Beds were super comfortable, and rooms were clean! The location was perfect could travel 30 minutes in either direction to get a glimpse of what the city had to offer. Also, loved the fact they had charging ports for our car.

First of all the rooms were not clean.Hair and mail clippings on the floor.The bed had no covering on the mattress and dog hair in the bed with springs in your back from the mattress.The pool was filthy and hot,not to mention small.The breakfast was horrible and no choices.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.Save your money!

A/C did not work in the lobby/breakfast area so was too hot and humid to even bother eating breakfast at the hotel. Toilet in room is so short, it’s like it is made for a child! Not good for a 6’2” male. Room only had one coffee bag supplied even though room had two queen beds. Only one of the two elevators worked! Not a good experience and I will never book there again and yet we visit our daughter in Plano a lot! Book somewhere else!

1st floor air conditioning was not working and was hot in lobby, breakfast area, gym. We had to eat breakfast in hot and there were only 2 beagles at 8am and when asked to staff they said that’s all they have for a breakfast till 10am. Rooms were clean and AC was good in room.

The stay was different this time, the room smelled like either paint or smoke even tho it was a smoke free room. I asked to have them spray something but it was the same and was not offered to change rooms. The staff was nice and the lady that takes care of the breakfast I just loved her. I did find a small roach in the bathroom.

We first stayed at this hotel several years ago and come back whenever we are in the area. The lady at the front desk was friendly, offering our kids coloring books! The free breakfast is excellent - a wide variety of both hot and cold choices and the lady in the dining room has been here on each visit - she is helpful and friendly and makes sure the food display is always well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is quiet and clean.

The first room I stayed in on the 1st floor had pests in the room ( Noticed and reported couple of big roaches).The staff was nice enough to relocate me to another room on 3rd floor.The new room had no pest issue and was very clean and quiet. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and the staff is really nice and helpful.

The breakfast was not good. Very little selection. Nothing but butter and jelly for a bagel? Ants in our bathroom and a centipede when I picked up the bath mat. On the third floor? Room smelled musty. Two towels laying on the bathroom floor when we first got in the room.

The property was clean. We tried to check-in and could find no one to do so. We returned after dinner and checked -in. The room was also clean. But the hotel was noisey with traffic noise. Yet it was not right on the highway but close enough. The air was noisy with the constant and and off of the unit under the phone. The Bathrooms had poor lighting. Not conducive to putting on makeup. Not a good night sleep.

The doors into the room closes w loud noises. Off and on the entire night I heard neighboring room doors slamming shut. It was not a good experience staying in this hotel.

Hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. My only concern was the area is very busy, being Plano, and noise from the freeway was audible all night. That's not going to be a knock on the hotel, since that's not under their control, but if you need a quieter room, I suggest asking for one in the back of the hotel, rather than on the side facing the expressway.

Refrigerator didn't work, called and told they had no maintenance until the following day. All leftovers put in fridge were ruined. They brought another fridge on Day 2 while I was out and that one didn't work. Called again, told it had to be following day. Day 3 nobody showed up. Day 4 they brought a "new" fridge. With less than 24 hours before leaving finally a working fridge. Stay was only 5 days. No compensation or call from manager Tony as I requested.

Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Susan manages the breakfast area and she is friendly and keeps the bar stocked with a variety of fresh, hot food. She always remembers our family from prior stays. The lady at the front desk in the mornings is also very kind and helpful. She gave our kids coloring books and crayons. The beds are comfortable and the AC works well. The water pressure in the bathroom isn’t the strongest but overall this is our “go-to” hotel in Plano.

The morning manager was amazing. Camillo is a poor representation to put at the front desk. I have stayed here many times but because of his attitude, I will not return to this location. You lost a loyal customer

This was a very nice hotel, comfortable beds in that they aren't as hard as most others, we chose Fairfield because another one we stayed at had fresh scrambled eggs. This one had the premixed nasty-tasting scrambled eggs.

The hotel was an excellent choice for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was very fresh and had good selections. Staff went out of their way to greet us each time and always had big smiles. Rooms smelled fresh, towels were nice and thick, and well equipped to fit our needs. It was a handicap room and I felt a little nervous in the shower because it only had one safety handle in the shower. And the bathroom floor was too slippery in my bare feet.
