So the ONLY air conditioning on the property comes from the window units. There is NOT central air. (This is Texas, get with the program) So the window unit in your room must be able to cool off your entire suite (which is really big). The hallways felt like 95° with no air moving at all. The elevators also had no air. Very bad stay when it's 104° outstide.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was down for two days. They offered to send me somewhere else. But I couldn’t move locations cause it was going to be to far from what I was needing. They didn’t offer a discount. But didn’t steer me away from coming back. Just bummed they didn’t have to pool. For a few days when that was one of the things I was looking for in the hotel.

No hot water our entire stay. Only one elevator worked, the other has been out of order for an undisclosed amount of time. The hallways and elevator have no ac so it is real hot in those areas.

Do not stay here! Not worth a penny! From the moment you walk in, the odor that lingers 24/7 smells like the sewer line broke, then we were greeted by the most unhelpful/lazy check-in receptionist, the "business center" did not work, all printers were broken and no employees willing to assist, lastly the room was dirty and uneven flooring caused the bathroom door to not fully open to get to the toilet.

The place was nice and location was great however there was ketchup or blood on the mattress cover and food left in the refrigerator by the last people. Those two things made me believe the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Also, thin walls. I could hear the man next door snoring all night.

Overall hotel was nice. Shower was not very clean (hair leftover ) and soap bottles not refilled. Hard to notify staff when you’re already in the shower. Most likely would not stay there again.

Every sheet and pillow case had stains. We asked for a play pen for our daughter to sleep in and it was so stained and dirty we never put her in it. Front staff didnt seem to care much their linens and play pens for children are disgusting.

The room had been released to the public too soon! Lamp shades didn't have nuts on the top of the shade frames, the bathroom door didn't fit so it rubbed twice each time it was opened or closed, the maid would come at the end of her shift and leave us no choice, if we wanted fresh towels, we had to do it ourselves...bathroom was filled with construction dust in the corners...etc. Overall, someone wasn't doing their job.

Good breakfast, clean hotel, many dining options nearby, room nice, pool & workout room nice, kitchen adequate…would stay again for sure. Some exterior renovation underway, which worried me at first, but crew only worked mid-day so no issues at all. Hotel is clean & area is very safe and quiet. TV location in room layout is my major complaint. Angled view from all locations is really poor ergonomics! Stiff neck now lol. Pool gate lock didn’t work all week for keyless entry, but staff responsive to open on request. Overall happy with the stay, but TV setup does need improvement.

When we checked in, our front desk lady was wonderful then it went downhill after that: No wifi the whole stay with no reasoning when we called to ask why and when it will be fixed, TV was not working unless you followed a million steps to get to the channel you wanted. Pool was not open. The lights were flickering the whole time in the bathroom. When contacting the front desk, the lady was VERY rude (not initial check in lady a new one). Just overall not the best experience we’ve had for what we paid.

The roof is paper thin. I heard guests walking in the room above me keeping me up. There was a strong odor of natural gas in the hallway outside of my room #220. I rented an electric car and the handle on the charger was broken with exposed electrical wires. The cables for the EV chargers were all over the place hanging loosey goosey that I tripped and face planted on the cement. Will not be staying there again. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

There were two big flies in the hotel room. I told the front desk, but they said "ok" and did nothing, so I tried to catch them. It was the first time I've ever had flies in a hotel. And I don't like the attitude of the staff either. I don't want to use it again.I have all the photos of fly and the ones I took. Should I attach them?? And they said they would send me a receipt online, but that was a lie. Why didn't they send me the hotel receipt?

The front desk associate Denise was very pleasant and nice. She made us feel so welcome! Her knowledge and assistance with getting us check in, complementary water and a list of the restaurants in the area. The room was excellent! Very clean and spacious we had a king studio, we stayed one night. I love the Hilton and I would recommend this hotel and we will stay again for any future endeavors to this area! August 23-24, 2025

Absolute nightmare. We arrived and were given the room key. When we opened the room there were suitcases in there and the bed was used. Went back downstairs to be told oh oops we don’t actually have a room for you. I asked for a solution, the gentleman at the reception tried to hand me a list with other Hilton properties in the area. I told him I’m calling Expedia and thankfully they were amazing and got me a room elsewhere quickly. While we were in the lobby (that was not air conditioned !!) we overheard several other incidents. One person had a clogged toilet and was told nobody can help them until the following day. Another lady had a dirty room and the AC wasn’t working - she was told she’d have to go find another hotel. We were so glad to get out of there. First bad experience with a Hilton hotel, ever.

This is a clean, quiet hotel with a phenomenal breakfast. Our room was clean and in good condition. The shower and bedding were great. The only issue we had (and have had recently at other hotels) is that we've been booking a room that has a King bed and pullout sleeper sofa for our family of 4, there are 4 listed on the reservation, but we get to the room and the sleeper sofa isn't made up. It's not a huge deal, and I'm sure they would have come to fix it if I asked, but it was easy enough to do it myself. It's just weird that it hasn't already been done. The real showstopper here is the breakfast. High quality tasty cold and hot food every day. They had a breakfast taco bar each day with a variety of fillings and toppings. They had overnight oats and chia pudding with a variety of fruit and nut toppings, both made with almond milk for any vegans who need something other than a banana. They even had plain greek yogurt. Nobody ever has that! The coffee was good and always hot. I would stay again just for the quality of the breakfast.

Check-in was quick & the room was very clean, spacious and in good condition. Nice kitchenette & full-size fridge. Location is only a short distance from shopping & restaurants. Breakfast was only so-so but typical for this tier of hotel with super-processed sausage & powdered eggs. Good stay overall & would stay again.
