Beds were comfortable. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. Had to go down and ask the front desk, which seemed like a huge inconvenience to her, especially when I asked for 2 bars. Floors weren’t clean anywhere in the hotel- there was food all over the floor in the elevator. Breakfast was a disappointment- they didn’t have any milk for the cereals they had out

No airport shuttle. Room fine. Toilet didn't flush properly....the float in the tank was broke. Breakfast was great. Hot food. Coffee not so great.

Police were called because of People fighting in Hotel parking lot and Motel room beside ours. making sleep impossible for the night. Check out person apologized for incident and said they would comp one night of our stay. After not receiving a credit I called Hotel Manager -said she knew nothing about this even with a Police call to their motel?? and would not honor a one night refund. Maybe this Motel in West Fargo is not a safe neighborhood to stay in??
