The room was clean, but without necessarily accessories. No tresor, the hair dryer ilwas constantly overheated and didn't work. And the main issue was missing brush for toilet.

C'est aux environs de 00h00', de la nuit du 24 au 25 novembre 2024,que je suis arrivé à l'hôtel Ibis Brussels Airport - en passant une petit confusion avec Ibis Budget qui est juste à côté - une personne était présente à la réception pour l'accueil: un service d'accueil très satisfaisant. De la réception, dans l'ascenseur, dans le couloir et dans la chambre la propreté exprimait déjà un bon accueil espéré. Dans la chambre tout était bien rangé. La nuit de mon arrivée était très agitée par le vent, le matin une personne ramassait agréablement les feuilles mortes qui tapissaient l'entrée principale de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était bien garanti et proprement présenté. Mon souhait est que Ibis Brussels Airport soit doté d'une navette pour le service de transport de Zaventem à l'hôtel, surtout pour les clients qui arrivent tard dans la nuit.

The hotel was functional but not stellar. I had anticipated a shuttle service to the airport, but instead was instructed to take a city bus. There was nothing to eat until the restaurant opened at 18:00. The room itself was fine.

Hôtel propre et tranquille. Le stationnement est payant. La chambre était propre mais très basique. Cette hotel est situé dans un parc industriel et donc il est assez loin des restaurants ou autres services. Par contre il était pratique pour un vol tôt le matin car il est situé tout près de l'aéroport de Bruxelle.

No tea / coffee in room. No iron either. Breakfast was very poor. Not easy to get to from airport as a lot of the hotels have given up their transport. Staff were friendly and helpful though. It was clean albeit dated. 1 towel - fine as on my own, but difficult if you were a couple I guess! Bed and pillows were acceptable - had worse!

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, reasonably comfortable bed, soft pillows. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant in the evenings can get busy, as there is not much else in the area. The De Lijn 272 bus stops very close to the hotel (150m) and goes to the airport (15 - 20 mins) or to Brussels Noord.

L’accueil est le seul point positif, le jeune homme très accueillant et avec un sourire et une énergie positive. Mais la chambre, est vraiment pour une nuit de passage pas plus et encore. Le sol est poussiéreux, la salle de bain avec des poils et cheveux des précédents locataires et les draps tachés. Nous avions 3 chambres, dans une il y avait du sang dans les toilettes, horrible. Confort et sonorisation sont vraiment à revoir. Dommage

The hotel is dated and near a refugee camp that is very poorly presented. The area and hotel itself were extremely loud, the corridors remained busy all night. You can hear planes taking off and cars driving along the road. We were quite far outside of the city, so we opted to get food at the hotel, by the way the restaurant is closed on weekends! So we were left with a “light” menu which was just overpriced pasta. I paid €7.50 for a water and €50 for spaghetti, and pizza. The room itself was dated and the mattress kept folding over every time we adjusted the sheet that didn’t fit. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom, and hair/ staines in the toilet. The door to the bathroom also didn’t secure, so make sure you’re comfortable with your guest if you’re not alone. After a terrible night sleep we had to be up at 4:30 am for our flight, the doors were locked and no one was at the desk to let us out. We finally found someone who was extremely rude to us, she just opened the door and went back. We had to walk up the road to catch the bus, and there is no sidewalk out the front. So my wife and I tried to go down the road in the back, however we were confronted by a man in a white Mercedes who slowed down next to us, then pulled up to block the pavement in front of us. We quickly turned around and headed back to the hotel, he followed us back to the hotel lot but wasn’t able to turn in because of a bar! We decided on the front way after that. Be careful if you stay here!!

We finally found someone who was extremely rude to us, she just opened the door and went back. We had to walk up the road to catch the bus, and there is no sidewalk out the front. So my wife and I tried to go down the road in the back, however we were confronted by a man in a white Mercedes who slowed down next to us, then pulled up to block the pavement in front of us. We quickly turned around and headed back to the hotel, he followed us back to the hotel lot but wasn’t able to turn in because of a bar! We decided on the front way after that. Be careful if you stay here!!

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, reasonably comfortable bed, soft pillows. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant in the evenings can get busy, as there is not much else in the area. The De Lijn 272 bus stops very close to the hotel (150m) and goes to the airport (15 - 20 mins) or to Brussels Noord.

Came a few days for a conference in a nearby hotel that was more expensive. Exceeded my (moderate) expectations. The chain is in general quite predictable though. Train station is convenient bit quite far away. No commerce, no restaurant at reasonable distance. Walked to downtown but not a great walk.

Hôtel propre et tranquille. Le stationnement est payant. La chambre était propre mais très basique. Cette hotel est situé dans un parc industriel et donc il est assez loin des restaurants ou autres services. C'est aux environs de 00h00', de la nuit du 24 au 25 novembre 2024,que je suis arrivé à l'hôtel Ibis Brussels Airport - en passant une petit confusion avec Ibis Budget qui est juste à côté - une personne était présente à la réception pour l'accueil: un service d'accueil très satisfaisant. De la réception, dans l'ascenseur, dans le couloir et dans la chambre la propreté exprimait déjà un bon accueil espéré. Dans la chambre tout était bien rangé. La nuit de mon arrivée était très agitée par le vent, le matin une personne ramassait agréablement les feuilles mortes qui tapissaient l'entrée principale de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était bien garanti et proprement présenté. Mon souhait est que Ibis Brussels Airport soit doté d'une navette pour le service de transport de Zaventem à l'hôtel, surtout pour les clients qui arrivent tard dans la nuit.

No tea / coffee in room. No iron either. Breakfast was very poor. Not easy to get to from airport as a lot of the hotels have given up their transport. Staff were friendly and helpful though. It was clean albeit dated. 1 towel - fine as on my own, but difficult if you were a couple I guess! Bed and pillows were acceptable - had worse!
