Excellent hotel in annexcellent location! Very convenient to walk everywhere and parking was included. Room was big and clean, and the pool was a nice touch!

Such a great oceanfront hotel with a large pool to use if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One parking spot per room. The room was a nice size efficiency with a pull out couch and a bedroom. They provided toiletries and the room was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time. Can't wait to go back if there was only one thing that I could change about this place. It would be for the parking spots to be a little bit bigger. That's about it otherwise a great place to take your family.

Don't be fooled by pictures and good rating like I was. I was there from 5/24/24- 5/26/24. Place is very old, dirty, the toilet was filthy, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom is tiny, the TV sucked, no iron but rooms do have a fridge, laundry on site and staff was friendly. I'll give this hotel a 3/10. Do not waste your money here like we just did!!

Was smaller than expected (my fault). My wife has some physical challenges that made Mobil difficult. They have a very old and a bit dilapidated dresser in room that smelled musty and made our clothes smell bad. Overall, clean except floors needed cleaning and very dated. Don’t know that I’d stay there again as there are many other choices in Wildwood

My stay at the crusader was just perfect. The staff were amazing, front desk staff were so nice and helpful with anything we asked. Room was spotless, plenty of towels AHEAD of time! Rooms cleaned as soon as we left and no waiting. Pool was clean and area always spotless. Will be returning next year for sure.

This hotel needs some updating. The bathroom is dark and dingy. No handsoap to be found. The bodywash was 1oz tiny tube for 4 people. The sheets and blankets had stains on them. I paid 1300$ for 2 nights so I don’t think I’m asking for too much.

This is a nice property, especially for guests with kids. There were a few things I didn’t care for most notably the ambient noise level I heard at night. A humming noise coming from the indoor parking area. Probably caused by machines of some sort. Also the parking spaces are narrow which when coupled with steel poles supporting the roof make it difficult to get in and out.

Great place to stay! Very convenient for walking to the boardwalk. Rooms are clean. A couple of the lights/outlets didn’t work in our room but it wasn’t a huge deal, that would be my only “complaint”

We booked a room with 2 beds. When we checked in and went to the room, there was only 1 bed. The front desk told us there were no rooms available to transfer us to, they did not have a cot to give us, and they could not adjust the price for us. On top of that, the bathroom was tiny, like real small. There was only 1 light in the whole room. There was literally no where to hang any clothes (no closet, no hangers, no bar to hang on). There was no iron/ironing board. To sum it up, this place is pretty ghetto. 1/10 stars. Would not recommend

My stay at the crusader was just perfect. The staff were amazing, front desk staff were so nice and helpful with anything we asked. Room was spotless, plenty of towels AHEAD of time! My review on this place is terrible terrible. Do not stay there. Unfortunately I had covid and the woman at the front desk told me to come anyway that they were closing in a week anyway. I keep trying to call to talk to John the manager and this woman at the desk keeps hanging up or tells me he is not there. The thing that really bothers me about all this is they don’t even care about the other families that are there. When someone that has covid and says to come we are not following those guidelines. Do not stay. Take your business elsewhere. Awful people

I’ll definitely be back and I recommend it!! The Crusader has everything you need. Beachfront, wonderful little diner, rooms are great, fantastic customer service and ice cream!!! It’s a short ride to the boardwalk too.
