As always, very clean and comfortable at every location I’ve stayed. The breakfast is great for being a free Continental breakfast. Pool was nice. Disappointed that there was no hot tub at this location but oh well. I’d stay again.

There is no hot tub! And their “heated pool” is very cold! Not even enjoyable. You will need to go early for breakfast. We went one hour before breakfast ended and literally everything was gone (pancake batter, orange juice, apple juice, bread, eggs, hash browns, tortillas, danishes). The attendant hid behind the wall in the kitchen. When my husband found her and asked if we could get more pancake batter, we were told it was too late to put another batter in. Mind you this was an hour before it was suppose to end. We were told they were out of hashbrowns. She didn’t know how to switch the juice out…needless to say we had to go out to breakfast and the attendant was not helpful at all! I must say, I stayed at Holiday inn Express because it has always been my choice stay and I have never had a disappointed stay with them until now. Will definitely impact my choices going forward.

Comfortable place for a one night stay. Friendly staff and good breakfast. One elevator was out of order and the other had a pretty good squeak but worked. Would stay again

This could be an easy 4-5 star review ….. but the lack of cleaning is unacceptable. Hallways - elevator floors are sticky and the rooms are below any standards. The bathroom floor grout is completely black from dirt, black spots all over the place and all kinds of hair everywhere!!!! The property would look ok if the employees would be properly trained and supervised

Room was not super clean. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, the corners filled with dirt and grime, tub walls had spots of something in them. The tub was so slick my husband and I both almost fell. We stay 3 nights and breakfast was the same every day.

The room just wasn’t clean - hair in the shower and sticky crud on the desk that just needed wiped off. Front desk was super helpful when we checked in. Two rooms on first floor were in need of cleaning and windows were wide open with lights on all night and you could see trash in the room and beds torn apart - just needs some attention on cleanliness.

The hotel was fine until we tried to sleep. The heater was loud and banged, hissed and squeaked all night long. We kept turning it down so it wouldn’t come on as often and ended up cold. Worst nights sleep in a long time.

Hotel appears to be fairly new, but it appears they took a few shortcuts. The large picture window was covered by a heavy blackout shade that completely covered the window and could not be raised. Left room very dark. Also, the shower head would not stay in position making it difficult to take a shower.

My poor rating is related directly to customer service. Our flight was diverted and then cancelled. Hotels.com rep called the hotel for us to ask for a waiver on the short cancellation and the hotel said no. The situation was out of our control and they weren’t willing to work with us.

I am putting in a complaint because at 12 AM. A family was put on the fourth floor above us.We weee on the third floor. This family proceeded to stomp around, making a lot of noise and waking us up. I called down to the front desk twice, and went down there once. The staff member stated that they had just gotten in and they were gonna settle down. When I was down there, the staff member insinuated that I was making stuff up. Because when she went up there, they were quiet. They were all quiet because she was up there with them. This noise from this family continued for two hours. Who puts a family with kids on the fourth floor at midnight? This is completely unacceptable. And I did not appreciate the staff member in the evening. She did absolutely nothing to help the situation.

I have stayed here in the past but it was a comedy of errors this time around. 1) went to the breakfast at 9 AM, twice, and there was no food. I mean there was nothing in trays. This happened both times. 2) The Room wasn't cleaned on one of the days that we asked for it to be. 3) The staff somehow checked us out a day early. Fortunately for us we went to complain about bullet 2 and were notified about it. My stay was extended to the proper length but now my credit statement shows odd charges; I hope it all gets resolved without my involvement. I will be keeping a close eye on my statement for the next couple days because of this. What a complete hassle.

House keeping entered my room while I was at breakfast. Upon returning 3 1/2 hours before checkout approximately 9AM. I encountered a man who had my cell phone and charger and some other of my personal effects in my zip lock bag. I asked the man for them back and to leave the room . All he did was laugh at me.I told him this was my room and I had to take it out of his hands and told him to leave again. "He said you are checking out today" I said not til 11:00 so he left. I found my heart medicine my $500 night guard and my tooth brush in the garbage can.

Chosen for closeness to airport. This property has convinced me that I no longer need to specifically look for places that have free breakfasts - seriously folks, "turkey sausage". As bad as a previous place that had pulled pork & tacos for breakfast. I know I can get a regular American breakfast at a restaurant, but it will cost me. That is OK with me. Agailn, having a free breakfast will no longer be an item to look for.

We have stayed at the Boise Airport Holiday Inn Express several times over the past couple of years. This stay was less than spectacular.The food on the breakfast buffet was cold...even the next morning after bringing it to the attention of the desk. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. The a/c in the room was so loud it affected our sleep. Very disappointed.
