Perfect hotel in London! The view of the Tower of London from the rooftop bar was stunning! Drinks were amazing and the bar in the lobby is open 24/7. Check in and out was easy. Hotel right next to Tower Bridge station which was easy to get to from the airport and get around the city. Room was small but comfortable! We just used it to shower and sleep so it was perfect!

This hotel literally cannot be beat for location. You're in the heart of everything, on top of the train station (no noise though, you can't hear anything) and there's a lovely rooftop bar with a great view of the city on multiple sides.

For 1 or 2 people this room was perfect. Although the tablet which ran everything was causing problems, everything else was great. The elevators were a bit slow. The availability to a snack bar and cafe in the hotel were wonderful.

We loved Citizen M. It's cool, trendy, clean, modern and perfectly located. Particular stand-outs are: - 7th floor bar overlooking Tower of London and the city. - trendy home-from-home spaces on the ground floor - compact but perfectly functioning and clean room A great place for people who like all the fine things in a luxury hotel but minus the price tag.

The hotel was very sleek and modern. We enjoyed the iPad used to control the room. The view was amazing. Service was very good. Would definitely stay here again. The bar in the top floor provided excellent views. Location was also excellent being close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London, and also at a tube station.

Loved the all electronic checkin/checkout and the room operating on an iPad with fancy lighting options. Rooms simple and functional. Breakfast buffet adequate. The lifts are a bit slow and seem to stem from the early 19th century, if your room is in the lower levels you may want to use the stairs. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Very good location, cool ground floor. But if you don't ask for it there is no housekeeping service before night nr 4. They did not tell me and when coming back to my room at midnight I had to clean up and make the bed myself. Very disappointing.

Tiny rooms, no water glasses, cups, kettles, nothing... TV/radio with terrible audio - sound dropped out every 10 seconds or so for half a second each time. Fatuous insistence on addressing guests as Citizen the entire time. Perhaps worst, multiple mice running around the restaurant - we took photos of 2 visible at the same time, and another guest had taken a photo with even more. When reported to staff, they couldn't have been less interested and just said that the mice are always there.

The comfiest bed i have slept in. However the bed sheets themselves were dirty and had lots of hair scattered around. I got in late from work and by the time i noticed with was very late at night. The tech is incredible but unfortunately the phone would not work for me to call the "ambassadors" i have attached photos of the hair and dirty white covers.

The room was disgustingly dirty. For example, the floor hasn’t been mopped in months, the shower was so nasty I had to wear sandals to step in it and the bathroom door doesn’t close. So you can hear people in your room going to the washroom. The location was amazing, the view of the tower was unreal and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms are getting a bit dated. No tooth brush holder in the rooms, water has to be picked up at the bar now. Media library doesn’t exist anymore. Early check in not possible even if rooms are available as a matter of principle. Dispenser of Shower gel bottles are most of the times defect. Room cleaning now only on request through the tablet/ app, nobody tells you that little detail though. Every cost cutting measure is rationalized by being good for the environment… As a repeated guest with over 50 nights it’s a shame to see the deterioration of a once good brand ….

The people are really good The rooms are small , the room cleanliness is bad . We stayed for 7 days and bedsheets were not changed . The room dusting was not done . The pillows are very firm and the ac did not work We will not recommend to stay here Although it is very convenient for tube station

I have always stayed in this London wherever I have visited London in the last 7 years. However, this time I was very disappointed. The hotel was dirty, it smelled bad and the staff were joking around the desk and could not care less. Even after asking them to cleanup room in the morning when I got back in the evening it was dirty. They cleaned it next day but left all the dirty glasses and coffee mugs on the table. The shower was not even wiped. It was absolutely terrible. Never again.

Small rooms. Had to climb over each other to get into bed. Could not walk around the bed as it was the width of the room. Not a good place for a long stay but ok for a night or two. Great location directly across from the Tower of London. Very modern

Interesting concept hotel. Modular rooms fit two people but just barely. My wife and I laughed a lot crawling over each other back and forth in bed. The overall cleanliness was very high. It is a good location near Tower of London/Tower Bridge. Right beside a tube stop (Tower Hill). The touchless check in and cashless premises were a surprise by not a problem. Good hotel breakfast for $20. It is definitely on a 2 person (well really 1.5 person) room.

The room was compact but had everything we needed & was in a great location. Climate control in our room didn’t work so had a terrible first nights sleep. When we mentioned this in the morning the young man he tried to educate us on how the system worked which was very belittling, unbeknown to him we have our own heating & cooling business, & we knew very well there was an issue with it. After checking on the internal system he acknowledged there was an issue & arranged a fix.

Got woken up at 5:00am with someone from the front desk slipping a postcard under my door saying my bar bill was "excessively high". I worried someone had used my room number to buy drinks somehow. Went to the front desk to be told the bar bill was £118 - not exactly excessive when you consider the room bill was over £1600 for a 4-night stay! Problem solved I thought but was then still asked to clear it there and then?!? No point putting drinks on the room - paid by credit card going forwards.

The room was mostly clean, aside from the hair that we found in the bed, bathroom and throughout the room. The staff at checkout kept taking care of other customers, despite them arriving after us. It took us 15 minutes to get our bags. Why put new bags in the storage room without simultaneously taking our tickets to retrieve our bags in the same room? It was unfriendly and not efficient at all. The hotel worker really did not care about us having to wait. A line should be set up to make sure nobody skips ahead.

Staying for business, the room was £630 inc breakfast for 1 night!!, Yes the hotel is nice but i would struggle to justify the price, you check yourself in, the rooms are modern and comfortable and i had a great nights sleep, The breakfast was disappointing, having to wait 20 minutes for a latte is just not good enough and there were no plates or forks available at the time i arrived. Overall the staff were friendly, and the hotel is clean and modern i just question the Value for Money

Our room was fantastic, amazingly views. The major disappointment was that we booked a year in advance and chose this hotel because of the bar and outside area and views, so called the hotel to check as a resident on NYE we could use the rooftop bar on NYE and it was confirmed that we . were allowed. On NYE we were turned away as there was a ticketed function. This was really disappointing as we had planned to spend our evening in that area. No communication was ever emailed letting us know ahead of time of this restriction. Had we known we would have cancelled and booked another hotel.

We were very disappointed and won’t be going back. I cannot believe there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room when I asked for a tea I was told I can give you hot water but you need to go buy tea bags. Or I can wait until morning and buy breakfast to get a cup of tea. I wanted a cup of tea in my room with my husband before bed. We were outraged. You get these basic facilities in a travelodge or a premier inn The shower room with sink outside it in room was a ridiculous design. The hanging space was ridiculous too as you enter room you bang your arm on the protruding . Hangers. We stayed at your hotel as we wanted somewhere nice but we won’t go back and will advise friends and family not to either

Located immediately outside Tower station, this hotel is incredibly convenient & easy to get to. Our room had a view of the Tower of London, and its walking distance to Tower Bridge, the Thames, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern, and more than adequate for a busy stay in London.

Sat right on top of the Tower Hill station this location has not only an amazing view of The Shard and Tower of London but also easy access to the metro. Just a 20 minute walk to either Bank or Liverpool street allows you to explore the popular parts of London easily. CitizenM is a great experience and for solo travelers it is my favorite option. Feel free to drop your bags off when you arrive or ask for an early check in.

Awesome hotel right by the Tower of London with a Tube station next door—super easy to get anywhere in the city. The single room was small but really well laid out. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Perfect placement in the City, and you’re right above a metro station! And it wasn’t even noisy in the slightest! Almost forgot I was staying near a touristy area. The sound proofing in the building is that good!

Clean & simple and very comfortable room with all that we needed. Service at the roof top bar was really terrible so we had to leave & headed downstairs. A lovely space but spoilt with a loud team meeting dominating the space sadly.

The rooms are small but adequate. Great location, right next to the underground. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom was great. Control pad works fine. Breakfast was fine. The food at other times of the day was bad. Pizza was not good. Meatballs were very bad. We had just arrived and didn’t want to go out, so we ate in at the bar. I know that you aren't running a restaurant but the food could definitely be improved. Otherwise I trip was great.

The Citizen Tower Bridge was right next to a tube station, which made it instantly easy to hop on and get around London quickly. Room also had a lot of nice features, and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

I purchased a pastry in the coffee shop and when I asked for a fork the cashier retrieved one from under the coffee station and turned her back to me and started rubbing it vigiously in what looked like she was cleaning it. I interupted her by asking what she was doing and said hand it to me. It was indeed dirty. I took it, found a tray of clean cutlery and took a photo of both. Otherwise it was a great hotel for us.

My favourite hotel when in the city for work. The location is perfect for underground access or walking into financial district or an evening walk after work around the tower or down to the river. Loads of owner run little eateries around offering gorgeous food. Citizens food is very good though limited menu but well delivered. Service is always first class and above all the beds are the best nights sleep you will ever have. Also if you like tech you will love being able to change all the lights in your room and open the blinds and curtains from your iPad with simple linking to the tv to watch Netflix or Prime.
