The Bayside Kitchen and Bar staff and services at your location are top-notch. Highly recommend. I will be back next year.

Couldn’t use the gym or laundry or pool due to construction which for the cost of the hotel made it less worth the price

Everything was great! Maybe more GF options for breakfasts! Great beds and great location!

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. First we found out upon arrival that their pool was under renovation. We had 3 kids there for spring break and feel that we should have been notified of this before our arrival. We were able to go to another hotel pool but it was a 10-15 minute walk away, not exactly convenient when dripping wet for the walk back. I asked for the managers information and was given her card which I then emailed Nina the next day in regards to possibly a refund and booking somewhere else. She never bothered to return my email (it’s now been a week, no response). We had to ask to have our room cleaned and for more towels as no one came the first 2 days. I would never stay here again. The manager is apparently worthless.

My only complaint. Was the sleeping accommodations. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The couch was old and dated, and the pullout bed was horrible. There were five of us in a suite. Not one of us had a good night sleep the entire three days we were there. Two people opted to sleep on the floor instead of the bed. It was very disappointing.
