Ya van varias veces que me hospedo en este hotel, me gusta mucho el estilo, que bien creo que no es para todos, el estilo de las habitaciones con sus losas y muros de acabados aparentes, no a todos les gustara, por lo cual tendriam que poner en una balanza, tambien los wcs de las habitaciones son un poco extraños pero bueno hacen perfectamente su funcion, el personal me toco muy amable aunque para mi no es un hotel de descanso, ya que lss habitaciones no aislan completamente el sonido asi que si eres de sueño ligero lo pensaria dos veces, su alberca si bien es espectacular no es muy comoda para nadar ya que es agua fria o al menos las veces que he ido asi esta, la comida en el restaurante no es tampoco nada espectacular y por la zona es entendible su sobre precio, entendible mas no justificable. En fin es un buen hotel y su estilo y diseño es muy unico. Si eres joven y sin hijos creo que es una gran opcion. Pero para una familia o llevar a alguien mayor lo dudaria.

So far so great! Property is industrial chic. The pool is strange - it’s in the courtyard in front of the restaurant patio which isn’t appealing and probably why nobody was in it during my stay. Other than that the staff was INCREDIBLE and so kind and accommodating. Shipping is super close across Paseo Reforma. Overall, extremely happy!

Then there’s a bunch of little things that make the rooms impractical — they give you robes but no where to hang the robes when wet, the only light by the sink is overhead so you have shadows on your face for shaving, etc. Finally the whole hotel could do with some maintenance — shower heads that are caked in limescale, lots of missing tiles in the swimming pool, lights that don’t work properly in the rooms.

The location is convenient the rooms are decent, amenities are excellent. The pool gives the impression of being dirty, so you don’t really feel like going in. The staff is mostly excellent, very kind and helpful. The only strange thing was that they use the common areas to eat, and chat. When I arrived the staff was having lunch at the bar, and then i went up to a lounge area and other staff was having their lunch there, I think its uncofortable for both clients and staff.

Sinceramente, no esperábamos encontrarnos esta joyita. El hotel está súper ubicado en pleno corazón financiero de la CDMX, pero lo verdaderamente destacable es que TODO el personal está enfocado en hacer que te la pases bien. Las instalaciones están en excelente estado y la alberca de cristal es estupenda. Memcionaparte el restaurante Julia, la comida es deliciosa y los postres vale la pena probarlosntodos. Overall, great stay. Had an issue with my key card and the staff were very helpful in getting the issue fixed for me. Wish the bathroom was a little cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. Area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Again the staff were so kind and helpful my entire stay.

Lo bueno: la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo y rodeado de múltiples servicios aunque en la esquina hay vendedores ambulantes. El servicio y atención al huésped es de primera calidad y el lugar está muy bonito. The room wasn’t cleaned throughly during the time we were there the amenities aren’t that convenient because they have inconsistent hours. The staff was nice but they were hard to reach on more than one occasion. Not exactly family friendly in my opinion or experience feels like the bathroom sink being on the outside of the bathroom it self is a bit unsanitary and sink was not properly cleaned. Door should have a proper lock it didn’t lock so feels unsafe.

The service at the pool and restaurant were fine. House keeping did not show until 4 when I napped. And when they did, they never emptied either garbage can. There 4 days. They were never emptied. We were only there for about 10 hours bc we were late getting in. My 6 yo was asleep, and they were incredibly kind helping get us parked and our things carried to our room so I didn’t have to wake her. The bed was very comfy too and the room was super dark, which made for a great night sleep. When it was raining the next AM, they pulled the car around for us too so we didn’t have to walk through the rain with our things to get it.

I recently booked a 4 night stay at Hotel Carlota while traveling with a group of friends. Upon arrival I was informed that the "suite" that I had booked was not the room that I would be getting because the ticket that the hotel had received was for a standard room. We were shown the standard room and it was tiny. I returned to the desk with my hotel.com confirmation which clearly stated "suite" on my confirmation (I believe I initially paid $60 or so per night more for the upgraded room) but was told again that they have me in a standard room. They were happy to "upgrade" me to a suite for an additional amount (around $255 USD for my stay) which I finally gave in on because we had been traveling all day and had dinner plans. No customer service options with hotel.com and no help from the hotel. First time that this has ever happened using hotels.com but it was very obnoxious.

Terrible atención Ya de camino la Hotel recibo una llamada para Comunicarme que el cuarto que ya había PAGADO, no estaba disponible. Diciéndome que cancelara la reserva en el sitio. Después de explicar que no había reembolso y pedirles que lo cancelaran ellos y me reembolsaran, 20 minutos y 3 llamadas después, me ofrecieron una habitación estándar (yo había pagado una suite) y desayuno de cortesía (mismo que yo había pagado). Tuve que dedicar una hora con un agente de Hotels.com para tramitar mi reembolso porque el hotel no pudo hacer nada por mi excusándose en que por error no habían cerrado las reservas en el Sitio. Había oído cosas muy buenas de este hotel pero después de echarme a perder el viaje y tener que gastar más en otro Hotel similar por la urgencia sólo puedo opinar que no tiene profesionalismo en la atención al cliente

Fue muy mala la estancia, nos pusieron en la habitación 1 literal atras de la recepción, se escuchaba todo el ruido que hacían, cuando sonaba el teléfono, luego no lo contestaban. A las 6:30 am se pusieron a platicar como si nada, riendose y arrastrando muebles fue horrible. En la habitación, la cama esta sostenida con tablas de madera lo que hace que suene horrible ante cualquier movimiento. El control de la tele no servia. En el lavabo, había una gotera que no dejaba de caer lo cuál es un desperdicio de agua y otro ruido más. En la regadera, una toalla estaba sucia y al salirte de bañar, el agua se escurre de tal manera que se sale del cuarto y llegó hasta mi maleta. En la página promocionan buffet de desayuno. Donde se limita a 3 opciones de huevo y no más. La persona que nos atendio tenia una actitud muy mala de servicio. Esta super sobrevalorado el hotel. Demasiado caro para lo que es
