The first room I had was awful, it was old, tired and not very clean and the bedding was cheap and nasty with tiny pillows. They moved me to another room and the radiator wasn’t working no toilet paper and flys in there plus terrible smell from sink that was blocked

VRBO should remove this property from their offerings, we could not even take a shower. It was anything but "Comfy"!Maybe you should visit the properties you advertise on a frequent basis! Dirty carpets, broken locks, ceiling so low in loft one cannot sit up in bed!

The flat was not the one we booked. Host advised that pictures are just to give an impression! Entry to flat filthy and smelly. Most stuff didnt work!
