Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise Airport by IHG

The hotel was fine EXCEPT for the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. The stains were horrendous I wonder how old it is. They gave me an extra sheet to put on it but I wouldn’t let my kids sleep in that thing. Not to mention you touch it and it’s like metal spring poking out. Don’t offer a sofa bed if it’s not useful. I do want to say the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful.

Staff was awesome! Location was convenient and felt safe. We traveled with our dog and sometimes staff can be unreasonably challenging and this was not the case

The room itself was good and the staff was excellent. My main issue was the bathroom. The tub did not drain and the last thing I wanted after a long day of driving was to see the previous occupants hair floating up from the drain. Couple that with broken silicon around the tub and surrounding areas made it obvious that maintenance hasn’t been done in a while. The AC was also aggressively loud!

A decent well kept property

Hotel is kind of dingy and our room was not clean. Hair in shower, floor was sticky. We got put into an accessible room and the bed was low and strange. The hotel was noisy all night long. AC sounded like a truck. We Could hear every toilet flush and person walking on the floor. Just wasn’t what I expected for a holiday inn.
