The hotel is updating flooring, wall covers, etc. Third floor was complete and very nice. No distraction from the work being done on secondifloor which was closed to visitors. Everything was very nice.

The room above us was very noisy. Sounded like an elephant was up there. Otherwise, the room was comfy and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was good and the coffee was ok. Looked like renovations were going on the first floor.

Walked into the room and loved it until i returned after dinner to find a BIG crawling bug on the floor. I flushed it down the toilet thinking ok no big deal then after getting out of the shower the next morning i stepped on another one! Totally gross and don't recommend

Sheets smelled sour. Two men came in the room when I wasn’t there talking about the maintenance but my wife and daughter was in the room and it was 930 am and the sign was on the door. They said they were changing locks. Who cares you didn’t knock and the sign was up

I always try to stay at Hampton Inn because of prior positive experiences. However, my room wasn’t worth the price this time around at this location. I’m not picky and I rarely if at all write negative reviews. That being said, my room with a double queen seemed smaller than usual. When I first entered the room there was a smell of sour milk. The bedding didn't look like they were changed and didn't smell clean. The bed dressing had visible stains. I asked for additional bed sheets from the front desk and they smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom and shower area has no ventilation. We were in town for a two day stay but cut it short and left the night before checkout. Not a positive experience and below Hampton Inn standards considering the premium price for the stay. I will highly reconsider whether to re-book with Hampton Inn in the future.

I chose this hotel for its location and that was a benefit. Almost positive I had stomach issues from the food served at breakfast. There were multiple long hairs stuck on different things in the bathroom that were not mine and stay even after a "cleaning". I also got in very late 2am and was then called repeatedly to be woken up to run my credit card number again at 4:30am. I found this to be quite annoying and unnecessary as the hotel already had my information and the courteous thing would be to just ask for it the following day not while I was trying to get as much sleep as possible before my work that morning.

A/C in 130 blew hot and cold air at the same time. Fire alarm lights blinking on the ceiling were disturbing when trying to sleep. Curtains/shades do not block light very well.Overall we were quite pleased.

The room was warm and stuffy despite turning the AC down to 68 degrees. Hard to get a good nights rest when it’s so hot. And the air conditioner unit was very loud.

We weren’t able to regulate the temperature in the room so we were hot our stay there. Plus, they had an Internet outage so we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi or TV but other than that our stay was great.

Very nice hotel, clean, spacious, ice machine on the floor, nice big TV’s and comfy beds. Snacks available downstairs for purchase. Lots of places to eat close by. Very convenient to get in and out of town being on freeway. Highly recommend!

Arrived at the property at about 5pm and someone at the hotel cancelled our reservation as well as a fellow business partners room and gave our rooms away. We were extremely fortunate to get accomodations at a local wedding venue as all hotels were booked due to a high school soccer tournament. The staff that was on duty was apologetic but it was very aggrevating after traveling all day and needing to change to head to a company meeting. In all my years of using Expedia I have never had this happen. We got no email or call to confirm we were still coming and being it was not quite 5pm it wasn't a late check in.
