Excellent location. Room 8 shower problem: did not drain, water leaked into the bedroom. Elevator did not work when we retrieved luggage about 2 pm. Otherwise perfect!

Location very good for all things. Advertised as a B&B however no breakfast included or offered. Tired facility more like a student residence, decorated on the cheap.

It was right in the historic center of Palermo - we couldn't have asked for a better location. When the train strike prevented us from leaving, they were very helpful and found us a room for an additional night.
