It was a great stay until we were ready to get in the pool at 10. We went to the pool around 10 o’clock as a last hoorah before we checked out. We get down there and it was being cleaned. My sons were very disappointed as was I. Most people like to visit the pool before check out. Please have the pool cleaned earlier than 10 o’clock for future visits.

I didn't know that it was pet friendly. I would have chosen a different place.

Everything was absolutely perfect i can’t say we didn’t like anything about the hotel! I waited until last minute to ask for an extra pillow but other than that we loved it! Our plan was to take the kids swimming but it rained and by the time we wanted to go down the kids got tired lol!

I didn’t realize the hotel was pet friendly when I made the reservation. I quickly noticed it was a pet friendly hotel by looking at hallway carpet with all the carpet stains. The carpet should be changed out and cleaned regularly.

It was a great place for me and my dog to stay! We felt safe and enjoyed the hotel.

Only issue we had was they took our towels and didn’t replace them 2 times so a little frustrating having to go down stairs to get towels replaced Also all ice machine was broken other than in the kitchen

Very good stay. Kitchener is very convenient. Staff at check in was a young guy. Very polite and efficient. At check out a lady also very nice and great. We got two dogs and the area for pet release has grass and bags with trash cans. Very nice stay. Comfortable beds. Pillow a little too puffy for me but all good. We will be back.

Pet fee way too high. Carpets dirty. Sofa dirty and torn. Hallway stinks. Can’t wait to see what breakfast is like;(

When I got to the hotel, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I decided to call the front desk, hoping someone would come out and see me. I called the hotel 10 times in a row before a man came out to see that a customer was standing there. He did not apologize, but rather asked, “Checking in?” I got off the elevator and the carpet while walking to my room was disgusting — stains everywhere, food particles — it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or the carpet cleaned in months. I got into my room and it smelled extremely musty. There were stains on the couch and the comforter. I ended up calling to request a refund and did not even take my coat off. I felt disgusting when leaving the hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only plus is it is pet-friendly, but they need to deep clean the hallways regularly and need to ensure the rooms are clean.

My room had bugs in it. Housekeeping didnt bring clean towels everyday. It was terrible. I should receive money back

I had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel. Very nice staff. Good choice breakfast. Very big clean comfortable rooms! And close to airport but really can't hear planes. 10 outta 10! Best hotel in Gulfport.

It wasn't very clean, found bug in dish drawer. The tv had white dots all along the left side of the screen. Bed was ok but not that comfortable. Breakfast was an english muffin egg sandwich that was obviously microwaved and tasted awful. The orange juice was warm.

We generally stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel, the carpet was badly stained throughout the hotel, hotel didnt not reflect the cleanliness we have grown to expect while traveling. The location was great, easy to access and close to several eateries.

The bathroom was not clean. Shower had mold. Refrigerator was loud and made sleep difficult.

It was a great experience mostly. I tend to clean my room a bit with wipes and checking for bed bugs and I noticed some hairs around the toilet seat which was gross but easily handled by me. I know the room turnover can be quick but for the most part everything was clean and efficient. The service was wonderful though and the area was quiet but close to everything.

It appears someone had slept in our bed as the sheets were not made under the comforter. Air conditioner in room 411 is extremely loud when compressor kicks on.

Overall great 2 night stay. Only complaint is the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable according to my teenage daughter. Will stay again and bring a memory foam mattress pad next time to try

Air conditioning in room was hot and when unit did come on it sounded like a helicopter was taking off. Check in look about 10 minutes, their system were down and the Wi-Fi never worked the entire day/night.

The room had a stuffy stinch and the fridge leaked but it was a nice size and the set up is nice. The furniture needed a small upgrade

Very nice room/suite with pretty much all needs for a great stay!

We were so impressed with the size of our king suite. It was very nice and clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes. The bed was very comfortable. The young lady who checked us in was very sweet. It was a great experience.

Suite was nice when we got there. But noticed the air conditioning in the front room did not work. The couch cushions were torn up and there was dog hair all over.

The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, professional and speedy. My room was amazing & very large. I’ve stayed at this property before & will definitely will be back. When I checked out the Mgr. Tyler was also friendly and professional. Looking forward to my next stay at this location!

The property was great but the omg from beginning to end was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT HILTON!! I’m a big time Hilton guest the rooms were over booked. They charged me 3 time the male black manager was rude very rude and Jarret had a bad attitude frontdesk. House keeper was more worried about the guest next to me stealing towels that what I asked her for which was towel. Red black lady black hair bald. The kitchen lady older white lady very nice. Staff needs diversity training rude to Spanish worker who works there male Manager)

The hotel was not very clean. I was there for a week and they change towels and make beds every other day, but never once cleaned my floors. Also, the shower was pretty dirty and never got cleaned. My biggest problem was a noise complaint. I called at 12:30 due to a loud party going on next door and in the hall. The guy working said they had received multiple noise complaints and that he could just come up and check, but couldn’t do anything. When I called again at 1:45 he said that he hoped the morning manager would catch them. At 7??? The morning manager was nice and said that they had received multiple complaints, and gave me details about others complaints. He apologized and said he’d talk to the night manager about how to handle it in the future. When I checked out the GM was there. When I mentioned it, she said I was the only one who had complained and no one wrote it down in the book. The fact that she lied to my face and took no accountability for it was ridiculous. I will need to stay in another long-term property in a few months and will not stay there again. Luckily there is another long stay hotel directly next door and will just stay there.

When we checked in they gave us keys to a room occupied. I'm glad no one was there. Suitcases and stuff was in there..We went back to desk and they apologized but it was scary because these days people are crazy!

Front desk guy at check in not particularly friendly. The room smelled of badly cooked food. We were told no other rooms available and here’s a can of air freshener Next morning after taking things out of case we were told we could move rooms but we were only there for another night and out during the day- not worth re packing Asked if we needed anything else , we said room made up and more towels; “ only have room service every other day, if you bring dirty towels down to us, we will give you more. Not what we called making up for the smelly room and chipped toilet seat

We loved it and looking forward to coming to visit again soon. The location was EVERYTHING.

Great and convenient location with attentive staff.

Check In was easy. Location is ideal for soccer tournaments in the area with plenty of places to eat or shop. Nice and polite staff. Probably great for people working in the area like linemen.

Great location. Quiet dead end street, very safe location. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Clean, very spacious room. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this place!

My first time staying in Gulfport and I’m so happy we picked Home2suites. It was very convenient and minutes away from all your shopping needs. I will be booking Home2 suites for my next vacation.

Try to always stay here when in Biloxi/Gulfport or traveling through due to location, cleanliness, great rooms and friendly staff. Will be staying here again in July.

Great location but cleaning staff noises in early mornings, interrupted my sleep multiple times.

Friendly staff, easy check-in/out. Good dining options. Close to interstate. Beds were a little hard.

What a great stay! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent (shout out to Tyler) and constantly cleaning. Breakfast good, same daily, but offerings brought out constantly in smaller batches. Will happily stay here again and again.

for breakfast, the juice machine was broken. I had to ask the front desk for a bottle of water. The decaf coffee was cold. They could at least have some sausages or bacon for breakfast in the room. The bed was hard, the showerhead things at the bottom of the shower that could not be removed and in the corners of the shower inside you can see a little mole other than that the room was spacious and they had all the amenities and the staff was great.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Home2 Suites in Gulfport. The property was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would have liked to have a few more items like sausage, bacon and eggs on the breakfast bar.

This place is so much better than any other in its price range. Mini kitchen, full bath, king bed and a pull out couch. The only negative I can give, breakfast is a little light. But you can still get waffles and Nutella for the kids!

Great hotel! I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels due to work and this place is very clean and very well priced. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast beats a lot of other places. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. From the moment we walked in to check in, the front desk receptionist was very nice and friendly- check I. Was also very quick and simple. Our room was pretty nice too. We had the king studio with the pull out couch- there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 little kids. The little kitchenette area was a nice bonus. The only downside to the room was the small bathroom, but for only a couple days, we made it work. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast both mornings we were there. My daughter loves waffles, so she was pretty excited to pour the mix and eat! There were a good many options to choose from and most were warm- even the coffee was pretty tasty. Overall, our stay was pleasant and if we ever needed to come again, I would rebook this hotel.
