, and it was within walking distance to Centennial Park, the aquarium, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. There’s a public parking garage right by the hotel or you can do valet. It’s about the same price wise. There were a few homeless people around the hotel, but there also always police around. Lovely hotel. Fantastic location downtown close to restaurants and shops and most importantly right next door to the train station. Only let down is the loud banging of the bedroom doors, getting to sleep and staying asleep is hard if it’s a busy time around.

Valet takes forever so be sure to request car earlier than you need! Watch your tab at the bar, I had one purple lotus my boyfriend had two beer and a Tito’s, we got the bill and it was $157! They had us down for 3 of the lotus, three beers and two Tito’s. I was glad I paid attention, then they told us they could not reverse the charge to my debit card, they could make the drinks or give us cash. If you order breakfast ahead of time, they give you a paper at desk for $20 credit per guest. But they still make you sign a paper saying the full bill goes to your room, it made me feel uneasy so I requested final bill at check out and it did balance out with the credit though they made me sign the full bill still. Valet was $55 a night. There was no tub in room only shower , and no mini fridge at all. At breakfast my boyfriend ordered the smoked salmon, it was horrible. Very dry. So we sent it back and asked for something different, they acted like it was such a pain that we did not like the salmon. But they did bring the other food out and it was fine.
