Great location, friendly and unobtrusive staff, especially the female security guard. Room was clean and bright. Great shower and bathroom. Beds were SUPER comfy and linens were spotless. Despite location on busy street, it was quiet at night. A fan was provided but I Would have liked to have had AC. Also suggest providing a source for potable water in each floor— two small bottles were in the room at check-in but never replaced. All in all would definitely stay here again, good value for price.

El codigo de acceso de la habitación , llego al 2do dia , y por gestión del portero, quienes dicho sea de paso son personas muy serviciales y consientes, nunca por correo electrónico como indicaron en el correo de confirmación de la reserva, no tengo factura del servicio. llamo al teléfono de contacto y no contestan.

I've stayed at this property 3 times and overall it is an excellent value. It is a very basic hotel with no amenities like a pool or gym, but in a great location--Zona Rose, the gay district. (But welcoming to families and straight folks too.)The rooms are super clean, the staff super helpful and friendly, and the beds are comfortable. But I recommend you choose your room carefully, as they vary quite a bit. Room 6 is spacious with a lovely, big balcony made private by tall grasses. Room 5 is similar, but significantly smaller, but also with a nice balcony below a huge ficas tree which makes you feel you're in a tree house. Both rooms lack ventilation, except when the balcony door is open so can be stuffy when you return to your room. Room 4 is very spacious but has no windows--sort of a basement feel. So, if you're claustraphobic this isn't the room for you. However, it is the most spacious of the 3 and the bed is especially comfortable. None of the rooms have good lighting (although those with balconies have great natural light.) No AC in any of the rooms, which is usually not a problem in DF, but summers are getting hotter so could be uncomfortable at the height of the summer. A small fan is provided in all rooms, as are water bottles. Good choice for a basic, bare-bones hotel in a fantastic location, with tons of cafes and bars. Despite this, all 3 rooms were VERY quiet, even the ones (rooms 5 & 6) facing the street. They also have black out shades which is nice.

Instalaciones excelentes, la atención del personal es extremadamente amable y cordial! Y el restaurante italiano es una maravilla 😍

Faltaban bastantes amenidades, no había elevador, no había aire acondicionado, el ventilador del baño era muy débil, no había un teléfono para hablar a recepción tenías que ir hasta abajo para buscar a alguien

La habitación cumple con su función, solo no me gusto que en el baño habia mojo negro en la regadera. La persona que nos recibio fue muy amable, muy atento; sin embargo la persona que nos despidio amenazo a mi hija con sacar las cosas del cuarto a las 12:05pm si no habiamos entregado la habitación a las 12pm. Me parecio de mal gusto que le hablara asi a una jovencita que ni siquiera era la responsable de la habitación.

La habitación limpia, la cama cómoda, lugar silencioso, tanto que no se podía tener el volumen de la TV demasiado alto por qué se escuchaba afuera. Se tiene que subir escaleras y si tu habitación está hasta arriba (mi caso) vas a sufrir el tener que subir y bajar a cada rato. La guardia un poco grosera, siempre que entraba me preguntaba a qué habitación iba (no importa que ella me allá recibido), siempre me preguntaba por mi habitación como si fuera un desconocido, el otro guardia todo bien, muy amable y buena onda. De las 3 noches que estuve nunca me hicieron limpieza de habitación.

Había una pequeña cucaracha en el clóset, de ahí en fuera todo es perfecto

Great location, very clean, and the price is fine. Wouldn't stay again though. You can hear everything from the hallway including the guy in the next room snoring or other TVs, so they can probably hear you too. Other guests have to buzz the front door to get in, and everytime that happened it woke me up.

Clean room, lack of air conditioning.

The room is nice and clean. The problem with this unit is the building. Is a 4 floor apartment and not elevator. The high room number you get the highest floor you gonna go up. Plus no AC in room and the only fan is speed broken. Just make sure you know the details before you ge it.

Lovely and nice staff, clean rooms, and location. Water pressure is decent, and the rooms are soo spacious.

Por el precio es una gran opción para estar lo más cerca del angel de la independencia, en mi caso me funciono muy bien porque iba a la embajada, el lugar es lindo, limpio y acogedor, solo que si sufres mucho con el calor tal vez está no sea tu mejor opción, si bien hay un ventilador pero se encierra el calor, por lo demás yo estuve muy feliz en mi estancia

Creo que lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, la habitación es confortable y limpia, no funcionó internet ni la TV durante toda la instancia lo cual es bastante inconveniente.

La habitación súper limpia, me hubiera gustado que hubiera aire acondicionado, estábamos un poco enfermos mi familia y yo, el clima seco del aire hubiera estado increíble, pero todo lo demás súper bien.

The room did not match the description. It was an inside room, with only one window to the stairs. No ventilation at all, only a fan. The room was super dark, forced you to have the lights on. Since it’s an inside room, the room was extremely hot. Additionally, there is not a 24 hours front desk as advertised, only a security guard. The door bell did not work and it took about 25 minutes to the guard to open the door during the night time, even if you could see her, she did not listen the door bell. Lastly, it gives a very bad impression to look at the security guard sleeping overnight, on the floor by the entrance under the stairs.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero bien distribuidas, la cama muy cómoda, no hay aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable, no había agua caliente y caía muy muy poca agua de la regadera, bañarnos resultó difícil.

Todo estuvo excelente a excepción de la atención última de la señorita de recepción. (El caballero de recepción y las chicas de limpieza, muy buen servicio) Al salir pedí apoyo con mi maleta ya que era de 25kg y mi habitación la 10. La señorita de recepción sin soltar el teléfono en una llamada personal en ningún momento solo me dijo que nadie podía ayudarme. Pese a que vio que estaba batallando demasiado no se acomidio ni en las últimas escaleras a recibirla. Tampoco soltó su llamada, hasta tuve que enterarme de que planeaba una fiesta. Entiendo que las dos somos mujeres y es pesado, pero tampoco me ofreció una opción como esperar a los meseros del restaurante (que también fueron muy amables y prácticamente entraron cuando yo estaba abajo y antes de mi check out). Pude dejar propina a limpieza más no al guardia, si pudieran indicarme como agregar un extra, les agradezco. Fuera de este inconveniente, y que el agua caliente sale más tibia que caliente. todo perfecto 🙏

La ubicación es muy buena. Sería increíble que el personal esté más al tanto de las necesidades de los huéspedes. En 2 noches solo me preguntaron si quería que entraran a limpiar. Solicité una plancha y nunca me dieron una respuesta. La persona que me atendió al check-out con actitud de servicio que deja mucho que desear. La cama, aunque comoda, tan suave que sentías hundirte en el colchón.

Es un lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso a donde gustará ir a turistear la zona es muy tranquila

El lugar está en la zona céntrica solamente que había mucho ruido Pero por el precio que se pagó fue un muy buen lugar y cómodo

Excelente ubicación

Un gran lugar donde llegar a hospedarse en el mero corazón de la zona rosa

Es una opción excelente costo/beneficio. Son varias habitaciones, todo muy limpio. No tuvimos ningún problema durante la estancia. El cuarto estaba en el piso de hasta arriba (no hay elevador). La zona no es tan “bonita” pues está lleno de sex shops pero así es la zona en general, sin embargo, no me sentí insegura en ningún momento. Estuvimos caminando desde y hacia el ángel sin problema alguno tanto en el día como en la madrugada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Solo el detalle de música alta de los negocios de la zona que se escuchan en el cuarto en horas de la madrugada
