Good hotel. Clean and new. the shower gel bottle was empty and not refilled. Even when the cleaning service came. The elliptical in the gym was not functioning properly and was not fixed during our few days there.

The room was very nice, the hotel itself was nice. Front desk seemed to have an attitude. The first night I was there my car got broke into along with 7 other cars. They also make you pay for parking but do not have any security cameras. If I had to guess the hotel workers have something to do with these break ins. They did not care that this happened and you can clearly see the parking lot from the desk. (its a well lit parking lot) So something just seems off that someone was able to break 8 windows and no one heard/saw it from the desk.

My car along with several others were broken into our first night. My car was parked in the front of the parking lot in the line of sight of the front desk. After the break-in was discovered, the front desk staff would not get any of us a broom or vac to get rid of the broken glass. Police were not given access to the surveillance video due the manager being unreachable.

Staff wonderful. Room carpet visibly soiled, my clean white socks were dirty after walking on carpet. Stained upholstered sofa and desk chair - have pictures. Bathroom and kitchenette clean. Several parking lot lights not functioning, a security issue.

Amazing properties super clean. The pool was amazing. They had an exercise room a bunch of extra amenities that you don’t normally get at your average hotel. I don’t know why this is a three star hotel. This should be a five.

Breakfast is included until they run out of waffle mix, then it's muffins, bread, and cereal for 2 days. They did'nt inform us we had to pay for parking - not at booking or during check-in. It's $10 per day. Still haven't been reimbursed. Broken bikes and hot temperature in the exercise room.

Liked that the laundry was free and adjacent exercise room was in good condition. Wierd that stairs only exit outside and not a way into the lobby. Bed was moderately comfy. Service was good and responded well to my notice that the disposall was not working. My wife also appreciated the nice room.

The place was dirty, under the mattress was a pubic hair and dirt. The seats at the breakfast dining area was so dirty. I took photos of their clean guarantee they have posted near the dining area and the photos of the extremely dirty seats. Unfortunately I didn't get photos under the mattress. Service was good on Saturday and Monday, but Sunday the lady stayed on her tablet at one of the dining tables and didn't even greet you when you come in. The alarm was going off most of the night and during the day.

Upon arrival I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was wonderful and check in was a breeze. It wasn’t until I entered the room that I felt a bit uneasy. The rug had many stains on it. The couch was ripped and very dirty. The lamp shade had a stain on it and when I looked at the surrounding area there were stains on the wall (looks like someone spilled coffee on the lamp and wall and it was never cleaned). Does housekeeping clean…yes. I witnessed it everyday I was there. However, what the room needs is a deep cleaning. Housekeeping pretty much does a wipe down, pull sheets up, stock up supplies, type of clean up. Lord knows when the rugs were last shampooed. When I took a closer look at the seats in the lobby, it’s the same issue. There are deep stains that can be easily addressed with a good shampooing. Did I feel comfortable in my room, absolutely not. It felt dirty and dingy but what won me over was the fact that the hotel had FREE LAUNDRY!!!! What else won me over? The close proximity to so many stores (Walmart, Marshall’s, pet smart you name it they had it!!) In closing, do I see myself staying at this hotel again…maybe not. But it’s a contender because when you travel with kids and a dog you need certain amenities that will make your stay comfortable. My recommendation would be the following: never walk barefoot on the rug and bring your own cleaning supplies if you want a true deep cleaning.

We were happy with our stay until I noticed a 2” cockroach walking across the floor while I was reading in bed. We called the office and they came and sprayed roach spray in our run and left. We also noticed a lot of hair in the bathroom and it definitely was not ours. They did reduce the room rate, but that was disgusting. The breakfast area was filthy also: Tables not wiped down, food crumbs and spills everywhere. Would not recommend

The room was large enough and well equipped, but I have seen cleaner sofas at Goodwill. Stuffing was coming out of the ripped corner and it was generally dirty all over. Noticed the same poor conditions in the lobby. Stains on upholstery. Made me question the cleanliness of the carpet, beds.

Filthy sofa bed, broken and full of stains. This is where my son is meant to sleep. Now he won’t. Staff wouldn’t change my room saying they are 100% booked while the hotel seems empty. A disgrace for the Hilton name and Expedia who sells this property

This was the absolute worse stay I have ever had. So VERY Super Noisy! All the traffic outside the window, the neighbors beside the room and the room above were super loud starting at 6 am and ending around midnight all 5 nights I was there. I ended up leaving early just to get away from the noise. The breakfast was cold each morning.

it was very noisy, both from people walking in the room above us, and the people in the next room, since the connecting door had an open space allowing for sound to come from the room to the point we could hear their voices even at normal speaking volume. Also, we stayed for 3 days but our room was never service, the maid said we weren’t on her list and the front desk said it is only serviced every other day. Very disappointed in a Hilton property.

We were just traveling through the area and stayed for one night at the hotel. The hotel has many amenities and is centrally located so we could have done a lot more in a longer stay. Our only complaint was with the breakfast, which was only OK and not stellar. The rest of the hotel was great. The room was spacious and well equipped for a longer stay.

Do not stay here. I paid for an accessible king room in advance. When I arrived they charged my card again for the room (which was prepaid) in addition to the incidentals fee. They also did not honor my accessible king bed that I paid for they gave me two double beds instead. When I requested the accessible room that I paid for (an hour before arriving) they casually stated they over booked. No apologies or heads up. Terrible staff and hotel. Do not recommend!

Check-in service is like a supermarket cashier. All the staff has done was asked for my ID, my credit card, signature, and hand me door key. I later found out from my credit card bill that they have put the bill on my credit card even I have paid Expedia in full in advance. When I called them to dispute wrong charges, the staff was helpful, and process full refund.

Not what we have come to expect from a Home2 Suites. Upon check in, we were charged a parking fee of $14/night when Expedia clearly stated parking was free. However, they never asked for a vehicle description or gave us a ticket to put in our car. This was just a miscellaneous “extra” charge. We were given room keys to a door that did not open due to a faulty handle. And, we found out later that this was already known. This was the last 2 queen bed room available. We were offered a king—which we took since it was midnight. No offering of a discount but king rooms were less expensive than the 2 queens. We discovered we couldn’t get anything to come on the TV. I called down to the front desk and she offered absolutely no advice other than saying she’d get someone to come check it in the morning (we were only staying one night). In the morning, my husband realized the only way to watch tv was if you hooked up a laptop as there were no regular tv stations available. There was no hot water for a shower. It was lukewarm at best. The only positive thing I have to say about our stay is bed was comfortable. I plan to contact Expedia about the hidden parking charges. Not that it was a big expense, but we felt it was bogus.

I liked the hotel. The rooms were really clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they have postings about car thefts around the area. So everytime I would leave the hotel to go to my car it was a game to see if my car was still right where I left it. Other than that no complaints. Breakfast was basic but not bad.

Me and my son were in town for a basketball game and stayed a night here. The property was near a small shopping and dining space which was convenient if we’d wanted a quick bite before the game. Our room was clean and check-in and check-out was easy. We’d definitely stay here again.

not a great value for the money spent. noisy, some areas in poor repair. the room i tried to sleep in was noisy (road noise), noisy (hvac in obvious distress), and noisy (a loud, repetitive knocking sound from somewhere down the hall). the ‘breakfast’ is a complete disaster: nearly inedible, confusing arrangement, very limited seating, and the layout ensures you’ll be trampling other guests. there are better hotels with walkable food for less money a block or two away.

I came expecting a room and breakfast. Breakfast is a continental breakfast not a regular breakfast as I expected when I booked the place. The continental breakfast was poorly managed. They were out of juice, coffee and the only non-sweet hot food available that we had to wait for for 20 minutes. There was not enough seating. I was very disappointed. The room facility was very nice and spacious.

Stayed 2x in 2 weeks. 1st stay we had somone super noisy above us. We requested 4th floor the following week, and were given the 3rd. All night long, it sounded like a herd of cattle above us. There were dogs and sports teams above us that woke us up every hour. The coffee makers did work in either room. On a positive note, breakfast in the lobby was good.

Super convenient location to everything. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot to where you need to go. The included breakfast was AWFUL. It's the same at all Home2Suites. The waffle batter was sour/spoiled. They were out of many things during the 30-45 minutes we were there. The reception staff was worse than AWFUL, not rude. But totally unprepared and just sad, for a Hilton anyway. Looks like nobody trains anyone anymore.
