Très belle hôtel ! Situation géographique au top ! Le personnel très agréable et à l’écoute Expérience au Spa titres sympathique sauf que les jacuzzi était froid donc ça limite au sauna et hammam. Concernant le petit déjeuner qualité et personnel fort sympathique et très à l’écoute Le jus la charcuterie excellents Dommage pour un hôtel moderne de ne pas avoir de prise USB dans les chambre et de ne pas avoir des prises à disposition. Nous recommandons toutes cet hôtel à Florence

Die Lage des Hotel gleich an einer Tram-Station hat durchaus Vorteile: An- und Abreise vom Flughafen und zurück sind daher problemlos. Allerdings befindet sich das Hotel in einer recht trostlosen Umgebung, nahe am Hauptbahnhof Firenze SMN. Auch hat das Hotel kein Restaurant, sodaß für Abendessen immer ein Fußmarsch notwendig wird. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind auch alle höchstens durchschnittlich - am Bahnhof gibt es keine "Nobelküche". Unser Zimmer (118) ging leider zur Straßen(bahn)seite hin, und lag direkt über dem automatischen Garagentor - was sehr laut war, auch am sehr frühen Morgen. Man sollte daher lieber ein Zimmer zur Pool-Seite wählen, auch wenn's vermutlich teurer wäre... Die Straßenbahn selbst hörte man kaum! Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse üppig, und gut. Kurz: Hotel sehr gut, Lage nicht der Hit...

Un hotel molto bello, nuovo e personale super! Colazione con una buona scelta di qualità ma soprattutto il personale super gentile! Vicinissimo alla stazione e anche vicino al centro. Molto consigliato! Ci ritornerei sicuramente! Non ho trovato i cuscini comodi purtroppo e l acqua dell’idromassaggio era tiepida fredda non calda e sicuramente non 34 gradi quando l’abbiamo usato in mattinata, SPA molto carina e funzionale.
Un hotel molto bello, nuovo e personale super! Colazione con una buona scelta di qualità ma soprattutto il personale super gentile! Vicinissimo alla stazione e anche vicino al centro. Molto consigliato! Ci ritornerei sicuramente! Wonderful hotel! The only issue was there are trolley rail tracks running directly in front of hotel, making it impossible to drop off luggage from our rental car. There was no way to drive and pull up directly in front of the hotel.

Only downside is EXTREMELY thin walls. Im suffering from hearing deficiency, however, we could hear whatever was happening, said or watched next room and corridor. Walls are made of literally nothing known as SOUND ISOLATION! Swimming pool outdoor is bot heated so just toe dipping, indoor jacuzzi just perfect after them long walks around Florence. Generally lovely hotel, but invest in some decent ear plugs if you're planning to stay there.

Just had an enjoyable few days staying at the MH Hotel and spa. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the centre so we walked everywhere. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing - great variety of fruits, pastries and cake, and hot food. There is even gelato and pancakes. The pool area is relaxing and there’s also a roof top terrace. The bar is only open 5pm until 9pm after which you have to ask reception to make drinks. In my opinion the bar should be open longer so you don’t have to disturb the reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Florence.

Hotel was very well situated for tourist hotspots but would be concerned re safety for lone or female travellers. Hotel itself was clean but room badly in need of redecoration especially bathroom which was mouldy around door and shower. Air con was very noisy, would also benefit an upgrade. The four star rating is clearly attributed to the amenities ie pool and wellness services.

I like this hotel and its amenities and its location. But I’m not convinced the cleaners know what they’re doing. Two examples, the room wasn’t very clean. A lot of dust under the beds and movable chairs, also the shower room was covered in hair all over the sliding door. My second example is they replaced the bar of soap every day-since when were bars of soaps used only for one time? What an absolute waste. We had a bar of soap open for the sink and another in the shower. So we “used” 12 bars of soap for a 6 night stay. That’s mental

This hotel was great and in walking distance to all main areas and sights. It’s in a great location and a couple of minutes from the train station. There is also a tram stop right outside the hotel directly to the airport which takes 20 minutes but they get packed so allow plenty of time!!! Lovely modern clean rooms. Our room had a great view of the pool area which was lovely, clean and again modern. The breakfast was great with lots of choice in a lovely breakfast room and conservatory. All staff helpful and friendly!! Overall GREAT!!!

Fantastiskt läge. Lugnt men väldigt nära City. Spårvagnen till flygplatsen stannar utanför entrén. Tråkigt med ljus på balkongen som var tänd hela natten så det var ljust i rummet

Room was clean and modern, however would call it a standard room not superior as was fairly small. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was good for the tram, station and walking into city centre. However it felt unsafe at times with drug dealing going on and drunk people. Didn’t pay extra for breakfast so can’t comment.

Bem localizado para quem vai pegar o Trem. Fica do lado da estão principal. Chegamos de Trem e fomos para o Hotel à pé. São 400 metros da saída. O quarto é muito espaçoso. Café da manhã não é bom. Poucas opções, demora para repor o pouco que tem. Bom para quem vai passar somente uma noite ou apenas para dormir.

The AC is not available in this hotel all year round and we were told if it’s hot we should open the window. The hotel decides when to turn the AC on. Your choices in April are heat or nothing. The staff is not very friendly and the hotel does not allow irons. We stayed in several hotels throughout Italy on our trip and this was not a 4 star hotel experience as advertised. The hotel also quoted us a flat rate of $30 euros for the taxi to the airport and the taxi driver told us they are wrong and it’s $45 euros.

The hotel is fine and the breakfast is good. The staff was pretty unhelpful, left out some major details upon check in like needing to put your room card into a slot for electricity to work. I booked a massage and spa appt and the massage was incredible but there was little to no instruction about the spa and how to use the different pools/tubs shower, sauna. It was just kind of weird overall but the hotel itself is pretty nice and right by the train station and train stop to get to the airport

This hotel was great and in walking distance to all main areas and sights. It’s in a great location and a couple of minutes from the train station. There is also a tram stop right outside the hotel directly to the airport which takes 20 minutes but they get packed so allow plenty of time!!! Lovely modern clean rooms. Our room had a great view of the pool area which was lovely, clean and again modern. The breakfast was great with lots of choice in a lovely breakfast room and conservatory. All staff helpful and friendly!! Overall GREAT!!!

-Beds are very hard and not comfortable to sleep on -staff even mentioned that we dont have access to spa since we booked via expedia even through our booking said that it included it . then staff told us otherwise the following day . When we booked, Spa pool was not working and unclean - poor breakfast . This is not a 4 star rating hotel ! We have travelled around in italy and stayed in multiple 4 star hotels and their standard is much higher . Also 1 staff is serving during breakfast both in kitchen and outside . It difficult to attend to guest requests - staff on reception are not helpful . We asked simply what would they recommend for us yo visit in the city . She gave us a map and told us search yourself for the interest points .

Overall, a high-quality hotel that delivered in regards to staff, location, breakfast and quiet rooms. Just behind the train station so easy to get to with the tram from the airport stopping right in front of the hotel making the journey from the airport £20 cheaper. Not bad. For those who prefer taking a taxi, cars are NOT allowed on the street which means you have to walk to the corner (about 100m). Not a big deal in nice weather, less pleasant during thunder storms. The breakfast offers every option you could possibly wish for with an Italian twist. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the spa facilities since massages and more are only offered between 3 and 8 pm which did not work for my schedule. The view from my balcony overlooked the pool with Florence boasting a fantastic serene side that is hard to imagine given the proximity to such a busy are. Will absolutely stay here again.

Room was clean and modern, however would call it a standard room not superior as was fairly small. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was good for the tram, station and walking into city centre. However it felt unsafe at times with drug dealing going on and drunk people. Didn’t pay extra for breakfast so can’t comment.

L'hôtel est très beau, très propre. La piscine est aussi très belle et très propre. Le personnel à l'accueil était peu accueillant. L'hôtel est situé très près de la gare, qui est pratique mais il y avait toujours des attroupements d'hommes que nous devions croisé pour nous rendre dans les endroits plus touristiques. Nous étions 2 femmes, donc nous nous sentions moins en sécurité. Et les alentours de l'hôtel étaient moins beaux.

Wonderful hotel! The only issue was there are trolley rail tracks running directly in front of hotel, making it impossible to drop off luggage from our rental car. There was no way to drive and pull up directly in front of the hotel.

Die Lage des Hotel gleich an einer Tram-Station hat durchaus Vorteile: An- und Abreise vom Flughafen und zurück sind daher problemlos. Allerdings befindet sich das Hotel in einer recht trostlosen Umgebung, nahe am Hauptbahnhof Firenze SMN. Auch hat das Hotel kein Restaurant, sodaß für Abendessen immer ein Fußmarsch notwendig wird. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind auch alle höchstens durchschnittlich - am Bahnhof gibt es keine "Nobelküche". Unser Zimmer (118) ging leider zur Straßen(bahn)seite hin, und lag direkt über dem automatischen Garagentor - was sehr laut war, auch am sehr frühen Morgen. Man sollte daher lieber ein Zimmer zur Pool-Seite wählen, auch wenn's vermutlich teurer wäre... Die Straßenbahn selbst hörte man kaum! Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse üppig, und gut. Kurz: Hotel sehr gut, Lage nicht der Hit...

My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing! The pool was a lovely way to cool off. The hotel is in a great location to get to and from the airport.(One tram ride) If you are travelling around Italy, the train station and bus stations are very close. Most attractions are within a walkable distance. The tours and experiences I booked had meeting places within a walkable distance also.

Bem localizado para quem vai pegar o Trem. Fica do lado da estão principal. Chegamos de Trem e fomos para o Hotel à pé. São 400 metros da saída. O quarto é muito espaçoso. Café da manhã não é bom. Poucas opções, demora para repor o pouco que tem. Bom para quem vai passar somente uma noite ou apenas para dormir.

The pool is the main reason I would consider returning, definitely the highlight. The staff was ok and they were there to help when asked, although the leaky shower head we mentioned never got fixed over the four days we were there. The beds were terrible, that is probably where they need to invest some $$, the a/c was just ok, and the fridge didn't really get cold.

The Biden of the hotel was the pool which made up for the location . The gym was disappointing and spa facilities really nice. With the exception of reception staff were lovely . Photos slightly misleading no city view or roof top seating . Be prepared to walk to the centre about 10-15 minutes , make sure you get a room overlooking the pool . We had a lovely stay

The room was nice and clean. However what was disappointing was that the hotel does not allow you to iron your own clothes and instead tries to charge you €5 per item for them to do it. Also the bathroom toiletries were not re-stocked. The location is good close to the station and 10-15 minutes walk from the main sites
