If you are a first timer going to London..... this is the PLACE! It is 5 min. walk to the front gates to Buckingham Palace. This place is right near small shops and chain stores. The only thing I would mention is that there is not any bar or rest. in the building itself. They do have a wonderful kitchenette in the room - coffee/ tea/ mini frig. dishes / silverwear.

Excellent hotel! Room was very large and spacious. Small kitchenette was added bonus. 4 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. 5 min walk to many restaurants and shopping. Victoria metro about 3 min walk. Great bakery right next door. Staff super friendly!!!

This hotel was perfect for us. Location was right in the middle of a the top attractions. Palace was only one block away. Hop on hop off bus stop just around the corner. Kind of a hidden gem. No fancy bars, restaurants, or common areas, but we didn't need that anyway. Nice nightly wine reception hour. We would definitely stay there again.

The location can't be beat. There is shopping, restaurants, the tube, and Buckingham Palace, and theaters all very close. The staff a the hotel are wonderful and helpful. The hotel is lacking a restaurant, but since there is so much nearby, it doesn't really matter much.

We had to sign a disclaimer to open the windows and get fresh air in the room!! The bed was comfortable, with good quality bed linen, nice hot shower and fluffy towels. Staff were friendly. There is no on site restaurant but lots of choice nearby. Would recommend.

Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is brilliant, central but quiet. Mini kitchen was ideal, filter water tap available too. All cups and glasses were spotless. A really lovely welcome of lemon water in reception and card. Lots of lovely touches, sweets at reception. Really friendly and helpful staff - would definitely stay here again.

The property was conveniently located and front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The bed was relatively comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The rainfall shower head was excellent with good water pressure and temperature. Towel warmer was a nice feature. Housekeeping was hit or miss though on refilling items such as toilet paper, creamers, and sugars. And multiple times, the ceramic cups that were put on the shelf were dirty.

The service was brilliant and the staff were lovely! However, the room was really dark even with the lights on, there was mold in the bathroom and the tap water (which was meant to be filtered) was VILE. I’m used to London water but this was something else! Spent a small fortune on buying their bottled watered.

Hotel is fine. It's possible to hear the London tube rumblings if given a room on the underground level. I had to negotiate switchning the room to a higher floor after spending less then 10min in the first room. The receptionist appeared to take my request a bit personally and didn't look at me when she handed me the new key. Other receptionists were helpful, they recommended a few dinning spots and heped us with printing. Overall it was ok, just avoid rooms underground if you're sensitive to noise.

Although the room was small, it had everything - loads of power points, brilliant shower, molton & brown shampoo etc. The room is nicely furnished with everything you needed to store and have breakfast in the room. The staff were lovely. The location was ideal. 10 out of 10.

The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately our one night stay was the worst night ever since our room AC was not working properly. We called front desk and all they can offered was a fan. I was expecting better service for the price we pay.

Our room was on the ground floor( basement) with a tiny window and was very small. We were obviously over a under ground line as we felt everyone train traveling past. The room was illogically lain out and the small double bed was in a corner against a wall which mean to get out from that side was difficult. Overall we were not impressed and overpriced for what we got

We came for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make it super special with balloons and a handwritten card. We upgraded the room and it was very nice and accommodated the three of us, however, it was extremely hot during the day and while we were sleeping as the AC only goes down to 18 and no further. It was extremely uncomfortable and I did not sleep a wink. That’s my only critique. Other than that it’s a great hotel!

Excepcional customer service. From their first email a few days before we arrived to the moment we left, staff was kind, incredibly helpful, and efficient. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday and they went above and beyond —they decorated our room with heart shaped balloons and provided a nice treat. They helped us navigate the area and were helpful with our bags at check out. The hotel is also super clean and modern. Our room had one of the best and softest beds we’ve slept on! It also had a mini sink and nice closet space. They really optimized the space. Plus the location is unbeatable. We will be staying here again!

Located on a quiet corner near Victoria station. You would not know it is there if you were not looking for it. Very easy access to St. James Park, close to both the St. James and the Victoria Tube stations (and the train station), quick walk to Belgravia for some outstanding local options for dining, bakeries, green grocers, etc. Room was spacious and well-laid out and the staff was helpful and courteous. First time here, but going forward it will be our default London hotel. Had everything we wanted and nothing extraneous.

The hotel is located a short block away from Buckingham Palace and within walking distance of many of the downtown attractions. Victoria Station and buses were nearby, as well as a Marks and Spencer’s for groceries. There were many good restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor and it was very quiet there. Our standard double room was compact but adequate. The little kitchenette in the room was very handy as we prefer to eat breakfast in. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks Lawrence for the warm welcome when we arrived, and as it turned out, your well wishes when we left. And thanks to the whole team for their daily greetings and general helpfulness, hotel-wise or with touristy info.

Great hotel in a very central location with fantastic transport links and lots to do within a very short walk. Great for an overnight stay or longer. Very welcoming, with clean rooms and added extras. Really cannot fault this hotel. Note there is no restaurant or bar (room service looked good for a drink or two in your room) but lots in the vicinity.
