I felt our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The trash had not been emptied and hair was in it. I requested they clean it. Caught the guy who was supposed to be cleaning lounging on the chair with his phone.

Everything was clean. Silent fan in the bathroom. My husband said the bed was not comfortable. The window was whistling all night from the wind. I told them and they said they would look into it. We have food allergies and there wasn’t anything my husband could have for breakfast. Lots of restaurants around. Overall I would stay there again.

Our stay was great except for the people above us. There was a child that was running and jumping. Staff tried to get them to stop but the parents either had no control or did not care. It was loud until 10 then started back up at 730 am.

Staff at Hampton Inn fixed Expedias attempts to cancel our reservation. Took over an hour of repeated calls and being hung up on by Expedia. YAY Hampton Inn. Without you, we would slept in our rental car as all hotels in town were booked due to the eclipse. BOO Expedia - we’ll never book with you again.

The whole place is going through renovations and the hallways are ripped up and look terrible! My son actually cut his foot on a board in front of the elevator. The breakfast attendant was rude and hateful to all of us. We paid too much money for such shambles.

The girl at front desk was self-absorbed and she changed my room from a King to two queens. No explanation given or advanced notice. Hotels.com contacted them that evening and would not give them an explanation either. She kept huffing when she told me that she couldn’t do anything because a third party (hotels.com) booked the room. The room also was not very clean; there were nuts on floor, dried urine in front of toilet and dirty wash cloth.

Tonja at the front desk was wonderful! Please compliment her. We decided to leave at 5 am and she had coffee and fruit for us. Most importantly- she was so pleasant and handled her work so professionally.

I have stayed at several Hampton Inns. This is by far the best service and staff I have experienced at Hampton Inns. The staff was always so kind and professional. They went above and beyond regarding a couple special requests. The manager of this establishment has done a wonderful job in hiring and training the staff. 5 Stars plus!!!!!!

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious (we had a king with a sofa bed). The breakfast and coffee were great. We were close to restaurants and only 10 minutes from the Sportsplex. We were in for a volleyball tournament. We will definitely stay again for future tournaments!

The staff were friendly and I love the convenience of all the different food options nearby. Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, Five Below all of the faves in the same vicinity. If you forget to pack something don't stress. Overall thr perfect area to stay in. Complimentary cookies & milk in the lobby at 8pm puts icing on the cake.

Fantastic hotel! The staff was friendly and fun. The room was big, clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was really great. The hotel wasn’t downtown but it was super quick to restaurants, the university and the river. Would definitely stay here again.

Eggs were over cooked and you have to touch numerous surfaces to get your food Shampoo and body was containers are tiny and hard to read and they fall through the soap dish Hotel is ok and price is good.
