The front desk was exceptionally helpful. I left a check in my room today. I called the front desk to see f someone had turned it in. The front desk gentleman was nice enough to go to my room to see if I had left it in the room. Then I received a message, letting me know that it was found. What a relief! The staff went over and beyond to solve what could’ve been a major issue. Thank you!!! Please commend them for their initiative. 🙏

The lobby is on the 3rd floor which was out of the ordinary… you come in to only elevators… I’m guessing it’s a safety precaution but very inconvenient for guests… especially if no-one is there to let you in initially. 1 elevator was being serviced during our stay… so we waited a long time for elevators. Breakfast was great! There were plenty of options and they served until 10:00 so that was a plus!
