Hotel organised transfer from ATH which was exceptional. Breakfast excellent in the courtyard. Single coffee machine occasionally the cause of a queue, but not for long. Our room (A6) only had one bedside table, the other was a jagged stone (albeit a very pretty one!).

Well located, great staff, good Wi-Fi, good food in restaurant on the premises. Room very comfortable.

This is a gem of a city property! The staff is amazing and Ioanna and staff could not do enough for us! Rhe location is great and the food and bar on property is amazing!! Best salad I’ve ever had.

Great small hotel near it all! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were large. Great location! It was quiet but we were able to access all the sites we came to see. Front desk staff was great. The small bar was great to spend an hour in to unwind with drinks and snacks after a busy travel day. You do need to be able to carry suitcases up/down some steps depending on the room, but the staff will help if needed.

Great location, just 5 min from the Metro and close to the Acropolis, restaurants and shops! Has a cute courtyard and was super quiet! The buffet breakfast was excellent, so many options and delicious! Staff was very helpful! I would stay here again!

The location was quiet. The restaurand adjacent is excellent while the hotel "restaurant" is cafeteria-like and located in the lobby hallway.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice, but it was noisy. I could hear all the neighbors and activity in hall. I’m generally not picky about noise, but they seemed to have no soundproofing at all.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with boutique charm. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible. Anything you could want and they constantly bring out fresh and hot food. Great great great location. Walking to tons of restaurants, mini markets, squares, shopping. Etc. and a safe area too! Lovely hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. This was my 2nd visit this year. The hotel is conveniently located within the city. Close to the Syntagma station and round the corner from where the airport buses depart from. Lots of options available for eating and drinking. The Greek Parliament building and other tourist sites within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is very well decorated / maintained. The room allocated didn’t have a great deal of natural light but was a good size and very clean/ comfortable. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and professional. If I was returning to Athens I would stay at the hotel again. Thank you.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very organized. Our room had its own balcony, which was such a treat for relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was a highlight—lovely in both quality and presentation, with vegan options available that were freshly made to order. We also loved the location, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. That said, for the price point, a few improvements would make a big difference. The in-room blow dryers are outdated—they’re attached to the wall and require holding down a button continuously, which is inconvenient. Cleanliness could also be improved; while the room was generally tidy, it was noticeably dusty and lacked the pristine feel expected at this level. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel in a great location with excellent breakfast options, but some attention to detail would truly elevate the guest experience.

レセプションのスタッフのみなさんはとても親切で、お水やパックのコーヒー、早朝の出発のための朝食にも笑顔で対応してくれました。 お部屋の清掃の件で気になったことがあったのでお伝えします。 ⚫︎到着した日、ポットの中に前のゲストの水が入ったままで、空の砂糖の袋がそのまま置いていました。 ⚫︎3泊したのですが、水が滞在中は補充されていませんでした。また、コーヒーとクリームパック、バスマットも補充がされていませんでした。 少し残念な気持ちで朝早くチェックアウトしたのですが、チェックアウトを対応してくれた男性スタッフが英語があまり得意ではないようでしたが、ギリシャ語で優しく見送ってくれてとても嬉しかったです。場所はシンタグマ広場のすぐ近くでどこに行くのにも便利です。シンタグマ広場から歩いて5分位です。歩いて15分程かかりますが、バザールという日用品が安いスーパーもあるので、そこで飲み物、お菓子のお土産等買うこともできました！

Værelset var rigtig godt – dejligt, rummeligt og med et lækkert badeværelse (og gode shampoos ;-) ). Rengøringen var i top, og personalet var både søde og imødekommende. De var rigtig hjælpsomme med både vejvisning og transport.

I did not liked the room I got. B5. I think I over paid for this room that had too many issues: No natural light except a small window to a poor looking yard. Bathroom was with issues. 1. no shelf to put your soap etc' in the shower. 2. the water drainage is not good.3.toyalet button (small amount) didn't work.4. sink faucet was loos. Room cabinet needs renovation.

Our stay at this hotel was a frustrating experience that soured our Athens vacation. Our "Deluxe City View" room sits directly across from a church. Starting at 7:30 AM on Sundays, bells ring every 30 minutes. The noise is loud enough to pierce through earplugs, making sleep impossible. ​When we raised this, the front desk response was dismissive and lacked empathy. She argued that because we hadn't complained during a previous short stay (where we happened to check out early), the noise shouldn't be an issue now. ​Their resolution process felt like a penalty. We were offered three bad options: ​A downgrade to a smaller "Classic" room or a semi-ground floor "Classic" room. Or pay a €30 per night upgrade to a Junior Suite --despite the room being listed online for less than our original rate for those exact dates. Only after a unnecessarily heated argument did they lower the fee to €20. We eventually paid the upgrade just to end the conflict, only to find the new room had a transparent bathroom door with zero privacy. We were so exhausted by the front desk’s gaslighting attitude that we skipped breakfast for three days just to avoid her specifically. ​A hotel’s quality is defined by its problem-solving and hospitality. The front desk receptionist's attitude was rude and unprofessional, she turned what should have been a fun trip into a stressful ordeal.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. There was a closet with about 5 hangers, but we would have appreciated also having a dresser. Loved the shower. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the location of our hotel was conveniently located.

The property is lovely. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is welcoming. The rooms are modern with hardwood floors and great rain showers. Easy to walk to all the sights. Quiet. Taxis and drivers pick up right out front. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Not far from shopping and food locations or tourist areas, but not located in area with a lot of foot traffic. The staff is great, from the front desk, but especially at the bar and the in-house restaurant. The rooms are large, even by US standards. The only constructive criticism I have is that I would change the sliding doors between the bedroom and the bathroom to a solid door and not mesh, to prevent light from the bathroom to coming into the room which could disturb those that are sleeping. We made a great choice picking this hotel. I definitely recommend innAthens for family and leisure travelers.

Great, very quiet hotel in the middle of Athens, close to shops, transport and restaurants. Staff are - as always here - very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean, well-equipped and overlook a beautiful courtyard. Good choices for breakfast.

The rooms were not efficient and bathrooms were small and dark. Outlets were in odd places. Room lacked warmth.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming; however, the room had a few issues. There was a moisture problem in the bathroom that kept the fan on constantly. Furniture was made of metal and everything had sharp corners including the platform bed which you were bumping into constantly. Housekeeping kept leaving our window cracked—I’m assuming that had something to do with the moisture issue. No drawers available in any of the furniture.

Greeted with a drink and a sweet treat. Upgraded to a bigger room. We were only here one night but it was a very comfortable room. The bathroom was a little dark. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was in the bar area and had a great selection, but it was very busy and tight. The hotel is surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to a few busy roads. Staff was as everyone in Greece, extremely kind. Fantastic Italian restaurant around the corner if you’re looking for something not Greek to eat.

I have 3 words for this hotel: “Great Customer Services”! We stayed at this hotel a night before our 10-day cruise from the port Piraeus (Athens). After an extensive search for the hotels online, I reserved a room at in[n]Athens on February 23 through Expedia. Within an hour, a hotel front desk staff reached out to me offering assistance for the booking with city tours, day excursions, transfers, answering any inquiries that I might have, and informed me about the Resilience fee to be paid at the hotel upon check in (per Law 5073/2023)! The front desk staff team (Vasillis, Mary, Ilias, and Nikolas) did a great job to assist my family with the transportation from the hotel to the cruise port and vice versa through the email communication and allowed us to check in the rooms early! It was a very nice touch when the front desk staffs offered water and brownies when we checked in on the first day in Athens and offered us breakfast when we checked in early (09:00 AM) after we returned from the cruise! The hotel had a great selections of breakfast items and the guests could also place one free order of food and drink! We’ve been staying a lot of hotels in the U.S. when we traveled on vacation and the food selections and services at this hotel was one of the best we’ve seen! We had to leave the hotel early (around 04:30 AM) on the next day for the early flight out of Athens. We do appreciate the hotel staff prepared for us the breakfast to-go bags and arranged a taxi for us!

Very good excellent staff. Great location

Friendly and informative check in, with the staffer helping we old folks with our suitcases up to the room. Large clean room. The room was booked at last minute (an earlier booking had been made for the next night) because our cruise ship had mechanical issues and we had to disembark a day early. So we actually had two check ins because our pre-booked room was different. The staff held our luggage then moved it into our second night room. This hotel is wonderful and we will cheerfully stay here again when we return to Athens.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is excellent and the staff is wonderful. Big thanks to Velissarios for his tip about the best time to visit the Acropolis. Within ten minutes walk you can reach the Acropolis and the neighborhoods of Plaka and Monastiriki. Highly recommend Inn Athens hotel.

From the moment our party arrived at InnAthens we were impressed with the lovely, positive attitude of the staff which was more numerous than other places we have stayed in Athens and Europe overall. That kind of consistent, genuine sincerity stands out these days. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the included breakfast options were superb. The location was excellent, as we were able to walk to all the major sites and attractions. We would stay again for sure.

From the moment i made the reservation the staff was extremely commutative. They arranged all our transportation from pick up to drop off to the airport. Our flight was 4 o’clock in the morning and they sent us off with breakfast bags. The area was located right in the middle of everything you can want. But again I just want to emphasize on how the front desk staff made our stay extraordinary

Exceptional six nights stay at INNATHENS. Location, wonderful staff, and extraordinary breakfast are all reasons to return.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The coffee and pastries in the complementary breakfast were good. I would recommend more detail and attention to the scrambled eggs and the sausage in the complementary breakfast because they were dried out and did not look appetizing.

From checking in to checking out, everything was seamless. The rooms were great and the service was excellent. Can’t say enough about the breakfast buffet. Not sure how they pull that off but they do. Wish we could go back every year!

Great location !!! I will stay here again , my only recommendation is about “ breakfast to-go “ cuz I had a early departure to the seaport , the sandwich had only one sliced of deli meat and a few tiny pieces of lettuce , I will suggest do a better sandwich or don’t offer this service. Breakfast at the hotel was good
