Restaurant food and service were fantastic. Air conditioner was very loud and drowned out the tv. Parking was a little hectic for my Chevy avalanche. Room was clean. Weather wasn’t good so we did not get to use pool.

It is clean and beautiful. The parking was free, but we have a mini van and it was slimming to fit between the poles. No iron. You had to pay for ice. Only cash at cafe and for ices. Other than that, it was beautiful.

Elevator was broken we were on the third floor with a 2 year old understandable that they had no accommodations on the first floor we checked out after 24 hours we had four nights so unsafe don't up and down three flights of stairs staff didn't know if the elevator was ever going to be fixed so we checked out the next morning management didn't even offer to reimburse us what a crappy way to do business wouldn't stay here if it was free and with $1,000 a cash

Staff was friendly. There was plenty of seating in the deck/pool area. Parking for larger vehicles was a little difficult and we were scalded in the shower at peak dinner hours. It was well worth the price and a decent place to stay if you're not looking for luxury.

We enjoyed our stay at your place. Just one complaint—— the parking spots are extremely tight. Wouldn’t mind if I brought an older car but arrived in a brand new car so constantly worrying about dings. Enjoy the rest of your summer!!

Out dated but the hotel was clean the view was great the restaurant was disappointed with the restaurant cash only does not work these days. But overall the stay was comfortable and a great value. I would definitely stay here again

Family of 4 stayed Wednesday to Saturday. It was so nice. The room was clean, old but new and cleaned everyday! Kitchen was a perfect addition to the room. My kids loved the pull out sofa. The pool was nice. The restaurant was good! Breakfast & lunch, and the people working it were always so nice and helpful. Front desk was great, they let us check in as soon as we got in and was very helpful with ideas and things going on in the area! We really enjoyed our stay here. We were so sad to leave wildwood!

The staff were fantastic. Super friendly, accommodating and professional. The location was great too, right on the beach. However, the room had and extrememly strong bleach smell that made me sick. The staff cleans with bleach and tried to remove the smell for us once I brought it to their attention, but couldn't. I appreciated the effort.

Beware of the family apartments… I looked for quite a while before deciding to book. The pictures they advertise for the family apartments show a really nice remodeled room with a newer kitchen and bathroom ect. When we arrived I was given a key to room that looked like it was from the 70’s and had a rusted refrigerator. It was nothing like the advertised room. When I addressed the hotel manager he said that the rooms In the pictures were the remodeled ones, and that we got an old one!! He said those were all rented!! I told him this is unacceptable and stood my ground.. He ended up giving us a cleaner version of the first room, but still nothing like what I paid for in the pictures… Still old kitchen and bathroom. ect I believe this is false advertising and we should receive some money back… I take my family of 4 on a beach vacation every year and we made the best of the situation, but we’re very disappointed because of the deceiving pictures. Stay away as there are too many choices that don’t try and false advertise

I only spent one night, coming in late and leaving at checkout. I didn't care for the room as I was facing the street, I had a step (going down) into the room, and the bathroom was super tiny with a weird tiny tub.

The hotel was nice. It’s walkable to the main attractions of the boardwalk, but far. The cost is equal to the hotel. It’s nothing fancy, but priced as such. It is safe and quiet. Beds are comfortable. The WiFi is terrible and tvs didn’t work well. Obviously that isn’t the main objective going to the shore, but with kids those things are necessary at certain points of the day.

The room came with a sofa bed, but no linens were in the room. This was problematic since the front desk is not staffed 24/7. In addition, the back bedroom was very bright when trying to sleep at night -- there were no blackout curtains and very bright lights outside. No hair conditioner provided ("conditioning shampoo" only). The property had a great location right on the beach and near parks. Sufficient parking.

Great ocean front spot. Enjoyed our one night stay. I would def recommend! Clean rooms, friendly staff! I am temporarily disabled as a result of surgery and the manager took my wheelchair and other gear into consideration and changes our room to one that was easier to navigate. We will definitely be back!

We had a really bad experience in this property due to the unwelcoming attitude, the manager was racist and didn't communicate properly, had an attitude and treated us as if we didn't belong there, didnt explain the regulations, he treated our family members like criminals, he verbally abused one of our friends and kicked us out with our children with no consideration, we had no where else to go and he didnt reimbursed our money

Great place to stay in wildwood crest. Management was very nice during check-in and check-out. Great information given to us during check-in to help with our stay. Our room was updated and very clean when we arrived. We have everything we needed in the small kitchen area. It was great for our stay to have the small stove to make breakfast. We rented bikes to go to the boardwalk but it was not a bad walk either.
