Clean, updated room. Many facilities on site. Good service. The restaurant was overpriced but fine, and convenient for a hotel restaurant. Very easy access to the airport, but shuttle is slower and less frequent than I would have expected.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this hotel, which is rare for me with Hiltons. First off, we had to wait almost 40 minutes for the free shuttle from the airport. When I called customer service to check if they were still coming, I was told I was supposed to have requested a shuttle, even though nowhere in the directions from either Hilton or Hotels.com did it say you had to request this service. When it finally did come I even asked the other guests on the shuttle if they requested it and they said no, so that was very confusing. The shuttle driver was very nice though. Check in was easy so that was nice, but upon entering my room, the entire floor smelled like weed, but I was too tired from traveling to be moved to a different room. The fitted sheet on the bed had 3 large stains….2 were makeup and one was something unidentified. Also the room was very very small. The MOST important thing to note however was that this hotel is right by some kind of water treatment facility….so all night all I smelled was rotten eggs. I couldn’t get the smell to go away unless i ran the A/C the entire time, which made it freezing. Pillows were uncomfortable. Finally, in the morning the steam from my partners shower set off the smoke detector…which made for a terrible wake up after getting no sleep.
