Here’s my honest review… We have travelled many times to Bali and around the world. We understand the culture and normally go with the flow, but this place was different from pictures… The good: Location is close to beach Staff are super friendly and always helpful Close to good restaurants and markets The bad: Hotel condition looks nothing like pictures This place needs heaps of maintenance. The rooms we stayed in were on level 4, old and tired. Breakfast is alacarte, their definition of buffet is 2 plates of fruit, 1 plate of salad, 1 plate of desert, 1 toaster, white bread, coffee pot, tea pot and that’s a buffet! Wifi is intermittent, works great for about 10 minutes in the room and that’s it. Some days not at all. Showers look good, but took approximately 5 minutes to heat up, then very very low pressure of water comes out… Our fridge was located out on balcony The doors still using key instead of digital card system. Locks were very hard to open, you could here many guest trying to open their doors on arrival. Our door barrel for room 412 was broken, had to be a locksmith everytime to get in… Pool wasn’t cleaned properly.. looks like they clean it in the morning, by the afternoon near bar side, leaves and other stuff would drop in and left floating. No one would maintain during the day. I asked for some extra bacon on my bagette, as you only get 1 very small slice, they said this will be extra cost This hotel needs soooo much maintenance!

Great value for money, spa and massage facilities great. Little noisy and busy in the surrounding but that gives you a great deal of choice in bars and restaurants. Beach nearby not great, dirty and smelly. Walk along beach to nearby Icon mall to find better beach facilities.

I stayed at the Abian Harmony for 28 days. I loved it. Look, it's not the Hilton. It's a bit tatty and some of the rooms are a tad quirky, but the ambience is extraordinary. It was ideal for a single female traveller. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food and drinks were great. Excellent massages, and nails. Location is fabulous, a 5 minute walk to Sanur Beach. I absolutely loved it. One of the other guests described it as being a bit like the Marigold Hotel - I found it charming, quirky, friendly and an absolute pleasure. 10/10 will be back.

Our stay was a good introduction to Bali. Very friendly staff. Good size room for our family and a nice pool area with dining/bar alongside which we took advantage off. Dining and shopping options nearby. Had a wonderful massage in the hotel spa.

Desværre fremstår stedet i virkeligheden ikke som på billederne. Det ligner ikke, at der bliver vedligeholdt og det er næsten umuligt at få en stol ved poolen, da det kun er få af dem. Morgenmadsbuffeten fremstod sparsom og beskidt. Desværre blev vi skuffede.

We had to check out of our villa and needed a place to drop our bags off and have a shower before catching a late flight to Brisbane. Had we had to stay the night I would have checked out. The place is need of a complete refurb: The lifts don't even reach the top floor, doors dont open, the corridors are dark and once you manage to get in the room we found two single beds with ironed on spiders and a bathroom that stunk so bad we kept the door shut. I know its cheap but for about £25 a night you can stay in the lovely holiday inn and get an excellent breakfast.

Hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos du site . Tout est vieux , odeur de renfermé et moisi Douche très vétuste , il faut laisser couler l’eau 5 à 7 minutes pour avoir l’eau chaude . Ça sent la javel lorsqu’on rentre dans la chambre. Oui avons été déçus

I am aware that this is a lower star rated hotel but even so it should be clean which this was not. The bathroom/shower was disgusting in our first room, the bed had creatures (biting) the air con did not work and the door did not close properly. I mentioned this to the front office, I asked to be moved instead of fixing all the issues. Our new room was newer and a lot cleaner which was great! I don’t think I would go back as walking around the area there are a lot of options of where to stay for around the same price.

Apprécie : proximité de la plage et restos. Décevant : changé 3 fois de chambre ; 1ere fois: des tics et fourmis, 2ème fois: des rats qui jouaient dans le plafond (impossible de dormir), 3ème chambre: odeurs nauséabondes dans toute la salle d’eau et l’eau tant à la douche qu’àu lavabo dégage une mauvaise odeur, alors imaginez prendre une douche et se brosser les dents!,!!

The room was relatively clean, the breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The issues with the hotel I think others have already brought up: sticky room floors, doors that gets stuck and the water from the shower has a weird smell. And when they clean your room, they do not lock it. Just closed the door. I was shocked when I can back on the first day the door was not locked

Vi fick ett rum med balkongen ut mot vägen,där balkongdörren inte gick att stänga riktigt , så det var väldigt lyhört. Vi hade även små myror inne på rummet, Annars helt okej hotell för priset.

The positives: staff were wonderful, bed was comfy, room was large and air conditioned. Hotel not far from beach and all the main Sanur attractions. The negatives: the property is quite run down and this would have been acceptable if the bathroom didn’t smell so bad and the walls were paper thin.

Stayed for 10 night's as a base to explore Sanur. Didn't eat or drink here but the room was okay for the cost. I were on the 4th floor overlooking the street and it was quite noisy up until about 10pm.Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

We had a lovely stay here and booked an extra night on our return from Lombok. Staff were great and helped book our ferry trip to Gili Air and return from Lombok. Breakfast was great. Short walk to beach and a large selection of restaurants Overall a great stay!

スキューバダイビングに行く目的で宿泊しました。渋滞がすくないので移動は快適でした。ホテル周辺は徒歩圏内にレストランやコンビニ、スーパーなどもあり、タクシーを使わなくても良いので滞在するのには快適でした。

ペニダ島でのダイビングの為に、利便性とコスパで選択した宿でした。ガルーダとの宿泊パッケージプランで3泊し、ダイビングとマッシモには申し分ない立地。朝食のフレンチトーストは美味しかった。施設はサヌールらしく、よく言えば歴史ある感じ。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。
