This was a very cute inn. The rooms were spacious and clean and in close proximity to the water and restaurants. No elevator, ask for a lower floor if you have walking issues.

The property was great! Very clean, nice sized room, even a kitchenette. The staff was very helpful. Location is perfect, walkable to shops, restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay again.

The place is ok. If your only concern is being at the boardwalk or hole in the wall beach then it’s fine. They offered a charger and noise machine which were nice touches. Had chairs and toys the kids could use at the beach. However, we booked a “suite” and it was just a small room. The bathroom is very tiny. There is a rug which in this day and age is just gross. The skincare products are nothing great. We wanted an extra blanket and opened the one extra in the closet. Smelled like it hasn’t been washed in a long time. There is no staff after 7 pm so no one for any help unless you want to pay extra for a help call. Then tou had to wash your own dishes or get a fine. If I wanted to do that I would have went to an air bnb for the same cost.

A family owned Inn with fabulous homey touches from a small "welcome" bag upon check-in to a charming tray of fresh flowers and goodies in our spacious room. Small details like ice bucket with wine glasses and a white noise machine accompanied by sleepmasks and earplugs made for a perfect stay. The room had a nice beachy feel and was very comfortable with a table and chairs for dining in. The best part was the wonderfully cheerful and accomodating Marianne in the front office who made our stay perfect! Come experience true hospitality at this lovely property.

Stayed here for a weekend trip. We loved it so much my sister and her family got a room instead of camping. Rooms are spacious and clean. We were able to BBQ with the grill for dinner one night. Very clean and homey. We will stay there again when we stay in Niantic. This was a really great experience and located right in town.

Great place to stay while visiting the Connecticut Shore. Larger rooms, clean, comfortable. Some air conditioning leaking soaking the carpet, but it worked and kept us cool. Still have maid service which was very nice.

The Inn was easy to find and in a very nice location. The staff person on duty was friendly and polite. The room was spacious and very clean with a very nice and comfortable bed. We didn't find anything that needed attention. It was only a 1 night stay and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was a very nice size and well layed out. It had a partial kitchen with a full size fridge. The place is clean and well cared for. It was nice having the Niantic boardwalk basically across the street. We enjoyed walking down the street and checking out all the stores and shops right outside the front door.

Service from Danny, Primann, and Aggie was excellent. Surprised the hotel did not offer a no charge late checkout. Our room could have used a dehumidifier as things felt damp. Very spacious room, walking distance to EVERYTHING!

My husband and I stayed at the Niantic Inn for 2 nights as a little getaway while our 3 year old stayed with her grandparents. While the inn does offer many amenities, it was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to recharge! The smartTV was a great addition as we were able to catch up on our shows on various streaming services! It was also great to be fairly close to Mystic! 10/10 would recommend the Niantic Inn!

Had a great stay at the new Niantic Inn - the room was spacious and clean. The Inn is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff was very friendly (I got a goodie bag and they even offered to mail my friend her earring that she left behind). Would definitely recommend staying here!

My son and I had a great time. Hotel staff at check-in was absolutely fantastic as well as check out. My son and I travel often and he is 11, and he was so impressed with the little goodie bag he was given when we arrived as well as the peppermints in the room, and the fact that there was a cute little tea tray on the bed with tea and cups. The modern appearance of the rooms and bathroom mixed with these things made my son feel very fancy.

A family owned Inn with fabulous homey touches from a small "welcome" bag upon check-in to a charming tray of fresh flowers and goodies in our spacious room. Small details like ice bucket with wine glasses and a white noise machine accompanied by sleepmasks and earplugs made for a perfect stay. The room had a nice beachy feel and was very comfortable with a table and chairs for dining in. The best part was the wonderfully cheerful and accomodating Marianne in the front office who made our stay perfect! Come experience true hospitality at this lovely property.

The room was a very nice size and well layed out. It had a partial kitchen with a full size fridge. The place is clean and well cared for. It was nice having the Niantic boardwalk basically across the street. We enjoyed walking down the street and checking out all the stores and shops right outside the front door.

We decided last-minute to take a weekend trip to Niantic, and the Niantic Inn was located perfectly in the center of everything! Clean, comfortable rooms with a lovely welcome gift and little touches that made the stay unique. A short walk to the beach and the little town with great shopping, restaurants, and other things to do. We loved Niantic, a beautiful town, and will be back to the Inn. Thank you.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. There was an apartment sized refrigerator and a coffee pot, coffee tea bags and assorted snacks. There were also fresh flower to great us. I would love to go back.

Their was no bolt lock, the place is old and needs repair. The coffee is terrible. There was a cobstant loud shaking rumble above or below me, like a giant washing machine on spin. I didnt sleep well due tge shaking and noise and lack of a real lock on the door.

My son and I had a great time. Hotel staff at check-in was absolutely fantastic as well as check out. My son and I travel often and he is 11, and he was so impressed with the little goodie bag he was given when we arrived as well as the peppermints in the room, and the fact that there was a cute little tea tray on the bed with tea and cups. The modern appearance of the rooms and bathroom mixed with these things made my son feel very fancy.

My husband and I stayed at the Niantic Inn for 2 nights as a little getaway while our 3 year old stayed with her grandparents. While the inn does offer many amenities, it was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to recharge! The smartTV was a great addition as we were able to catch up on our shows on various streaming services! It was also great to be fairly close to Mystic! 10/10 would recommend the Niantic Inn!

We had a great experience at Niantic Inn. It was such a darling place and the staff were so helpful. They were helpful through email before we even arrived, going out of their way to answer questions. It is a beautiful location with easy to walk to restaurants and easy beach access. We will definitely be back.
