From arrival to departure the hotel staff were excellent - informative, helpful, cheerful with a can do attitude. The public areas of the hotel were consistently clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely - well equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay. Toiletries, towels and bed linen were first class. The air conditioning and window blinds made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The hotel location, overlooking the Tower of London and adjacent to a great transport hub allowed for easy exploration of the city. Will certainly return.

Slick and stylish not-quite-a-capsule hotel where thoughtful design makes the most of the limited space. The electric blackout blinds were great. Nice coffee shop but I didn't use the other facilities. Only quibbles: long waits for lifts and over-complicated light switches. The shower was also a bit tight relative to the size of the rainwater head, so that you had to step out of it to lather up. I'd stay there again.

Had a lovely stay. Only downside was the shower drains had a bit of a smell to it. Other than that the room was good and the bed big and clean.
