Beautiful little hotel with great breakfast however the pool is not accessible to guests all the time. Depending on the room booked you get an allocated time for free after that if you want to access the pool there is a charge of 50 euros. Important to note if you are English speaking the tv channels are not

What a lovely hotel! The room was great, well set up for our family of four and very clean. The staff were very friendly and keen to help with their excellent English filling in for our terrible French! The real bonus was the pool in the basement which the kids loved. We will definitely be back!

I did not enjoy my stay. I specifically booked this hotel so my daughter and I could lounge at the pool, only to hear that we needed to make a reservation for the pool ahead of time, but it was not always available.

The rooms looked nice and modern and were very (!) clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The bedding (mattress and pillows) were excellent! The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a nice variety for every taste and the location of the hotel was also fantastic (two metro lines around the corner, Pigalle with many restaurants in close walking distance). Yet the rooms were quiet enough to sleep with the window open no problem. The sauna and pool area that you can book for your private use (meaning no other guests can enter in those 45 minute slots) are also a nice touch after hours of walking through Paris.

What a gem! My husband and I stayed in a room on the top floor, which offered a lovely view, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony. The room was small—as you’d expect in Paris—but perfectly comfortable and well designed. The hotel has a spa in the basement, which was a real treat. It includes a warm swimming pool and a steam room (no exercise equipment—just pure relaxation!). You can book a private 45-minute session, so you get the entire space to yourself, which felt very luxurious. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of the Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge. There are plenty of cafés, shops, boulangeries, and markets right outside the door.

Fantastic staff throughout the hotel, they were so helpful and friendly and recommended where to eat. The room wasn't huge but was so comfortable and welcoming, the bathroom was also lovely. Excellent spa, booked for just ourselves. Very lovely hotel throughout and will most definitely return.

Excellent hotel in a well situated area near Pigalle. Metros are within walking distance, as is the main road through the area. Hotel is clean, comfortable and well decorated. We loved the room and the additional touches with the amenities. The spa session was good with the pool and hammam, although no towels were provided or available. Overall, my favourite place in Paris so far! Definitely worth a visit…

Lovely small hotel in quiet street in south Pigalle. Cloes to bars restaurants and 4 minute walk from Saint Georges metro. Absolutely spotless. Room very nice. Great bed. Minor isssue not much storage. English speaking staff all very helpful. Spa is an added bonus. Would recommend.

Good location and very clean rooms.we were suprised by a very loud alarm that went off early in the morning without much explanation from the hotel/we were told soemone was having a hot shower when we called reception which we needed to call on mobile because the phone in room didn't work. Overall it was a comfortable room and friendly stay but perhaps a bit overpriced for the size of room and things like the alarm going off and loud slamming of doors early in morning.

Excellent location. Accommodations were very good. Fridge didn’t work but staff quickly replaced. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well and gave off an unpleasant order. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

Great small hotel in a fab Parisien location full of traditional local shops, cafes and restaurants. Rooms are Looked after by Alona on the front desk who was amazing and always so than helpful. Rooms are small and 2 people could struggle but fine for one person travelling for biz or pleasure.

The hotel is very nice, the staff was exceptional but i dont think the photos portray the size of the rooms well. I booked a larger room with a balcony and while it may have been larger and there was a balcony the room was tiny and not represented well online and the balcony barely fit two small chairs and a round table. I think the size should be more clearly called out. The elevator stopped working the first morning we woke up and we had to walk 5 flights up and down until the very last day. This was quite inconvenient and no form of compensation was offered.

The staff were amazing. It was clean. The room was gorgeous. The location was perfect. Trains were walking distance. 100s dining options (not even exaggerating). Evening Entertainment. I loved everything about it. Also you get aslot in the spa and it is specific to your room only. Constant supply of water which i think is an amazing touch in 40c heat. Those little touches are thoughtful and made the trip for us. The staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful. Well definitely stay again. Thank you to all the team there :)

We had a fantastic stay, thanks largely to the amazing staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. There’s very little to fault. If I had to be picky, for a hotel charging over €200 per night, it would be nice to have filtered water replenished daily rather than just one bottle for the entire stay. A couple of minor issues worth noting: the phone in room 304 wasn’t working, and the shower door didn’t fully close. Neither caused any real inconvenience, but thought it was worth mentioning.

La habitación muy bien. Todo limpio y el personal amable, me decepcionó un poco que nos mandaron una encuesta y pusimos que necesitaríamos adaptador de corriente y también que era nuestro aniversario y no tuvieron ningún detalle …. Además pagamos extra por un balcón que , estaba en malas condiciones, entiendo que es otoño pero podían haberlo decorado mejor.

The lovliest hotel in the perfect area. Such a lovely, modern and clean hotel in a perfect location to explore magical Paris. Très bel hôtel, et très jolie piscine qu'on a pu privatisé 45 min. Par contre literie peu confortable, et petit déjeuner très réduit, malgré des viennoiseries de bonne qualité. Oeufs froid et sans goût, Des omelettes seraient les bienvenues avec un peu plus de choix salé. Par ailleurs, en récupérant notre voiture gare en face de l'hôtel, on a découvert qu'une vitre a été cassée malgré le calme de la rue. Pourquoi pas un petit parking a disposition des clients ? Sinon bonne expérience

The hotel was ideally located in a vibrant area of Paris. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room needed airing, the shower cubicle didn’t fit so the first night we flooded the bathroom, no cups for the espresso machine. Prior to travelling we were asked to complete a registration form with any requirements, from the list provided I asked for an iron and an international charger. Neither were in the room when we arrived and when I asked at reception a charger adapter was provided from what looked like a lost property box. The breakfast was exceptional and a good selection of a high quality even though the apricot jam wasn’t replaced once use.

Det var fint, men af et 4-stjernet hotel er vi så skuffede over morgenmaden, som vi tilkøbte en af morgnerne til hele €21 per person. Det var nok den VÆRSTE morgenmad og nærmest uspiselig. Det var bare nogle unge piger, der rendte rundt og varmede ting op fra poser. Og så skulle vi hele tiden spørge efter tallerkner, skeer mm. under al kritik.

The hotel is in a nice and safe area. Private use of spa was good but 45 mins is not enough, perhaps 60 mins. Need more vegetarian options at breakfast. Overall good.
