Hotel is nice. Staff tremendous. Value good. Airport shuttle service is a huge perk Very prompt shuttle service. Desk staff and shuttle drivers were very helpful. Air conditioning in room was cold (I like that). Hot water in shower Comfortable bed, bottled drinking water. Quiet hotel. Very peaceful. Neighborhood was OK. Restaurant food was OK. Hotel is attached to Plaza Centro Mall which is very convenient. I would stay at this hotel again

it's inside a mall, no main entrance. you can either enter through the mall or through the underground parking lot. Other than that, hotel is ok for a night near the airport. Airport shuttle is free.
