Jaslin Hotel

Conveniently located in Chinatown with access to great restaurants, Catholic church, and just a few steps away from public transportation.

They advertise a queen bed, but it was a full size at best. The room was small but the hotel was convenient because we were within walking distance of the WinTrust stadium for a concert. Its right in the middle of New Chinatown and Old Chinatown so very accessible to walk. The parking on the other hand was a bit of a headache. Only parking fills up fast so you have to circle the block multiple times before they open the entrance for open spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're wanting a place to explore Chinatown without driving, this is the spot.

Very nice, clean, and safe. Friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean as well. No on site parking, but you can load and unload at the hotel so that makes it a bit less of a hassle. Great spot for a stay to enjoy Chinatown for certain and within a 15 minute walk to Wintrust Arena for any events.

Honestly, for the price I thought a continental breakfast would have been nice. A microwave in the room? Hot tea? The only amenity they really bragged about was free wifi and that was down the entire weekend. That being said, beautiful hotel and great location! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The room was spacious and clean.The hotel was close to many shops and restairants, but still quiet. There was a fire station across the street that deployed fire trucks and ambulances very frequently, but it didn't actually disturb us during the night, just be aware if you're sensitive to something like that. The staff were very professional and polite. The lobby was very modern and clean with plenty of places to lounge and also sit and eat or work. Unfortunately there didn't seem to be microwaves in the rooms, but there was one in the lobby for use. We did have a small fridge in our room, but it was just on the floor and not very easy to get to. Overall, the room worked well for us and we will definitely consider staying again!
