Apartment in Chamonix

Handy location, short walk from train or through town. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, perfect in all ways.

Wonderful apartment with all the amenities a family would need for a week in the mountains. Host was communicative and easy to get a hold of. Apartment was clean, centrally, located, and had a great ski locker.

The apartment is ideally located, you can forget your car and easily get around on foot and by the cable cars. The view from the balcony is also worth a mention, Mont Blanc on one side and Plan Praz and the town to the other. Within the complex (in a different building) is a swimming pool which was fantastic after a long hike! My little boy loved it. The apartment itself is fairly compact but was fine for 3 of us and was well equipped with everything we needed. The only reason it’s dropped one star was I feel it could have been cleaner. Previous guests had obviously had a dog as myself and my son were covered in white dog hairs after sitting on the sofa. Not great! I made use of the cordless hoover and cleaned the floors and sofa myself. This was reported to the owner Helene who was very helpful and said she would tell the cleaner to clean it more throughly after our visit. Hopefully it is normally in a cleaner state.

We had the most wonderful stay at Helene's apartment. The room suited us perfectly and the view from the balcony is outstanding. Our kids loved the pool - we went every evening - and the location was great ( only a fee steps from the train station and close to everything in the village). We only wished we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hélène’s apartment in Chamonix. The location is perfect being close to the cable car, hikes and all the facilities of the village. The view of the mountains from the apartment is gorgeous. Free parking was appreciated. The sauna and pool were great after long walks. Hélène went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication, information and follow up was outstanding. We’d gladly stay in this apartment again.
