A good location in the heart of Shellharbour Village. Was a bit taken aback when we arrived 1 hour before check-in time closed to two missed calls and messages from the premises asking where we were, lady was a bit rough on the phone and had me apologising despite arriving 1 hour before close-off. Other than that, though - the staff were extremely courteous, welcoming and friendly. The rooms and external areas were clean and there is a Thai restaurant on site however there were loads of dining options off site. As it’s a 2-level motel, my recommendation is to request upper level rooms as was quite noisy hearing people walk upstairs. Can be noisy with kids and cars outside also. The location is very very close to the beach and we loved our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly service, great location and parking available. The room was comfortable, had great shower pressure. The bed was comfortable. We stayed upstairs with a shower over the bath which may be hard for anyone with physical disabilities. And the room is not dark at night for those who need darkness. We would happily stay there again.

Everytime we visit Shellharbour this motel is our preferred choice. Big spacious rooms, plentiful hot water and comfortable beds. Easy walk to down to the saltwater pool and beach . And a fabulous Thai restaurant next door..

The room was nice, but not well cleaned. There was thick dust on the night stand beside the bed, and the spa bath we paid extra for was dirty so we didn't use it. We were told we were in a quiet corner of the motel, but the wind howled though that corner, shook the door, and made the room very cold. The room wasn't well soundproofed either, as I could hear everything that the people in the room next to us were saying. Other than this, it was a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the bed was comfy, and it was a convenient location.

Room is spacious, room and grounds clean and tidy. Our fridge didn't stay cold and small freezer did not freeze but all other facilities great. Location close to walking distance to cafes, restaurants and water, and has parking on site. Enjoyed our stay will return.

Our room had a strong, musty smell. During the night, the air conditioner ran, and it finally got somewhat cooled off. During the night in getting up to go to the bathroom, there was a tremendous amount of water on the bathroom floor, where the air conditioner leaked in through ceiling tiles. I about fell, and broke my back. All I got was sorry about that obviously, no attention to customer service or trying to please.
