Hotel is a quiet oasis among noisy, stinky casinos. Only drawback is pool. Delano pool is small, barely landscaped, with plastic plants and no umbrellas unless you pay $500 to $700 for a cabana. Such a disappointment when hotel is otherwise perfect

Beautiful hotel, but they don’t offer free water and the weather conditions were exceptionally HOT! I wanted to stsy here for the wave pool and it was broken. They fail to tell you things like this. I was charged $15 for opening the fridge in the room, even though I didn’t eat anything out of it! I had to explain this to the front desk. Disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delano. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well priced. Using the app for a "no room key" experience was great! The lack of casino means no smoke (a plus in my book) and all of the Mandelay Bay amenities are in close proximity. Great pools, however the Delano pool was closed one day for an unexplained reason. Recommend Veranda at Four Seasons (also on the same property) for a nice breakfast or lunch.

Pool is very long walk from hotel and very crowded. Rooms are nice but poor plumbing, hard pillows and tiny sandpaper towels. Expected more from Delano brand. This is not on same scale at Delano in Miami but more $$$. Sky bar is a nice element.

Delano was close to venue for volleyball, pools were nice, food options were nice, just be prepared to walk long distances to absolutely every place.

My shower was very dirty. I got in late and wanted to take a shower and saw that it had not been cleaned. It had white soap. Luckily I always take sandals everywhere because I wasn’t about to change rooms at 2:00 am after I had unpacked.

Bugs in the room, bathtub was dirty with a lot of hair, room was not ready at check in time, shower temperature was very hot even when cold water was selected. We reported our claims at the front desk and they kindly waived our resort fee, which was a nice gesture.

It is not what it used to be. Our room was sufficient to get us through the weekend, but the couch and carpet were dirty. I remember when this was a high end hotel (5 star). Now, the best I can rate is a 3. Our friends room across the hall was cleaner, but the decor is not inviting and needs a refresh. Very disappointing for the cost.

I was so grateful that the lovely check-in host recognized that both my husband and I were limping badly and assigned us a room close to the elevator. It was such a relief after our journey from Allegiant Stadium. The room was spacious, quiet, immaculate and appointed tastefully. The bedding was luxurious and comfortable. We received compassionate, graceful service as we limped out the next morning and a kind maintenance man escorted us through the employee entrance to the parking lot in order to spare us the longer route through the casinos, shoppes and restaurants. We are so grateful! We loved every minute of our first NFL football game, but everything is Vegas is big and our broken down bodies weren't prepared so these employees' acts of kindness were exra special. Thank you for giving us a lovely space to rest and the support we needed! ✌️

The room was very comfortable and spacious, being a king suite. we had a good view from 38th floor of the man’s & some of the Strip. The only thing I felt that was missing was bath robes and slippers. Club access was definitely a plus. Direct access to the House of Blues as well as The Four Seasons and Mandalay Bay hotels was also very convenient.

The rooms were nice but missing basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, and the customer service was virtually nonexistent. It’s essentially a DIY hotel where you check in and issue your own room keys. For any issues, you have to text through the app and hope for a response. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay or location, but I wouldn’t return unless there was an exceptional deal.

Loved this suite hotel for 4 adults! 1 1/2 bathrooms was a nice surprise. Its connected to 3 other hotels, a mall, a casino and a nice variety of restaurants. Delano was a quieter area and the Skyfall bar and lounge had a beautiful view! I’ve only stayed in 2 other hotels and this is my favorite by far!!

We had a good stay! The Bed was super comfortable! We did upgrade to a room with a view loved the view. However, the windows were very dirty, so the pictures did not turn out Great! loved the half bath very convenient! Didn’t like that the fridge was locked and weighted so if you took anything out you were charged, could not be used for your leftovers or drinks you purchased from the store! I don’t know of any hotel that doesn’t have a usable fridge for guests in their room!

We left my daughter’s iPad in our room when we checked out only realising at the airport. I called lost & found and together with housekeeping they were excellent. Super helpful and polite, they found it and got it back to us within a week. Awesome service!

We appreciated the spacious room and cleanliness but the check-in line was long. Our room wasn’t ready by the promised 3pm time despite checking in at 10:30am. Further, we requested connecting rooms or at least be on the same floor as my mother-in-law who was on a separate reservation but checked in at the same time as me. But we ended up with rooms in separate towers.

Had a few issues with our room. Hot water in the shower didn’t work properly. Had issues with the smoke alarm going off in our room and the tv in the bathroom didn’t work. Initially overcharged for upgraded room (that I never received) Was always difficult to get through to anyone at the front desk. On hold for long periods of time. Having said that, the suite style rooms with separate bedrooms was really nice and like the (quieter) location at end of strip. Easy to drive and in and out.

The hotel asked to download the MGM APP for faster check in, and a remote key, but that was still not available when we arrived at 2:15. We waited in line for a half hour and was told at 2:45 that housekeeping was currently in our room and a text would be sent as soon as they were out and we could check in. After 4 pm, I finally checked back at the front desk and our room had been ready the entire time and they “forgot”’to text me. Not acceptable for the price of the room.

Great location for the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and it is away from the chaos of the casinos. One of the exterior automatic doors was broken and weighs around 100 pounds. So we had to hit the handicap door opener and wait 10 seconds while it slowly opened. It was annoying. The light/doorbell on the outside of our room was also broken so housekeeping walked in on us a couple of times because the red Do Not Disturb light didn’t illuminate on the outside of our room. Anyone visiting our room had to knock loudly so we could hear them from the bedroom. We called the customer service several times to get issues addressed and an extra blanket delivered, because housekeeping wasn’t answering their phone. After the fourth call to customer service/front desk, someone finally answered. The repair issue wasn’t fixed but we did eventually get the extra blanket.

This property is beautiful and very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The majority of the team members we interacted with there were very friendly and accommodating. Had a top-three-most-terrible-interactions-ever with a manager during check-in, and their check-in process itself is awful. We waited over 2.5 hours for a room, and only got one after calling Guest Services from the lobby. A hotel of this caliber should have management trained to deal with the public with respect and grace, no matter how difficult the situation is (it was a busy day and there were well over a dozen groups clamoring to check-in, while we were as well with a situation where the hotel made a mistake with our reservation, and she was blaming me for it, and I calmly, but firmly pushed back. I get it was a stressful day, but the reaction was nothing short of awful). I'm unlikely to ever stay at Delano again. Book elsewhere if you have any time-sensitive activities planned the day you check-in.

Clean. Nice. Fast check in. Parking on premises $18. Large rooms. At the other end of the strip. Connected to Mandalay and Luxor. Resort charge is $50 . You have to pay for the coffee packets in your room. Ususlly part of resort charge. Not as crowded as the other resorts

Check in was easy. Our room was upgraded at no additional charge and they validated our one night parking. We had a lovely view, everything was clean, the bed was comfy and service was nice! It’s not right on the strip (which is why I chose it) but it’s not hard to get to. It’s also super convenient to the airport.

Like - We like being at the south side of the strip, just a little bit more calm. Ri Ra Irish pub is great! Old fashion prices great food and wait staff (and owner) that are truly friendly. Don’t like - paid parking is the biggest hassle and slow point everywhere we went. People go ballistic when someone can’t get their exit pass to work. False green light parking availability. Parking should be free for hotel patrons and validated for people spending money at any resort. Resort fees, should be user pay fees. We get zero benefits from resort fees, not even a lousy bottle of water. Dalla’s operation model is bazaar. Pick, pay and tip for your meal before you are seated? No way. I have to say Vegas has lost a little of its shine with all the fees and inconveniences. This was our first trip back to Vegas since Covid. Unlike our previous 20 trips to Vegas - can’t really say we are anxious to return.

Great hotel. Convenient location to Allegiant and Mandalay Bay. A great cirque du soleil show right next door. Some great dining options at Mandalay Bay. Convenient transportation to and from airport by taxi. Convenient tram to Excalibur and walking possibilities from there to rest of strip. Awesome room with comfy king bed in bedroom and comfortable living room with 1 1/2 baths. Fairly quiet and away from smoke, gambling and noise from other hotels. Only downside is only cafe at Delano is crowded and overpriced and no complimentary coffee in room - have to be careful not to touch tray or mini bar. Does have nice keurig machine so can bring own k cups, mugs and creamers or purchase at pharmacy. Would be good to have some of that stocked complimentary in room but otherwise awesome experience, great location and a hotel where we would definitely return,

Luxurious property with very spacious and clean rooms. Self parking and rideshare pick up were conveniently located near the lobby. Tons of food and entertainment options in Mandalay Bay and surrounding properties. Overall excellent, high end and quiet place to stay while still being on the strip.

We usually like this property - hotel room is nice and comfortable. The amenities are not as good as they used to be. It's frustrating that Della's is not open for breakfast until Thursday thru the weekend. You would think they would be open knowing there is a trade show at the Mandalay Convention center.

I was in for a business conference with several colleagues and had an amazing stay at the Delano. The staff was great. I loved being away from the crowd at Mandalay Bay and things were much more calm and quiet at Delano. The convenience of Della's and the coffee shop was a big plus. The folks at the coffee shop are amazing and I enjoyed the coffee and pastries much more than Starbucks.

I expected a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, no amenities were provided with the suite I booked. No bathrobes or slippers.no free water and coffee. Water was $25 a bottle. Coffee in your room is $16….and it was awful. Horrible room service, I ordered it twice and the food was NOT edible. Fabulous restaurants on property so I expected room service to be decent…..nope. They also charge $45 a day for amenities I didn’t need or use. Definitely NOT a luxury hotel. Won’t stay here again.

The Delano is a great property, connected to the Mandalay Bay and all of its amenities. . We stayed in a STAY WELL suite - the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the extra amenities included with the suite and will definitely book that option again. We ate at 4 of the restaurants on the property, all were easily accessible and food was adequate. We utilized the pool at the Mandalay Bay, and although effort was made to tempt us to purchase a cabana- there was plenty of free seating available, although for most of the day the cabanas had the only shade.

We enjoyed our time at Delano. The gym was clean and easy to get to. The Michael Jackson show was an awesome time and worth going to which is just outside the lobby at this location. The restaurant just outside the lobby area also is a great place to eat and get a bite in the morning. We also did dinner at Sky Fall which on the top of Delano. Great service and an amazing view. You don't have to go far to have it all at this location. It was worth the stay. Pool, food, gambling etc all there.

I fortunately arrived at time that wasn't busy so fewer crowds on a Wednesday. It's nice walking into a more sedate setting from the casino. Online check in on the app was a breeze but still finicky opening the doors and garage access so I got cards to use which were better. The room is rather drab with average furnishings for an upscale property and my view was of a concrete wall. The bed was nice and staff were helpful. I don't like paying a resort fee when it's basically for wifi and the pool which I didn't use; while it doesn't include the fitness room or parking. The in room mini bar is stupid expensive. We had a good meal at Citizens at Mandaly Bay.
