We lived like in a dark basement. The outdoor space in the room was a joke. TV wasn’t working. Front door staff was not ver nice. Run down gym with soggy ”yoga” mats

Nice staff. MASSIVE apartment style rooms with huge bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen with all appliances.

The room was dirty (sand on the floor). There was a broom in the room to clean it, but the broom was so old and in poor condition that it wasn't useful. When asked for a newer broom at the desk they couldn't find one.

On first day there was no hot water and the heating fan in the room was very noisy. I tried to reach out to manager that night (Sat.) and they has not get back to me today (Wed.) Staff at the hotel was helpful though. Maintainance person helped fix the fan noise Sunday morning. We also got hot water on Sunday night but the first day experience was very disaappointing. Also just a heads-up, there is extra resort fee at the hotel upon arrival for USD 34.42/night when booking through Expedia.
