My kids and I took a few days of Spring Break to visit ACU. We were so happy with our hotel accommodations. The pool felt wonderful after a day of walking. Staff was friendly and helpful! And we all enjoyed our Texas-shaped waffles.

Was a nice stay. There are bbq grills in the courtyard if you wanna cook yourself. Highly recommend as I tried a few places for a ribeye. For what they cost you can grill yourself a feast! Quiet. And quick access to main roads.

Booked a 2-night stay for our 31st Anniversary. Property was well kept but showing some signs of age. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice little bar and patio area. Price was decent, but I booked a month ahead. Overall, a nice property with great staff that needs a little remodeling to be a 5 star.

As a fellow mom, I have to share my disappointing experience at this hotel. First, the shower was unfortunately dirty, which was quite concerning. What really caught me off guard was the exorbitant pet fee – it was shockingly higher than what I've paid at luxury hotels. I ended up shelling out more for my dog than for the room itself. To make matters worse, the lady at the front desk during check-in was far from friendly. When I asked about the safest parking area, she responded with a disheartening answer. She mentioned that there were no cameras and they had experienced vehicle thefts in the past, leaving me feeling uneasy about the security of my belongings. We have stayed here before. they won’t clean the trash out of your room apparently unless you tell them to? They went in the room to leave blankets we requested because the super thin coverlet was not enough- but literally passed an overflowing trash can to do so. Breakfast first day was hot and containers keep full. The first three milks we opened were curdled. Second day no one around and everything was empty. The yogart was old and watery. Coffee disgusting. Sandwiches took 25 minutes to replace along with waffle mix and then sandwiches were cold. Bugs everywhere inside. Workers literally a cigarette in the elevator. Workers lounging and smoking at poolside. Everyone was polite but overpaid for a MARRIOTT that looks like a broke down Hotel 6

Upon checking into the first room. The sheets had blood and urine stains on them. Onto the next room they changed us to a suite. The AC fan sounded like Kamala cackling all night long. Do not recommend this place at all. And all the manager said was sorry.

The overall hotel was nice and the front desk staff was super friendly. The cleanliness of my room was questionable. There were, what looked like blood, stains on two doors and a curtain and there was lunch nest left in fridge. I am sure I will need to stay there again in the future while visiting son at college so I hope they hire a better cleaning staff.;

The water pressure was sparce and cold water didn't work in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The breakfast buffet had moldy muffins. The access door closest to our room lost functionality. The rooms were small for all that was crammed into them and the price charged. The t.v. volume didn't increase no matter how high we tried to turn it up.

We had been traveling for 10 hours had some food warm up to eat, microwave didnt qork had to use pans and stove. Sheets where a mess, remote didnt work ac was extremely noisy. Breakfast bar was out if most things, Just not what we expected from a property like this. It was late we were beat so we let it go.

Our suite, which included a kitchen, was amazing. We were there only one night to attend a family funeral, but we could have stayed much longer very comfortably. The young woman at the front desk “Christina” made our stay exceptional. My husband had a minor medical emergency, and she graciously allowed us to check in early. She was accommodating, friendly, polite and professional. We are so grateful for her assistance. We have no complaints at all and highly recommend TownePlace Suites by Marriott Abilene Northeast.

When I booked the room it made me use a debit card , it said “ won’t be charged “ when I arrived to the hotel Tina asked me what card to use and I wanted to use our credit card as this was a military move, she ran it but it put a $250 hold on both cards and I was given zero explanation, the neighbors above us were up and stomping the entire night , jumping from the bed to the floor until 11 when we called and complained, we drove 12 hrs there with 5 children trying to sleep, she said she would talk to them, 10 min later noise didn’t stop and it was darn near midnight, scaled back and she said she can’t do anything about it, went downstairs to talk in person and that guy just happened to be there, he got aggressive with me and my friend right in front of them and the staff stood there and did nothing, 2 females , 5 kids, from SC driving to Arizona , and felt completely unsafe there, will put this place on the do not stay during PCS moves page as we shouldn’t have had to deal with this.

Our stay was great! Every staff member we encountered was polite and so upbeat! This was an unexpected stop, that was booked last minute. We checked in late, and the lady at the front deck was smiling and helpful. So glad we choose this hotel…I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

Stayed here twice. First time was not a great experience. Decided to give it another try. Just awful. Management was full of excuses. Our room was not ready two hours after designated check in time. Excuses, excuses. Our room smelled of cooked onions. The room reeked. Brought it to management's attention. Before even offering a solution, they said we are full and cannot move your room. I didn’t ask for a room change, just a solution. We left a day early. Will never stay there again.

Lovely hotel to stay in and rest in the middle of a long journey. First-rate rooms, easy check-in, and polite staff. Big walk-in shower was large enough that I could stretch stiff muscles while showering after hours of driving. Room was cozy with nice extra blankets stored in closet. The hotel was within easy driving distance of several restaurants. Would stay here again.

Always a comfortable room, we stay often due to family in the area. Any minor issues are always handled quickly and staff is friendly. Had a couple burned out light bulbs, but no problems. Hotel is close to dining and shopping, but at the end of a road, so there's not any through traffic and its lit up really well. I feel pretty safe with stuff in the bed of my truck.
