There were excellent restaurants within walking distance. The property was tidy and the staff was very pleasant and responsive. Rooms were also comfortable and cool with a surprisingly decent breakfast each morning. I would like to see a few more amenities and free weights in the gym, but it was adequate for breaking a sweat.

Airport shuttle took over an hour. Kept seeing Loews shuttle pass by 4 or 5 times as I stood out in the middle of lots of traffic enjoying all the fumes. I know where I’m staying next time.

It would be helpful to share where the shuttle service is for the hotel. We went to the closest shuttle service and were told that that area was not serviced. Our fight got in at 1 am, we ended up getting a 60 dollar taxi bc we just wanted to sleep.

The staff are incredibly kind here! The only reason I didn’t list a five star rating is because the restaurant/bar wasn’t open for dinner on a Saturday night. Amazing staff though!

Very quick easy check-in. In fact, they let me check in 2 hours early. Staff was awesome, breakfast was just ok, room was clean, pool was huge, and this is the 1st Whirlpool that I actually found fully functioning at a Hampton property. 5-stars on the Whirlpool, as every other Hampton property that I've been to always a problem with the jets or the heater.

Nice hotel close to Ohare airport. 10 minute shuttle to catch the plane this morning. Breakfast opened exactly at 6:00 with sausage, eggs and potatoes. All the other breakfast choices you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Newer hotel in nice area with many restaurant choices close by.

The room was as expected, perfectly clean and the staff were courteous and friendly. The room did have a slight issue as the bathroom had a sliding door that wouldn't close all the way. We used a hand towel to stuff under it to make sure it wouldn't open on us. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The only surprise came with a $25 fee for overnight parking, which I didn't notice prior to booking, but that may have been on me. Overall, a very comfortable bed and nice stay.

Conveniently located super close to O’Hare and one of the nicest, cleanest little hotels in the area for an incredible price. Big, spacious rooms, free continental breakfast, wonderful staff. I’ve stayed at most of the places in the area and this is my go-to.

Once we got there I found a big fly around my room, I called front desk they tried to kill it and it looks like was dead but after the next day it was alive and still in the room. In the bathroom I found on the floor walking around ants everywhere. Plus next day my surprise was my room wasn’t clean at all, I asked front desk they said every other day they clean the room, they clean it just if the customer request it.

Even though the place was nice and in a nice area the room wasn’t specially when I went to bed, the sheets had stains on them and human hair, it seems like they weren’t changed wich is gross I had to ask for clean ones and I had to go get em my self because they wouldn’t bring em to my room!

Everything was great until we went to sleep. Whoever was above us was extremely loud and running all over the place. Notified the front desk and they were taking care of it. Overall, very nice stay especially for the price.

The stay was great but the hotel room was poorly set up. We had a suite, so the room was large. The room setup was very poorly designed. The TV was at the far end of the room from the bed nearly requiring binoculars to watch, there was a lamp directly in front of the TV until I asked maintenance to remove it because it obstructed the view of the TV. Lastly there was no closet space the setup of that required you to reach around a door to get your clothes.

The airport shuttle service was a really nice feature. It was convenient and efficient. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was safe and clean. The lobby has an inviting and large seating area. There is a coffee station and microwave to use in the lobby and you can buy small snacks and convenience items. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a mini fridge. The only thing that was a little odd was that the bathroom and closet share a sliding dootlr. If the closet is closed the bathroom is open. It was not very secure as a bathroom door amd if someone was looking in the closet at the same time as someone opened the bathroom door they could get closed in it. Otherwise the room and everything else at the property was excellent!

THE most bizarre hotel room I have ever seen. Had a King with sleeper couch room and it was a large room. Unfortunately there was hardly any furniture so only a few drawers built into the center desk. The 40" TV looks tiny from the bed or couch across the room and there is a Desk lamp that is dead center in your view of the TV from the bed. MOST BIZARRE EVER...No closet except in the spacious bathroom where a closet door opens to a typical safe, shelf and iron/ironing board and then at least a 6 foot close that YOU CAN'T GET INTO TO! You can see it but unless you are able to squeeze in a tiny space you can only access like 2 hangers and behind it is spacious unusable space. Asked for an extra luggage stand so we didn't have to have suitcases on the floor and I was given a shower bench. Nice enough hotel but $15 cab rides plus tip to the convention center or $20 a day to park your car. Never be a first choice for Stephens convention center.

The receptionist at the front desk did us a solid since we arrived so late into the night she accompanied us with an upgrade room. The hotel was very convenient for us as we were only there for one night. Near airport and car rental.

They advertise a free shuttle service. We stood at airport for 30 minutes in the freezing cold and NO SHUTTLE. The hotel would not even answer their phone when we tried to call. The furnace/air conditioner in room is VERY loud and wakes you up every time it kicks on. They rate this a 2 star hotel. I think a one star fits better. Do not state you have a service when you do not provide one.

I didn’t like that they charged a $24 per night parking fee and I just thought that was outrageous when you pay $150 for a night for a room and they have a parking lot, it’s not like the hotel was in a downtown district where parking was limited. Then when we questioned the front desk about it they were rude with the response. Breakfast was wonderful. Served from 5:00am-10:00am Servers Kept it filled. But be sure to go before 9:45 because at least 3-4 of the servers are hovering over you as you get your breakfast items to hurrying you along so they can shut it down right at 10:00 and I understand that it ends at 10:00 but if someone is there before 10:00 and gathering their plate and making their oatmeal and hot waffle, just let them finish in peace. Close the doors to the breakfast area and let the person quickly finish. I was rushed and I kept dropping my sugar packets and my napkins and spilling my hot tea and it was kinda stressful. Overall it was a nice hotel. Very clean. Very stylish. Felt safe there.

This really great hotel is actually excellent because of the wonderful staff. We had just arrived in from a long, overnight, international flight and I was a little overwhelmed. The woman at the front desk was soooo helpful and sweet. She helped us find parking, check in, and get to our room.

Very friendly staff, quick service regarding special requests (ie: extra hangers), well kept property and room, comfortable bedding, nice complementary hot breakfast options, and efficient & shuttle service to and from O'Hare Airport. I would definitely stay again. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars overall was 1 of the 2 elevators was not working during our 6 night stay, and the product used to clean the un-carpeted portion of our room left a bit of a sticky residue.

Our stay was fabulous. The check in was smooth and the gentleman at the desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. I was surprised there hotel had a bar and that the drinks were reasonably priced. The service from the bartender was great and our drinks came quickly. I'm not normally a fan of free hotel breakfasts, but my husband and I agreed this was wonderful. The food was good and the woman working in that area kept it spotless. She was constantly moving, wiping, refilling, etc and had a huge smile on her face. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I only learned that they charge $24 per night for parking when I got to the hotel. Please note that parking is not free. It is rare that a hotel near the airport charges that much for parking, especially when it takes 40-50 minutes to drive to the center of the city, where all the attractions are located. The hotel is outdated and needs some updating. I felt itchy with the bed sheets. The breakfast is standard but includes low-quality items, such as really greasy sausages (my son refuses to eat them). The waffles are horrible, and we have to throw away most of them.
