Our stay was great - the entire staff was friendly and very accommodating - good free breakfast -free bike rentals-nice rooftop pool -trader joes across the street- Lincoln mall super close with great shops and dining - free shuttle to the beach every1/2 hour- with 2 beach chairs included (umbrella additional ) Uber ride to ocean drive less than 10 bucks each way - or you can walk - overall wonderful stay - would definitely stay again -

Great location. Room was nice. Had a kitchenette with full set of pots, pans and dishes, as well as a microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast was good. The only thing wrong was that one of the two elevators was broken during my entire, one week long stay. Very uncomfortable since the stairs led to the street.

No hot water, was told someone would be in to fix it they never came. Elevator was out of order so took 15 minutes to wait for elevator. Checking in customer service treated me as though I was stupid for not knowing the hotel and asking a few minor questions( attitude was terrible) checking out the manager said to have Expedia call to be reimbursed for stay. Had Expedia call and the supervisor denied it. Oh she gave us back our 40 dollar parking fee. That was suppose to make up for the cold showers we all had to take. I would have booked anywhere else had I known of these issues. So the supervisor lied straight to my face about reimbursement. It was a terrible experience.

It's a very nice, modern hotel. We liked our stay there. It's not close to the beach but they have a convenient shuttle. The only minus of this hotel is parking. You can either park a few blocks away or use their valet parking which is very expensive (we paid $55/night for an SUV which added to the cost of our stay).

We enjoyed our stay in Miami. The rooftop pool and views were fantastic. Also, the free beach shuttle, daily water bottles, breakfast, yoga classes and bike rentals are great perks. Location was nice. The room was spacious and adequate. The only problem we had was the pull out sofa was broken but guest services were willing to resolve the issue. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very good stay. Would stay again!

There was blood on my sheets. When the staff member came to change them he carried in the set and sat the on my table which we had to move food. On check out I was never asked how was your stay..nothing. Checking in they did explain where anything was, pool fitness center, nothing I had to explore and ask guest

The staff is friendly and very helpful but the whole place needs a huge upgrade. The rooms are old, the smell in the hallways is so intense it’s not even healthy. Breakfast food could be way better. There’s not really quality food. I’m sorry for the negative review but it looks nothing like the pictures on the internet.

The room was not as clean as should have been. The comforter was stained, the sheets were dingy. The shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty at the bottom a red color. You had to use the shower curtain or the floor was covered in water. The cabinets had hand print stains and the bathroom was falling apart.

Property was located in very busy traffic area. I felt like I was in Manhattan, NY again. There was no restaurants close by other than a pizza restauran t. Room was clean with the exception of a soil mattress (may have been urine or mold) unacceptable as there were 5 people registered yo stay there. Called corporate office for resolution to this matter and was provided a solution. If you have issues with hotel stays, always call corporate office over the hotel stay!

Room was dirty and had bugs crawling on the kitchen counter(video proof). The 2nd room floor was terrible. It made a popping noise every time you walk....as if the floors were damaged by water. The septic system had issues as well.

Not too please with our room, it wasn’t TOO clean, the headboard was gross and only realized it after I wiped it down. The floor was even worst and didn’t realized how dirty it was until after my 5 year old sat down and his white socks were as dirty as club Liv when the lights turn on. I asked for the room to be serviced but only got new towels and garbages disposed. By the time I returned I felt it was too late to ask for it cleaned . Only stood for two nights .

Overall it was ok, the staff tried their best. There were several things such as no soap for the sink, they gave us body wash to make up for it. The parking was super pricey. The facility itself and our room is showing its wear and tear, scratches on floors, flimsy towels, some worn furniture. For a family of five there are limited options. But, not sure I would book here again.

Room ready after 415pm. Not good. We were out all day and just wanted to shower and relax. The bed was broken on one side so there was a dip in the middle. We never received house keeping and had to wait on clean towels after being out all day. I even messaged the hotel while out and still didn’t receive housekeeping

For the price, $4000 for seven nights, the hotel was terrible. The floors were disgustingly dirty. The pictures shown at booking were different than what we received. The AC wouldn't shut off and it would force us to get up and turn the heat on because it would cool to 62° at night. We called for service a couple times but the lady who came up to service the unit didn't speak English so we couldn't describe the issue to her. The trash pickup next door was every day between 5-7am. Sometimes it was twice during that time. Very loud. Overall we'd never book there again. The best part was the location.

The room was very spacious with a kitchenette. Great for a family. The included bkfst was amazing! Waffles, fruit, bagels, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc.. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but having a roof-top pool was a bonus. A great place!

The hotel room was exactly as shown in the picures on the hotel's homepage. The badroom was spacious and the kitchen provided everything necessary. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The breakfast needs an upgrate, but it is cheap, so it's ok. The beach shuttle needs to be booked in advance but if you are flexible with your timing, you can also book on the same day. When we had heavy rain, the shuttle service ran continously to the beach and picked up guests, for which we were very greatful. There is a supermarket across from the hotel. Not far from hotel there is a great Italian bachery as well as the shopping street Lincoln Road. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and would book there anytime again.

The experience in this hotel almost ruined our weekend. First I did not get the room I paid for and next the air conditioning was not working properly and the staff did not have any solution, the minute I requested my refund and booked another hotel they found another room like the one I paid for initially and a working air conditioning, unbelievable!! I ended up leaving because I was uncomfortable about everything and they way the handled the situation and it worked out for the best. We stayed in a way better hotel, great area and wonderful staff. Never going back there.

Staff was great, parking attendants were awesome. Breakfast was ok, the rooms were not as I expected. Bed springs were worn down and floor was dirty and floor boards were loose and the Pool closed at 9pm. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location! Clean and spacious room. Loved the xlarge patio and rooftop pool. We were 5 in the room and had plenty of space. Breakfast was average and good. Parking is expensive but thats what you get for staying near beach. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and the hotel was clean, but our toilet flush was not working. We were there for three days and even after multiple complaints, the problem was not fixed and on the last day, they switched us to a different room. Staff was rude. They also charged us $75 for parking per day. We have a Land Rover defender and it’s a regular size SUV. They considered it an extra large SUV. I felt that the value for money was not there.

Sean and Linda at the front desk was not friendly Sean threw the materials at me when I was checking in Linda hung up the phone on me and they just were not accommodating. I won't stay there again for it to be on South Beach. It was definitely not worth three hundred plus. The hallway smell in rev vinegar. Let's know they're hiding something else

I didn't like that I was charge for a room a week in advance of my stay. The reservation made no mention of any sort of advance payment. Marriott, prior, never charged me for a room prior to my arrival unless a pre-pay rate was selected. Also, won't move my charge to the proper credit card. Finally, I found better rates on Expedia and hotel wouldn't match even when I pointed out Match Guarantee. Manager of the property was lazy and not very helpful,

Very close to Lincoln Street with lots of shopping and food. Also a trader Joe’s across the road and fresh market a 4 minute walk. Quick uber ride to the convention center less than 10 minutes away.

The property was across from Trader Joe’s which made it easy for us to get low cost meals while there. There’s also lots of shopping within walking distance. There’s free breakfast every morning and the shuttle from the hotel to the beach was free. Great value.

The place was great overall. Good breakfast and responsive staff. The included kitchen is very useful. Especially with the nice grocery store in front of the hotel. The only issue is the fact that there was a lot of street noise due to construction every week days from 7 am to 6 pm. We were out most of the time but it was still noisy early in the morning.

We had a great time, good location. The pool was a lovely feature & towels provided. Breakfast was also an added bonus & plenty of selection. Some areas could do with a freshen up/paint however this did not affect our stay. The kitchen area within room was really useful. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
