Upon check in, were handed a card with zero words from receptionist. Had to open it to read room # and pry it out of her where we should park to be closest to our room. Tub didnt drain but room was clean though you could hear every single stomp above. Hot tub was closed 3 days prior by health dept for lack of chlorene but it still wasnt rectified. Walls around pool area were under repair and flakes and chunks of drywall all over the pool area where kids walk barefoot. No reason this was not cleaned up over the 2 day period. Overall the hotel is run down and in need of repairs.

The beds and pillows were comfy! The room was nice and clean. Very friendly workers!! The hot tub was shut down by the health department when we were there and the pool was extremely cold. Couldn’t even swim in it. I had 1 very disappointed child.

Virtually no Wifi is the big issue for us. Jacuzzi was also closed for repairs. Multiple channels for TV listed on their guide were not available. Very few toiletries supplied in room. The valet carts available had wonky wheels, thus were had to push or steer.

Over priced. Indoor pool & hot tub were closed. The only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. Our tub was cracked & chipped. Lighting was horrible. Juice machine out of order. Pancake machine out of order. No milk or cereal the second day. Many things in need of repair.

Left over food containers from previous guests left in room, used q-tip left on floor. Floor was jot vaccumed. Found several leaf or petals smashed in the pull out couch bed. Worst part was the mold we found growing on the ceiling in the shower. Not just a small speck. The size of a pancake.... yuk! Brought it up to attention of the staff, had to wait until morning to talk to manager to find a resolution. Once i showed her the mold, she said "wow! Thats a huge problem

This property is used by a lot of construction workers. Muddy entrance and stairwells. No drinking cups in rooms for water or coffee. There were mold spots on ceiling of shower. Exhaust fan needs a good cleaning. Carpet in room has seen its better days. It had multiple snags. How long would it take to clip them off? Stairwell carpets were stained and dirty. Sidewalk drain had a large portion missing. Tripping/falling hazard for sure! Multiple places the brick veneer was falling off of building and just laying there on end of building. This property could be SO much nicer if only someone would be put some TLC into it.

It seemed to have updated furniture and carpet but the walls in the room and halls were very beat up and looked dirty. Our thermostat was also hanging off the wall so you had no idea what temperature the room was set to. The bedskirts were also very noticeably dirty so even though the sheets looked clean it made us question the cleanliness of everything.

The pool and pool area were dirty. There were many long hairs on the bathroom floor and the shower curtain needs to be washed/bleached due to excessive orange/pink mold/mildew and soap scum. There needs to be another light near the door inside the room. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Photos of bathroom curtain.

We have stayed at this location quite a few times and this was by far my worst experience. Dirty walls entering the room, dirty wall in the bathroom, a horrible smelling shower curtain, bedding uncomfortable and ripped in places.

The room was clean, and quiet. Everything was fine until we used the shower. Mold on the ceiling, bathtub would not drain properly. There is nothing worse than finding a filthy bathroom.

We’ve stayed here before and it was really nice and clean. Not so much this time. Hallway carpet really needs shampooing, dead crickets in stairwell, no bar soap, body wash, lotion, or conditioner in bathroom. Shower liner needed replacing - had the pink coloring on the bottom :-(. Breakfast was ok. General maintenance was on poor side (walls need washing/painting). Sheets and bathroom clean. Room a little small. Said I reserved a queen bed, but it had to be a full size bed.

There was hair on the bathroom floor behind the door, in the tub, on/in the sink, and on the toilet. Two of the four room fixtures were burnt out. The bed had no blanket and it smelled of cologne as if it had not been washed. Hallways were dirty.

As soon as we walked into the room I remembered why I had said once before that I wouldn’t stay there again. The hotel is clean and modern but the room lighting is so inadequate! There is no ceiling light by the door and the only lighting is a dim wall mounted light by the bed(s) which doesn’t come close to supplying enough light to read. Or the pot light that shines straight down on the hvac system. I asked the front desk if they had a lamp and was told he would check. Never heard anything from him and no lamp arrived at our door. Most hotels have table lamps on desk and nightstand plus a ceiling light in the entryway.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only issues would be the showers had very little pressure, they were out of coffee at breakfast, and the wi-fi was poor. Free but barely worked. Minor things as the hotel was in good condition and clean but for the value it was excellent

Got to the hotel, the front desk couldn’t find our booking, someone had already had already checked us in. Front desk got us sent up to the room and there were people sleeping in the room. Gave us another room but no other accommodations.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is meh at best. The reason for any negative review I would have rests solely on the front desk lady who checked us in, she had the personality of a wet noodle, told me my room wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes when it was 3pm and check in time, I asked for a room that was ready and she finally sorted it out, then tried to tell me the credit card I reserved with was a completely different card than I even have, which I was fully prepared to show her my reservation details that clearly match the card I gave her, she was slow, the line was growing to check in and overall she left a bad taste in my mouth of ever using this hotel again.

Staff here is so pleasant, clearly they are treated well, and like their jobs, facilty is very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Hallways are clean. Breakfast is hot, delicious and served promptly at 6, no waiting for it. Check in and out is easy, trouble free and fast.

Took about 45 mins for checkin ti be complete. There was a lineup. Two people working. One person trying to figure out the others mistakes and the other continuing to make errors as they were learning-new to the position. They should have had more experienced staff working as all hotels were booked due to big concert in the. City that night. Therefore this is why I give this hotel a low rating. It was to the point that after we returned to the lobby the desk had to give me back my ID AS it was forgotten to be given back to me. Absolute WORST checkin that I have ever experienced. I did like the comfiness of the beds.

Upon check in, we were told our room was not ready as were 3 other families that were waiting for their rooms. Clearly not enough help at this hotel. We felt bad for the gal at the check in desk because she is overwhelmed and trying her best to be accommodating to guests. It was our unfortunate luck that there are many many hockey families staying as well. Many children running up and down the halls, pounding on doors while their parents party in their rooms.

Staff upon check in was aloof. The key pad to the room was dead and therefore had to switch rooms. Again the staff person was cool and indifferent. Otherwise once we got into our room it was a very clean and nice room. Great location.

The hotel is in a very nice area, everything seemed brand new. We were only there a very short stay, but experienced a dorty pool area with no towels and our bathroom wasnt the cleanest. Overall this wasnt a bad place to stay.

We liked our room, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not good. We stayed a month ago and it was the same. Waffle maker broken, very few options left. Left hungry and others were saying the same thing. You can only eat so many yogurts and rubbery eggs.

Front desk staff was friendly at check in. Room was nice and overall clean for a quick overnight stay. There did appear to be a mold spot above the shower, assuming from a previous leak or water issue. Breakfast was overall good and had the basics. There was not any coffee in the breakfast area (just what you could make in the rooms) and the pancake machine was broken. My son enjoyed the scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall a nice place for a quick overnight stay at a great price.

Service was great and it was clean as always but there was absolutely no coffee which was not good machine was broken but at least bring in extra machine to supply coffee in the morning and food for breakfast was very sparse. We had to wait long time for trays to be refilled. Not our best stay just because of the food and coffee
