The property is old and quite far out. There’s nothing close by, the nearest mall is Dubai hills and it’s boring! Staff are lovely!! The food is very expensive and you’d expect more from a Sheraton

There had been so loud sound and noise from the lounge on the 5th floor until 3:00 am. I stayed on the 4th floor and I could not sleep at all. I called reception to change the room or do something about it, but they didn't do anything. It was an awful experience.

Ce séjour a été exceptionnel ! Merci à Souleyman qui parle si bien français et khin à la réception et les managers , à l’accueil… Sans oublié le personnel de ménage Anju et les autres personnels . Sans oublier , les agents de sécurité très gentils et serviables ,la restauration Timothy , ils sont tous si merveilleux et attentionnés ! J’ai eu le droit à un gâteau et des décorations dans ma chambre pour mon anniversaire ! C’est incroyable !merci beaucoup ! Cela fait plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel et je ne changerai pas d’endroit tellement top ! J’adore le fait que ça soit familial loin du bling bling , au calme ;) Merci à tous ! Et à bientôt ;)

I arrived at 2:30 AM. I had just traveled 8000 miles, and just wanted a soft drink. I was told that the restaurant was closed and I should walk to the gas station next door. Not a good start. My room faced the building next door, I had reserved a city view. I contacted the manager the next morning. They told me the room was not available until my third day at the hotel. When I wanted to move, they said they would contact me, and I had to call them two hours later. Had no sense of urgency. This hotel is in a construction zone. Spend a little more money and stay in a more attractive area.

Room was upgrade to interior view. However curtains had to be shut all time to avoid other guests seeing in to the room. Room was dark and had no main ligh so was difficult to work in or get ready in.

Breakfast, bedroom and service was exceptionally good! However, I want thank Ms Kay Zin Moe for her great support - she finally got us on time to our NYE yacht trip, a time, where traffic is known to be vey busy. Indeed, she saved our NYE celebration. She is very friendly, customer oriented and tries her best to solve different issues. I would not be surprised if Ms Kay was rewarded for her outstanding working ethos!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la manière dont nous avons été reçus par la réceptionniste Joana qui a été d’une disponibilité extraordinaire à tout moment, d’une grande amabilité, elle nous a très bien expliqué toutes les informations à savoir durant le checkin et je n’avais jamais vu une réceptionniste qui donne des explications aussi détaillées et précises.
