Perfect stay in London. The hotel was beautiful, the location was excellent, and everything felt calm and welcoming. A special thank you to Lawrence who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. We will definitely come back!

The employees were very nice and helpful, but the room was awful. Far too expensive for a small room in the basement. Wouldn't stay here again.
