Most amazing hotel with staff that go above and beyond for you, especially the lovely man on the desk during the night. Beautifully decorated, hot chocolate and coffee on demand and fantastic water facilities, what more could you ask for.

The rooms were clean and nice and the staff were wonderful, and made an excellent dinner recommendation. It would be nice to have had the childrens area open as it was closed for a meeting. Also a smaller breakfast option or pastries to go would be nice as breakfast options in this neighborhood are limited, as well as a was to purchase a drink at the bar or in the room.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Auch wenn wir kein Frühstück dazu gebucht hatten, gab es rund um die Uhr Wasser, Tee und Kaffee kostenlos für alle Gäste. Das Hotel ist direkt an die Metro Linie 1 (3min Fußweg) angebunden. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Bistros und Bäckereien.

La chambre était très propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Les infrastructures pour les enfants même tout petits était top. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Petite recommendation, un bouilloire dans la chambre serait un vrai plus mais au global super séjour.

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-in abstellen. Excellent value for money - this place has great, friendly and helpful staff and was perfect for a stay with me and my two children. The area felt really safe with everything you need nearby including some great, local places to eat and drink. It is moments away from the metro line which we used all the time to get us all around Paris and also felt very safe and a 30 minute taxi ride from CDG airport. The hotel itself is lovely - rooms are decorated nicely, impeccably clean and our triple room was exactly what we needed with plenty of wardrobe space for a few nights, a coffee machine and fridge. We spent time drinking the free hot chocolate in the courtyard and staff were also happy for us to eat our lunch from the local boulangerie there - it really felt like a home from home. Yes, you are not within walking distance of central Paris but we loved travelling by metro and were only ever a 15-20 minute ride from wherever we wanted to go. My 7 and 12 year olds loved it there and slept like babies!

Mould in the bedroom. Everything was great until on our last day i moved the curtains back and saw the mould on the wall which was also on the curtains. On the second day I wore a t-shirt that id rested on the vack of the chair which was touching rhe curtains. I didnt understand why it smelled damp until the day after when we found the mould patterns all over the wall behind the curtains. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy, barely looked at my passport. We had a small bottle of champagne in our room for our 2 year anniversary which was a really nice gesture. This was also included in our expedia vip rewards, but the room wasn't upgraded. There can also be a bit of noise from other rooms, especially the ones above. Everything else was fine.

Globalement un hôtel sympa et confortable. La douche mérite un petit coup de vinaigre blanc car il y a beaucoup de calcaire sur le pommeau du plafond et sur la douchette, peu d’eau arrive à sortir de la douchette. Petit déjeuner simple, dommage il y a de la pâte à tartiner mais pas du Nutella et pas Très bonne.

This hotel doesn’t have hot water, all the time so you will have to take a COLD SHOWER . You will also have to ask for them to turn ON THE AIR CONDITION. I will not stay there again.

Really happy we chose this hotel- hard to pick out any single thing as all was good. The beds were SOOOOO COMFY! Lovely crisp white sheets, high quality duvets and pillows, really great mattress, and also for my teenage daughter on a single. Lovely clean bathroom. Friendly staff ( though seemed a bit bored as not much for them to do) and several could not answer our queries as were new I assume? Lovely free coffee and tea of good quality. On a main metro line, short safe walk away. Lovely locals’ bistro a few doors away ( better than any in central Paris) and a good burger takeaway. Nice neighbourhood with supermarket. Only downside- but not affect our trip- small thin towels in the bathroom, ‘open plan’ bathroom ( round a corner so had to communicate well with each other to avoid embarrassment!), and no local information offered/ given. Also shame breakfast expensive at 18 euros pp- we just grabbed things on the go to save money- would have been nice to have a ‘coffee/ juice/ croissant option’ at the hotel. Would definitely return!!

Hotel is situated near the subway but in a quiet street. Staff is hospitable and charming - made us feel right at home for our short stay. Perfect hotel if you’re going to be out and about. The doors to the rooms are fairly heavy which can cause a bit of a disturbance if you’re coming in late at night but other than that I had a great night’s sleep.

Vi bestilte et stort rom med ekstra seng, og rommet var helt perfekt – ryddig, komfortabelt og stort nok for to personer. Det var både kjøleskap og kaffemaskin på rommet, som var veldig praktisk. Vi hadde vindu mot bakgården, noe som gjorde at vi ikke hørte noe støy. Betjeningen var svært hyggelig og hjelpsom. De ga både gode anbefalinger til lokale restauranter og nyttige råd om hvordan vi enklest kunne komme oss inn til sentrum. Beliggenheten var også et stort pluss. Det tok bare fem minutter å gå til nærmeste t-banestasjon, og derfra var det en direkte linje til sentrum som tok rundt 25 minutter. Vi spiste noen frokoster på hotellet, men det var også flere hyggelige spisesteder i gangavstand. Til og fra flyplassen brukte vi Uber, og turen tok cirka 40 minutter. Alt i alt kan vi virkelig anbefale dette hotellet hvis du ser etter et rolig sted å bo og er komfortabel med å ta metro eller buss inn til sentrum. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Really happy we chose this hotel- hard to pick out any single thing as all was good. The beds were SOOOOO COMFY! Lovely crisp white sheets, high quality duvets and pillows, really great mattress, and also for my teenage daughter on a single. Lovely clean bathroom. Friendly staff ( though seemed a bit bored as not much for them to do) and several could not answer our queries as were new I assume? Lovely free coffee and tea of good quality. On a main metro line, short safe walk away. Lovely locals’ bistro a few doors away ( better than any in central Paris) and a good burger takeaway. Nice neighbourhood with supermarket. Only downside- but not affect our trip- small thin towels in the bathroom, ‘open plan’ bathroom ( round a corner so had to communicate well with each other to avoid embarrassment!), and no local information offered/ given. Also shame breakfast expensive at 18 euros pp- we just grabbed things on the go to save money- would have been nice to have a ‘coffee/ juice/ croissant option’ at the hotel. Would definitely return!!

Room was European style, bed (double) was comfortable but not much room to move around room. The bathroom was wide and windows for natural light and fresh air. Breakfast was basic but perfect to start your day exploring. Everything was fresh and coffee was great. Juices were fresh squeezed all natural. Will definently stsy here again. Was able to leave luggage before check in. The metro is less then 5min walk. Uber rides are about $20 into city center.

Wenn Paris dann Piapia. Die Gegend finden wir jetzt nicht soo sicher. Aber wo ist man den in Paris wirklich sicher? Metro ist nur 1min entfernt. Das Hotel war bis jetzt immer sehr sauber und Personal immer sehr nett. Einzig negative ist nur, dass die Reinigungskräfte wirklich sehr sehr laut sind. Wir haben uns mehrmals beim schlafen erschreckt. Dafür sind die aber sehr sauber daher nehme ich es in Kauf.

la porte de la chambre tape à chaque fermeture d'une autre porte dans le couloir. on entend le bip de lascenseur dans la chambre. les serveuses au petit déjeuner n'étaient pas acceuillantes ni très serviables. le rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner etait pas à la hauteur. peu de choix, boissons chaudes uniquement servi par distributeur de boissons. on demande une tasse espresso, et on nous propose un gobelet en carton.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff! An extra special touch of welcome message and macarons in our room for my daughter's birthday. Close to metro station and some nice restaurants in walking distance. A great base. Thank you for a brilliant stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless. Transportation via metro was also very easy. Breakfast was good and there are lovely bakeries and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Staff was very helpful And friendly. Pleasant surprise for my Daughter‘s birthday (a tray of Marconis and a little note of birthday wishes ) was left before we came back from Disney world. Breakfast was great but could Do with more variety.

I loved this hotel. Was there two days for business. Rooms were nice and clean, some nice little details. Other areas also cozy and well designed. Breakfast was really good to my taste - not too many options, but the ones they have are good quality - which I respect a lot in a 3-star hotel. Service+ Free water from lobby to your own glass bottle. Big respect for the owners. Keep up the good work you all!

So, so good. Amazing find close to the Metro. Small, but beautiful room with large window and perfectly kept bathroom. Perfect breakfast offering too, all the continental options. Quirky, but modern feel throughout. Probably the best 3* hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Exceeded expectations across the board.

Globalement un hôtel sympa et confortable. La douche mérite un petit coup de vinaigre blanc car il y a beaucoup de calcaire sur le pommeau du plafond et sur la douchette, peu d’eau arrive à sortir de la douchette. Petit déjeuner simple, dommage il y a de la pâte à tartiner mais pas du Nutella et pas Très bonne.

Near trains to the main attractions & back to the airport when it is time to return back to the States.

Disappointed. The room was tiny, too small to share. There were poor amenities in the room. There was a space for a refrigerator, however the hotel removed this for some silly reason. There was black mould developing in the bathroom, and the towels were horrible. We asked for a late check out, which they were able to accommodate but insisted we pay additional. I also had a room credit for food and beverage, however they refused to honour this and made me pay for a meal at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I loved this little place. Simple. Inexpensive. Small room that served its purpose. I’m tempted to not give it a rave review only because I want there to be an available room for me to come back! Staff were kid and helpful. Kitchen and cleaning staff too.
