A bit confusing to find the room because it seems like the neopolitan trips hotel is part of the ostello bello hostel. That also means that the reception is in the next building. Other than that the stay was great. Nice rooms. Very kind and helpfull staff. Nice rooftop terrace and a bonus to have access to all the hostel amenities. We will book here again next time we are in Napoli

Good location with hotel rooms on top and hostel on ground floor. Very helpful staff and drinks was cheap. Overall it’s lovely big rooms and comfortable. Deserves a 4 star even with the part hostel accommodation.

Breakfast was surprisingly a feast for someone like me who eats sparingly in the morning. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is literally runs true with the saying "Do not judge the book by its cover".
